Second time staying here. Come to visit family with my wife and small children. Room and hallway smell bad. Bathroom vent is loud and sounds broke. Shower tile are moldy and missing grout. I don’t think will stay again for these reasons.

The motel was nice, the desk attendant was really nice. I asked about a good restaurant near by and she did not know of any. She did advise that the truck stop next door had mixed reviews. We drove about 20 minutes to Naperville and ate at Giordano’s. The room was clean. The only issue I had was the air conditioner sounded like a jet engine taking off. That was the only issue we had!

Dead rat in front of building (i have pictures) Dead frog in front of building (i have pictures) No stinky smell but very odd They were hollering at a potential customer over the phone. Smashed my hand because i opened the door to wide. The design is less than an inch from the wall.

Hair all over the bathroom floor, found a dirty face towel where you hang clothing. I ran out to buy Lysol and air fresher to kill the smell and possibility of bed bugs. The air freshener had no effect at all!

I DIDN'T LIKE THE UNEXPECTED $80.00 CASH DEPOSIT NEEDED BEFORE CHECK-IN COULD OCCUR. THE DESK CLERK SAID THAT THIS WAS A NEWLY INSTITUTED HOTEL POLICY.

The room was clean. There were signs of old everywhere. The floor was patched the bathtub faucets were all rusty. Headboard and other furniture was chipped.

The first room I was given a key for, the room wouldn't open so I had to go all the way back and was given a different room. The room was clean and it was nice for the price. One of the light fixtures by the bed wouldn't work so that was annoying. I even switched light bulbs around and it still didn't work. The water in the tub kept dripping but you could only hear it if you were in the bathroom. Overall it was a good stay.

I liked the parking, and it was right off the highway. I like the area a lot of shopping near by. The room was alright. The bed was real firm, maybe a little to firm. What I didn't like was we stayed 2 nights, and house keeping did not clean our room! we ran out of toilet paper and clean bath towels and had to go to the front desk to request them, so the garbage stayed in the room until we left. Other those things, it was alright.
