The room had mold in the shower. Outlet in bathroom did not work. Sink was missing screen so woter just sprayed everwhere when you turned it on

I would have appreciated a microwave and a mini fridge. The room I got had none and I had to get ice from the available ice dispenser to keep my beverages cool. Also, housekeeping was knocking every morning despite the fact that I did not need them, the motel should have given me a "no-disturb" door sign which they did not. The key card I was given only gave me access to one main door. It could not work with the nearest door to my room either because of technical reasons or the card reader was faulty. The door to my room made a lot of creaking noise when opening and shutting, this made me feel like I was bothering other sleeping guests.

Got there and a handwritten sign said "sold out," night clerk had a medical emergency and any reservations would be refunded. Hope they're OK, most important, but also hope Motel 6 follows through on the refunds.

room was clean, I would have liked bigger pillows, but that's just me. the pillows were fine. parking was easy and close. area for the dogs to walk. I wanted a good clean place to stay without paying arm and leg. this place fulfilled that need.

First room we got it was filthy beds weren't even made floors were dirty hallway was dirty unclean unsanitary second room we got was okay somewhat clean but dirty unsafe environment too much in and out traffic at night a lot of riff Raff will not go back thank you

The door to my room barely worked. Pushing the handle down didn't do anything. I had to pull the handle up and it would *barely* open the door when I pulled it up all the way. The sink also had problems draining and the drain control on the back of the faucet was broken and would only work about 10% of the time. The room also had a specific sour smell to it.

It was kind of acceptable at first, but quickly noticed a wealth of flaws. All exterior locks non functioning, what appeared to be blood stains on the floor. Non residents moving through parking lot and lobby, pool unkempt, many interior doors showing signs of attempted forced entry, deadbolt/handle partially functioning. When I discovered people checking out my car, I started recording video. It was when groups of people stated working through the lot, with no clear indication they were patrons, I really took notice. Then below my window a vehicle drove in, and I could see them doing drugs that wasnt the legal variety, and loiter in the lot next to my own vehicle. They did not appear to be patrons. I decided to cut my stay short, as I did not feel safe, on top of the aformentioned issues, and more, but char limit... The staff, however, was very courteous and understanding, and the night audit called in a drug scan with dogs, as if this was routine. This is the first lodging facility I could not warrant staying at least a full night in 30 years of travel. I did not feel safe, I wasnt the cleanest. Did not complete the night, and found other accomodations. Took video, but no photos. And not in position to take screen grabs at this time.

Reserved a room online and finally after 15 minutes of waiting in office got key only to get a key to a room that was already occupied. Go downstairs get another room only to have a key to another room that was occupied. Went back and got yet another room but the key didn't work so we through the key in drop box and left to find a different hotel. Place smells terrible. Totally run down. Save your money for a different hotel.. DONT GO HERE!

The bathroom light was flicking and needs changing. The towel holders (circle frame holders) were loose and coming off when I pulled out the towel from the rack. Everything else was fine.

This was my first time to this hotel, and I will never go back again. When we go there, the front staff was cussing out housekeeping. Housekeeping stole a guest's dog and was holding it random. Staff was not done cleaning rooms at time of check in. Keys didn't work to the rooms. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!

Smoke burns and blood stains on sheets. Broken widows,entrance doors with busted locks. Front desk attendant had a knife fight with other guests. I could go on!Not everything in the room worked. The hotel should be a 2 stars. Not staying there again. The staff was great.

I am 80 years old live in Canada and when my kids and grand kids were small we went down to Spokane quite often and stayed in this motel. We booked this motel 2 weeks out so I with my son and grandson cold go to an event. We came to the motel at 3 pm to check in and they said there were no rooms ready so they would not check us in. We told them we would be back around 10 pm and we would check in then, they said they would make sure we had a room. We cme back around 10 pm to get a room and they said they did not have any left, even though we had a reservation. They eventually phoned another Motel 6 and they had rooms they said it was 10 minutes away so we went to find it with there directions. An hour and a half later we found the motel and they would not honor our reservation even tho I had printed off the reservation from Expedia. It is now 1am the next morning and we were tired so paid the 135.00 price instead of the 100.00 as I had reserved. On Saturday on our way back to the event we Saturday nite.they said they would absolutely have a room that eveing. So Saturday evening we cam back and they said the rooms were all gone, I said we had reservation they said they had no reservations for us, and they had 12 reservations for the evenings but only 9 rooms. Tom the clerk from the nite before phoned Tyler also from the nite before said to give us a room. So he gave us a room but could not get in even *** please phone me as I have run out of room for the review*** 2504922004

The hallway smelled like smoke and garbage. Our room had stained bedding with holes in it, a toilet that doesn't flush, and a nonfunctional TV. Someone left a two-way radio in the bathroom (I assume it was the hotel staff). While retrieving our baggage from the car, I noticed that there were two people sitting chairs in a corner of the parking lot next to a pile of unknown objects covered by a tarp with a board and a tire on top of it. Nearby was an old RV with all of the windows covered that appeared like it hasn't moved in some time. When I went to reenter the building I noticed that the electronic key card reader wasn't functional, but I was able to enter the building anyway because the exterior hallway door had NO lock mechanism. It has been entirely removed, making it physically impossible to close or to lock the door. Anyone can enter the hotel at any time. We decided to check out. The attendant asked us if something was wrong, so I told them all of this. They explained that the RV belonged to a former employee who was recently fired when the management found out they were living there, and informed me that they know the people in the parking lot, who stay back there to keep an eye on the place, and that (I'm not making this up) they called the front desk the night before to alert them to drunk/disorderly people in the parking lot, one of which threatened the attendant with a knife prior to being arrested. I said I'd heard enough, and we left.

Very dissatisfied booked a non smoking room a month ago go to check in and the motel smelled bad let of pot was told they only had smoking rooms available was told we can have that room or they would refund us needed a room as nothing was available around get to the room door looked like it had been kicked in took 4 try’s to get in lights in room did not work properly air conditioner did not work looked like it was smashed bed had burn holes all over the walls we disgusting crap all over there was a door that joined to the next room lock was broken they had a night stand blocking the the door I have never been so disgusted I will never stay or recommend this motel

Upon checking in was scouling short tattooed girl who would roll her eyes if asked a simple question, brutal , came back after 10 at night to check in a nicer guy was at desk who was helpful, the amount of drug people who are staying here is unbelievable. Sketchy people standing the hall ways eating food , wandering around with dogs , all night I heard the neighbors phone vibrate through the walls , thank god they didn't answer. Will see if my corvette Has any damages. Looking outside what you see is a couple pick up loads of garbage . Place needs to rethink how they run the business.

Nothing there was like the pictures provided. Or was filthy, I’ve never felt so unsafe with the type of people staying there. We were told our room shouldn’t have been rented out it should have been marked for maintenance. We had no tv (didn’t work), shower door was missing, no fridge or microwave (like it said when we booked the room online) so the food we brought was wasted, no towels (I had asked for some and they said they did not have any) worse experience I’ve ever had at a hotel. I will not stay at a motel 6 ever again. Thanks to Expedia I was able to get my stay transferred to a hotel down the road for me, my husband and children to stay at that was way better!

Hotel desk clerk evening and morning were very nice and apologetic. Short staffed so our room wasn’t available until after 6pm. Security door to the building was broke so open all night. Bathroom light was broke in the bathroom no light. Hallway smelled like urine and a mixture of poisons gave me an immediate headache. Room smelled like smoke.

RUN AWAY!!!!!!!! I stayd in many places around the word, including budget motel. This one is fitlhy, dangerous, drug infested dump. Run Away!!! I stayd 10 minutes, i gueas in misbelive. Perhaps "good" if you want to score crack or fentanol. Unfortunately it isnot easy to get a refund either. Not happy with hottels.com customer service
