I'd disconnect from being a partner of this hotel. Was there 3 nights, fiest day my key wouldn't work. Had to get it re programmed. Breakfast was a joke. Had to bend down under the sink in my room to change the temperature. Doors are not secure. Windows had no locks. Floor un level, tub had mold around it. No confidence the water was even clean.

The price, pool and breakfast brought us to this hotel. The price was good considering we were on a cross country trip and needed somewhere to sleep. The pool was large and kids enjoyed it. The breakfast is pretty much non-existing it had like three cereals in plastic containers, no name white bread and bagels. Couple pieces of fruit. If your travelling and want to get on road. Don’t bother waiting for breakfast. Floors were dirty and AC was lack luster but we survived one night no problem.

My biggest issue with the place was the security. The outside for did not have a lock/entry system, so anyone could come into the building. Also, the room doors do not have a secondary lock system (ie. Deadbolt, chain lock, etc). I stayed there with my young children, and my 2 year old kept opening the door. When we asked the front desk for a new room, we found it that none of the rooms have secondary locks. Instead there is literally a piece of wood with velcro on it that you put infront of the door on the carpet to stop it from opening. This was a no go for us. When my husband asked fo our money back as we were not going to see that there due to the safety issues, the man told us "that's not possible". My husband had to argue with him to get our money back.

No value at Value Inn. The place hasn’t been updated in decades except for the mattress thank god!! Pool cloudy. Ironing board but no iron. Dirty dirty dirty. People living in the back parking lot too. Did not feel safe. Stay away

There was a building inspection form on the front door saying it was unsafe. Our toilet clogged, called the front desk and they said they would fix it. Went out and came back later to see that it wasn’t fixed. Had to go back to the front desk and get a plunger to do it ourselves. Room backed on to the pool area which was super noisy. Stayed for three days and garbages never emptied.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Not so impressed with the breakfast, prefer the individual jam , peanut butter containers rather than sharing a jar with strangers. Also the milk would be better in a carafe rather than a bag in a plastic jug. However, I would certainly stay there again.

I was greeted in the lobby and checked in right away, the view out my window is a construction zone( not really important) not happy about the slow flushing toilets ( felt like it was going to clog) boarded window kinda creepy. Found a wet spot on the carpet in front of the A/C unit. The pool was nice, I loved that it was heated. Showers by the pool were hard to regulate temp. Hot tub was booked( long weekend), therefore wasn’t available.

This is a family run hotel. We had to cut our camping short because of the rain. We got lucky and this motel had a room. We asked to check in early. The owner was very accommodating. The room was clean. We didn’t have any expectations. We needed warm room, clean bed and a hot shower. We got it. The staff is doing everything they can to run this hotel.

Run down property. Room had old, rickety furnishing. New flooring was soft and crackled when walking. Pool good. Hot tub filled in with roughly finished cement. Pulling back bedding to find a lot of short, black hair on the white sheets, as if somebody shaved themselves in bed. Complained. Manager took us to a better room. If the have better rooms, why stick me and my two young grandsons in that hellhole? I counted four vehicles on the lot the next morning. Promised no charge for the room. Didnt follow through. The continental breakfast was three tupperware containers set on the counterr in a room with no lights on.

There was a heater in the bathroom that wouldn’t shut off. The air conditioner wouldn’t stay running. Once it did stay running it made a lot of noise. Breakfast was lacking only cold cereal And cold pastry. Room had two doors, one to the outside, not very secure

It was clean and that’s the #1 thing I look for. Old fixtures etc but freshly painted. Good service. The rooms are positioned around the pool and the noise from the pool echos in the rooms so ultimately not so quiet. Price is very reasonable

Expedia didn't mention a fee for animals or the fact that you can only rent certain rooms animals are allowed in. We are currently freezing in our $200 room because when we got here there was no heat on and nothing, literally nothing was plugged in. Now we're supposed to get in a hot tub in the freezing cold. We turned on the heater but its limited to luke warm it wont even warm our hands.
