Right from check in [it was earlier than stated], the staff couldn't be more helpful. The receptionist escorted us to our room and made everything was OK before she left.
We only booked bed and breakfast but the dining staff were quickly on hand to help out and especially for those that have mobility problems taking food to the tables for them. The only gripe I would have at breakfast is the hot food wasn't hot and only warm.
The cleaning staff were busy all day making sure the hotel was clean and safe and extremely polite. Although we only stayed B&B we decided to have a couple of evening meals, we were welcomed and swiftly shown a table asked our room number and that was it you could either pay the extra at the end of your stay or on the night . The big question is would we stay there again, YES. Probably consider all inclusive as everyone is considered part of the family.

My husband and myself had a week long stay in Aug 2024 and very much enjoyed our time at the Hotel.
Even though we were B&B there were options to eat within the Hotel for lunch and dinner and you could even upgrade the eating options once in the Hotel.
We had a room with a full terrace overlooking the pool which meant that we didn't have to go to the pool area if we just wanted to sunbathe and relax, but the pool area was great and had plenty of sunbed's even though a few people still chose to put out there towel at the crack of dawn!
I would say that the Hotel is fairly remote but just a short walk to the road will take you to the bus stop and from there you can head in either direction, the bus fare is 2euro per bus or 6.50euro for a day pass which was more than enough. I think there were some restaurants within walking distance but we chose not to venture out as there were more than enough options within the Hotel.
The staff in all areas were very helpful and when we logged with reception that a screw had come out of my sunbed rendering it useless the matter was rectified very promptly.
The reception are also able to arrange taxi's at short notice which was very useful, they use a local firm and we had the same driver from and back to the Airport and on arriving gave us some local knowledge on where to go, eat etc.
The other beauty is that they drive on the same side as the UK so I'm sure hiring a car and getting about would be pretty easy if you want that option.

Top drawer! I mean that - I simply cannot fault this place. We had a sea facing room and the view was wonderful - you couldn't wish to be in a calmer place. Clean and tidy are words that immediately spring to mind and the swimming pool is especially inviting. I've been to a few places in my time - both QBH and Paphos are up there with the very best. Tip: If you're thinking about this place (and you should be!) I'd factor in some car hire - it's not essential, but it does make life easier. Enjoy... ❤️👍

Lovely staff, such a clean hotel and amazing stay.
Nothing negative about this hotel, it’s great! 😊

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel, thanks to the friendly staff and tasty food. However, I was disappointed by the limited seafood options and the lack of tea variety—only black and green tea were available. Also, for a 4-star hotel, I expected an ironing board in each room, but instead, we had to use a common room. Overall, it's a good hotel, but a few improvements could enhance the experience.

As someone who travels extensively for work, and stays in many hotels, I have to put Queen’s Bay Hotel at the top of my list as one of the best places I’ve stayed. The hotel is kept spotless by the custodial staff. The food is also very tasty. The hotel is in a great location, next to the beach, and the staff go above and beyond to ensure their guests are satisfied. We are already planning on going back to Cyprus soon and will definitely stay here again.

Have just returned from a one week stay in Queens Bay Hotel. The room was comfortable, the terrace amazing. Huge choice of breakfast. Staff friendly and helpful, particularly the Reception.
Would definitely recommend.

Queen’s Bay has a carefully developed formula. Different packages ranging from B&B to all-in (which even includes unlimited unbranded alcohol!). A rolling buffet rather than a full service restaurant, with the breakfast very much the best meal. Simple but reasonable accommodation (sea-view rooms a good deal), extremely helpful staff, and recognition of the fact that people leave at different times of the day, so may need facilities after checking out. There are sufficient local buses to allow a visitor to get by without a car. Really good example of its type.

Great hotel for food and relaxing. Decent staff throughout but honourable mentions to Katherine (outside bar), Kaleheb (activities) and Boris and Neili?? (Evening bar staff) sorry if I’ve butchered your names. Only issue is…. The door to the rooms are very thin and if you’re next to a lift, there is a lot of foot traffic late at night and it sounded like I’d left the door open, I hadn’t, I checked…. Twice. On the whole a great hotel with a very good standard. Side not: please, please please! Invest in some good quality, reusable pool area glasses and stop the use of single use plastic cups or encourage visitors to buy a reusable one from yourselves.

Overall stay was good.
My problem was not with anyone, staff was ok..
Parking was difficult and the pitch of the lot made getting baggage in and out was not an easy task.
Small ramp and poor front entrance accessibility.
I had re-injured my hip before arriving and for once wanted help with my luggage.
No one around and airport type carts made it painfully inadequate.

The hotel is very close to the beach, almost opposite to the bus stop. Also has a free parking for rented cars. The staff is helpful and can advise you how to spend your free time. They can also book a trip for you. The view from the hotel is stunning (but you have to pay extra for the room with a view). Some rooms have a balcony and some have a terrace with sunbeds. Breakfast is very various and delicious, although every day the same. I liked the lunch and dinner option - you can eat additional meal on a single day without booking it in advance and pay in cash, by card or by room charge. There is also a pool, which is is quite big and quiet, no noisy music all day long. I can recommend the hotel for a short or a long stay.

Breakfast? Superb! Amenities? Amazing! I love when they can switch the temperature of the swimming pool from cool to warm or vice versa and of course, the beach is just around the corner. Also, there's different entertainment in the lounge area at night if you up for drinks and dance. Love it!

Had a wonderful stay here - pictures really don’t do it justice! If you can get a superior sea view room you get the sun nearly all day, was fabulous. If we were to come again we would deffo do all inclusive.
Only feedback is there wasn’t a whole lot in terms of vegan / dairy free options (butter, milk etc) but was still a good stay

When booked I emailed the hotel and they arranged a taxi to pick me and my husband up from the paphos airport and sure enough the taxi driver was waiting for us with a name card what a lovely man.
When arrived at the hotel it was late evening and check in was super quick the receptionist was brief but told us pretty much the info we required.
The hotel foyer looked very grand and clean and polished. We headed straight to the room as it had been a long day. The room was not a pool view but courtyard which got the sun early morning till lunch time.
The room was very clean and modern and bathroom was lovely it had a bath/shower.
Our first morning was to explore the hotel and grounds we found the breakfast room pretty much easy enough as there was plenty of signs to all the aminities. Breakfast was a plenty and of a really good standard something for everyone and coffee was lovely.
There was plenty of sunbeds round the pool but we opted for the gardens as it was so peaceful and relaxing. You could also walk down to a public beach which was a 2 minute walk and very pretty.
We stayed half board the evening meals were the best we have had in hotels a very high standard highly recommended there is different themes each night greek/chinese/around the world etc
We found all the staff very friendly and helpful.
We stayed for 6 nights and must say it was one of the best stays we have had really recharged ourselves
Will we return.. Absolutely loved it

Pick up a bus pass for the week at the bus station and be able to travel easily. It is a quick trip to Coral Bay or Paphos. Clean and quiet, great place to stay.
