Hotel and staff were fabulous. Can't wait to go back there.

The room is nice and spacey. The breakfast is good. The area around the pool gets very busy as expected. Some guests liked to hog a lot more chairs then they need.
The drinks at the pool bar are good but not so much the food (a bit of a let down)
The biggest concern was walking down the stairs to the beach, there was ponding around the taps that are used to wash feet. I slipped and fell and ended up with a bloody knee and foot. After limping to reception, i asked if there was a first aid kit to clean the cut. They said no and to go to the spa. Absolutely no mention of how i fell on their premises. I ask at the spa theybonly had some wipes. Im not entirely too sure why there isn't a first aid kit. There was no concern that a guest slipped. Lack of customer service in this. I also nearly slipped some days later in the same spot.
Ruined my holiday as i wasnt able to enter the pool or sea due to possible infections with an open cut.

Nice location by the beach, basic hotel amenities. Would have been nice to receive some info about breakfast times upon check in and location of beach towels. Also I’ve seen some guests with welcome drinks but not in my case. Finally, there’s no complimentary water in the room which I found strange

The only thing I didn’t like is that the swimming pool closes at 6:30pm we went end of June

We had a lovely stay at the Mediterranean Beach Hotel. The staff were amazing. We got a very early check in. The resort has many facilities.
The pool and beach front area was huge with many sun beds. The service there is five star. The breakfast buffet had a huge selection of food.
Overall 5 star.

This is our fourth visit and we just love the relaxed vibe. Great just to chill out and take it easy. There’s stuff to do if you want to - water sports, trips etc - but we love the hotel, the staff and the local restaurants and bars

- they allowed me to check in early, however I still had to wait a bit. I noticed others waiting were offered a beverage, I was not.
- no one offered to grab my luggage even though they had bell hops that were there & available.
- the room was nice (it has a balcony, but my view wasn’t the best as it looked out on a construction)
- there was a lot of amenities but very weirdly every day the bottled items (shampoo, conditioner, lotion, body soap at most hotels) were just 4 hair/body wash combo. They never replaced the other things like the vanity kit (qtip & cotton pad). No bath robes in rooms.
- cleaning staff was HORRIBLE (through the entire hotel. In room - all they did is pull the covers back (they don’t replace the decor pillows) one night i left a (clean) tissue in bed & the next night it was there…most maids would see that & dispose or move. The bed was never made like I saw it day 1. spa - one of the rooms smelt like sulphur & I found the grossest longest hair in my spa bathrobe. The pools- lounger cushions are gross with stains & bird poop. It was hard to find 1 clean. They had a cave at the pool & it was like an uncleaned fish tank in there.
Breakfast was good (but they didn’t label anything with allergies so you have to guess). The sushi restaurant is horrible and a waste of money. Also, they serve you bottled water but NEVER refill it. Some serving staff was good (still never refilled my glass) and was tipped accordingly. But I’d never EVER stay there again.

My wife and I have stayed at Mediterranean hotel several times over the years. Overall it's a pleasant experience, clean, and good deal for a 4-star hotel that looks and feels more like 5-star.
Recently renovated and modern, good sized rooms.
We got sea-view but it was honestly more like partial-sea view due to the angle of our room location.
One issue we continually have is a lack of customer recognition and royalty program. We had our wedding here many with hundreds of guests, we have stayed on many special occasions, yet each time we are treated like strangers. No welcome back Mr. & Mrs...
Overall the staff is professional but minimal in friendliness. The last few times we checked out, nobody asked "how was everything", and not even a "hope to see you again".
Usually it's literally as follows:
"Anything from the room fridge? No? Okay, bye"
Hotel breakfast is great and the dinner too (depending on the theme).
This time it was Lebanese night and they have very loud live music which started around 6 or 7pm. Around 10pm I called reception when it will be ending, they told me around 11pm.
I kindly asked to inform management that is VERY loud, even with the air conditioning fans on full and the sliding door closed (3rd floor). It stopped about 10:45pm which is quite late for people who want to rest.
Still a good hotel choice in Limassol, but don't expect above and beyond service or friendliness from most staff (although there are some rare gems here and there).

it was not very organized. i had to argue and fight for my room upgrade, even though it was available. I know that because the manager offered me the room upgrade at the beginning for a fee.
the location is good.

Well presented and maintained complex. Provides for everyone - service, staff and food great. Options at the pools, sunbeds on the grass on on the sand. Great experience.

A enjoyable holiday, although spoiled by the misrable ill mannered and aburbt Mr Sanros (Think that his name) who I think is the manager at the pool bar. A most unattractive attitude and most unpleasant and certaintlt his mannerism, unprofessionalism attitude spoiled my holiday.

We could listen to people sitting on the veranda from our room with closed doors and the workers working on the building site next to the hotel. The breakfast was ok.

We were not given welcome drink upon check in. The room aircon was not working well despite our request for the maintenance to look into it. Tap at basin is too tight to operate.
