The woman who served us when we checked in was EXTREMELY rude to both my partner and I. We wont ever book there again because of this. Other this, the hotel was actually really nice, rooms are of a high standard. We were very upset and disappointed

We had a lovely time. The room was clean and quiet and well serviced. Central to town. Great location.

It was a good hotel, especially bathroom is great. I stayed with my son, he enjoyed it very much. Also breakfast was good, a lot of choices.
I’m sure I will stay this hotel again.

I feel like the property was much older than the actual age of it. However they kept everything in such great condition that it was barely recignizable. We had a agreat time staying at the ''d'oubletree and enjoyed the dining options very much. the only issue I had was with the restaurant manager acting condescending toward me when I complained about the wait time for receiving my meal.. I complained about the wait time as another table was seated after me but was already gone by the time I received my meal.

Absolutely loved our stay. Staff on reception were lovely. Room and bathroom were both spacious. We loved it and will definitely stay again.

Our room was amazing. The electric recliners and big screen TV were a hit and the bed was the most comfortable I've ever slept in. We had a huge double spa that easily fit two large adults.
Food at the restaurant for dinner was fabulous.

We really enjoyed our one night stay but did not like the process for ordering food in the restaurant. It is just not our thing and many places were like this in Australia. We prefer to order from a person not an app.

Beautiful rooms! Nice and easy walk of the main street with lots of dining and bar options. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
