This hotel is extremely run down. It smells bad, the carpet in the building is badly stained and just not appealing. The elevator wasn’t working and of course my room was on the 3rd floor which was frustrating. Bed was super uncomfortable as well. People next to us were incredibly loud all night. Was not a good experience and I will most definitely never be back.

I was upset my room was not what i reserved. I reserved a 2 queen room on the 1st floor, for 2 adults and 2 children. All you had on the 1st floor was a king for 4 people. I have had 5 back surgeries, both hips replaced abd and a knee replaced. I cant climb stairs and the elevator was out of order.

We will not be staying here again. Unprofessional staff. Elevators not working. Noisy. The room had a strange odor and was dirty in general. The sheets had a weird film on them and the bathroom was also not clean. Hair stuck in the shower head and mold/rust coming from the grab bar in the shower. The artwork in the room also had sharpie marks all over it.

Motel is nasty , house keepers dont actually clean the rooms like they should. They found something in my room after i checked out and tried sayin i did it, i checked my room over and there was absolutely nothing on the floors ,but they sure said i did, Thqn i stayed again and someomes long fake nail was layin behind nignt stand someoens adress book paper under the air conditioner hair in the tub and bed bugs in the room. Dont stay here.

Our toilet wouldn’t flush. Told management about it first night to which the lady stated maintenance would look at it next morning. They never came. The toilet paper was left over from the last stay and elevator was broken whole time we stayed.

Best Westerns are our go to hotel; however, this BW was lacking. Elevator broken 98% of our stay, it looked like blood on door frame, but after further investigation seemed like stain from door that was never cleaned up. We werein separate rooms. Both bathrooms had loose tikes as the grout was missing. This isnt on hotel, but it reeked of pot. Day and night there was a loud knocking/banging. The a/c never really cooled the room. The pillows were soft. The pool was average. Breakfast was the same every morning, and just average. I most likely wont stay here again

Upon arriving it was determined I made an error in booking my reservation. Not an issue, had rooms available to accommodate us a night earlier. 1200 miles from home the accommodation was at their mercy. I booked 3 nights for a cost of $250, but now to change my stay to 1 day earlier, the new charge was going to be $475! It was my mistake, but I feel they were taking advantage of the situation. They had a room available...why take advantage of a guest upon arrival who is 1200 miles from home. What ever happened to Customer Service/Support? Ruined my trip from the start!

Our room was very nice with only one exception. Our toilet seat was broken. Otherwise, we loved everything about this stay. The breakfast was great, the coffee was delicious, the staff were very friendly and gracious. We will definitely stay here again!

FIVE phone calls in advance to change reservation. And it still wasn't done upon arrival. I will never use Hotels.com again. Friends had same issue and eventually gave up Manager called me to "fix" it but then was working at another hotel the day we arrived. Desk clerk was very nice and she called him to once again simply cancel one night Rooms are large and clean, but very humid...we have stayed at this property in the past. Very unfortunate color scheme..though "renovated", colors are so ugly and far more fitting of the Southwest .. Only two towels for three guests. Breakfast was not served until 7:00 so many guests who were in town for a waterski tournament which started at 6:00AM had to grab cold items.

If my family wasn’t so tired of being on the road we would have not stayed here. There was an alarming amount rodent excrement in the hall leading to our room. When I informed the manager he didn’t seemed bothered and offered nothing for our stay.

Hotel itself was a lot better than what I expected, especially at the great price we got it for. We stayed for a week and enjoyed the pool, comfy bed, solitude and a little hangout lounge they have! Didn’t try their breakfast as we were out so much but the dining area was very clean and the staff was nice.😊 We’ll definitely be back!

On the surface the updates look nice. However, when we got to our room it smelled of mold and had likely not been used in awhile. When we sat down on the bed a couple roaches crawled out from the covers. When I told the front desk we wanted a refund she said ok but laughed at the situation. I had three young kids with me and didn’t think it was a laughing matter.

When we checked into the Best Western and they gave us our key room 201, we went inside, and the beds were not made from the previous people, and the towels were all over the bathroom from the previous people. The place had not been cleaned at all. I went back downstairs and they gave me another key to room 206 which Was a little bit better, but there was black mold on the ceiling and I do have pictures. Nasty caulking under the toilet and the tile when you first walk into the bathroom was loose and the grout was not even in place. Bathroom would not evacuate the steam and the windows in the room were steamed up .

The property was close to where we needed to be at an affordable price and with late check-in. The room was clean and bed was comfortable. The bathroom was your typical hotel bathroom nothing fancy. The shower tiles could've been a little cleaner but overall a great stay! Would stay there again.
