The major problem was our toilet would not flush with the handle. They could not fix it until a weekday. I feel they should’ve called in a plumber. This was very disruptive.

I made the reservation at the wrong hotel. I went to Town place south and paid directly so i just wasted almost $400 dollars because i booked through you and can't get my money refunded. Will never book through expidia again. First and last time i booked a hotel through you.

The room was great! Little noisy, from the road trafffic...it settled down as the evening progressed. Breakfast was the typical. Food was warm. Area was clean. Staff was most helpful and very friendly!

The suite is a nice option but several cabinet and closet doors were broken as well as a lamp, and the room had no direct air they put a vent fan in the wall to suck it in from the living room area, the kids were freezing on the double pull out and we were way too warm in the bedroom. Also the elevator door struggled to open and close. Bright sides, staff was friendly, breakfast was good and the dining area was clean, nice outdoor seating

Great stay. Easy check in. Room was clean and everything worked in room( stove, dishwasher) and also in the hotel( laundry room was available and pool was open) breakfast was great. So many options and as busy as it was they didn’t run out of anything. Would def stay again and recommend. My only issue was not sleeping well not comfortable but everyone sleeps differently

Rude at arrival, when our room type was changed desk attendant made it seem like it was my fault that the hotel was over sold. The room change was fine. The bathroom smelled like sewer. There were people partying until all hours of the night, knocking on doors and being loud in the hallway. The next morning I asked for a couple more towels at the front desk and the guy kind of questioned me and was maybe not going to give them to me when a housekeeping lady from the back brought them out to me.

The room was great, spacious and comfortable. Seemed quite clean. Breakfast was great, plentiful and tasty. The best part was we could bring our cat. She was pretty shy but explored the whole room eventually.

Room was a bit more compact than expected but very well laid out. The sofa was comfortable and the tv could be turned to face any area. There was a full kitchen and the dining table made a great work desk. Unfortunately the microwave was missing the plate at the bottom so it was not reusable. The bathroom was well laid out and the bottom of the tub was non slip. Hot water was readily available and the water pressure was great. The bed was very comfortable with 3 fluffy pillows. But the sheets were not changed during my entire 6 night stay. Guess I should have asked. Overall it was an enjoyable stay.

Hotel was decent. Happy we didn't pay full price for it. Room was smaller than I thought it was going to be but it worked out. Gentlemen was smoking right outside the front door, where there was a sign that said "No Smoking within 25 feet of door" Literally in the doorway with the automatic doors open as our two year old was walking through when we got there.

We stayed after the Cody Johnson concert. I unplugged the alarm clock before going to bed but that damn thing still went off at 6 am!! There was a to go container of food left in the refrigerator from the previous patrons. The pillows were pretty hard but the bed was very comfy. The rest of the room was very clean and they have a great breakfast. I would stay there again. Bring your own pillow and toilet paper! 1 ply and it's terrible!! It's convenient and very easy to find. It's right off of the interstate and close to where we were going. We ordered Boss' Chicken. That is 0.4 mi. It took almost 2 hrs for delivery.

The check in process was slow because I had booked through Expedia. I was disappointed with the room. I was so happy to have the rolling table but then there was only one chair! My husband and I like to play cards so one of us had to sit on the bed. The closet was funky. There were shelves so high that the hanging sweaters hit the shelf. When we showered this morning the pressure was up and down, and there was a real range of water temps, none very warm. When we got to the breakfast room there was only one waffle maker and 5 people ahead of us. Also the only open table was right by the waffle maker so no privacy. The breakfast offerings were minimal. I thought a hotel associated with the Marriot would be really neat but I was disappointed. I also could not get a copy of my bill from the front desk because I had booked through Expedia.

There were little gnats or fruit flies all over the bathroom. The shower didn't look like it had been thoroughly cleaned, so we did not use it. We pulled out the sofa bed for our daughter and the mattress was incredibly thin and warm, and she tossed and turned all night as she could feel the springs. The location is great and easy to get to, and the breakfast was par for the course, but I don't think we'll be back if we have more than two people staying.
