Lovely resort on the water. No great swimming beaches but pop ham not far.

We really enjoyed the one-stop-shop resort atmosphere for our family. Great food. Friendly service. Fun games! We had a wonderful weekend!

The location is as advertised.

The property was great. I will never use Expedia again because they charge more than the people at the resort. The people were nice to us and give us a late check out. Expedia is horrible because you should be able to get a better price or at least the same. Never use them again.

We spent a night at the resort over the holiday weekend. The resort was so cozy with lots of spaces to walk or sit while taking in the water views. The staff were all so kind and willing to help. We can wait to go back.

What a pleasant suprise in the no where of Manie.. We went for an overnight to enjoy a show a few towns over and found this place on a whim . Would come back in the future stayed in the light house and the views were amazing

My husband and I threw caution to the wind to take a little vacation from our home in Texas. Neither of us had ever been to Maine and wanted a break from the heat. He booked the plane tickets. I was in charge of accommodations. I, sight unseen, researched things to do and places to stay. The Sebasco Harbor Resort popped up within my price range and with enough stars to make me feel confident in my choice. I expected an older location which had probably seen it's better days, but was still clean and comfortable. What we got when we arrived was so much more! This place is fantastic! Secluded and quiet. Charming-the main lodge-OMG! Beautiful room. Every detail thought of down to the mini fridge, comfortable bedding and complimentary soaps and shampoos. The sitting rooms at both ends of the main floor made this place even more charming. All kinds of relaxing, beautiful seating-- everything from wicker chaise lounges to old fashioned rocking chairs-- all with a view of the grounds and water. I could have hung out in one of these rooms the entire weekend. The incredible staff made it feel like home away from home. I real throw back to the summer vacations we have all seen in movies and read about in the northeastern United States. The next time I am looking for rest and relaxation and find myself in this part of the United States, you can bet I will be staying here!

Great location, great accommodations, great staff

Great little resort w/ fun stuff to do, bikes, golf, canoes, paddle boats, tennis etc. The old school game room including candlestick bowling lanes was a highlight. Restaurant and Pub had good food and drinks. Friendly and helpful staff. Light House ocean view room was awesome. Tastefully updated decor and comfortable bedding. Only downside was a very weak "included breakfast". Coffee wasn't great, and only cold options and pastries. Unfortunately, I feel you would need to go off resort to get a proper breakfast.... I would definitely stay here again for a few days in spring/summer time.

Wonderful coastal setting Restaurant & food options could be better

If you are looking to experience what it was like to stay t a resort in the mountains, like the Catskills or Dirty Dancing, this is the place. Just bring your own food as the restaurant is adequate at best and close 2 nights a week.

Great resort. Beautiful location and very friendly staff.

Stayed in the Main Lodge. Building is dated. Entry door to the room stuck. Bath door didn't close completely. View from deck not as expected. Room in dire need of renovation. Common areas of building looked good. Parking an issue. Had to drive a golf path to the building, unload and then park away from the Main Lodge. Not convenient at all. On the plus side, Staff couldn't have been nicer

This is a beautiful property. The restaurant was amazing and the staff top notch.

Very quintessential Maine. Nice location and proximity to nearby Popham Beach and other mid-coast Maine locations. Clean and comfortable, and very pleasant staff.

Nice family resort, clean

Great stay, very quick check in and out. Great food at the Ledges Pub. Stayed for just one day as this is part of a longer trip but will plan to come back just to enjoy this place and activities around it.

I found the resort to be very charming! It was clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Great views!

Staff of on-site restaurant was fantastic! But the front desk had some organizational problems: key card for room did not work and the view was not the same as advertised on Expedia / Sebasco website. I was moved to another room -- with the view that I had paid for -- on the 2nd day, but the room was not ready for over an hour after I was told it would be. Staff were nice but unorganized.

Hard to know who to 'credit' in this fiasco but the booking I made on Expedia was canceled because Sebasco Estates " couldn't accommodate" me for the night I'd booked. So I had the spend the day of my arrival on finding another place to stay.

Good food at the restaurant but property is generally run down

Our room was very dirty. The two air mattresses provided for our kids deflated in the middle of the night and we were told there were no replacements for night #2. Staff seemed a little mismanaged and tired.
