The hotel had a rough day the desk clerks said. Our room was not ready till about 5. Not a big deal we needed to go to the store. The room was nice. We had two bedrooms and a living room. The bathroom around the shower looks dirty.

This was a great place to stay with the kids on vacation. My kids would rather hang out here in the pools then see the area attractions. The rooms were clean and the staff was very prompt answering any questions or handling any requests. Worth the money and would stay here again.

My family really enjoyed our stay here! We wish it could have been longer. We felt like we were in a fancy 2 bedroom, 2 bath house rather than a hotel suite. Our hotel card was needed to access the stairs or elevator into the building so we had no security concerns, and the communication from the staff was excellent. We were able to do laundry in our own suite! We were right next to the shopping outlets and just down the street from Hershey park. This place was perfect!

Front desk tried to charge me $987 when I paid in full back in October when I booked my trip. There’s no dining options at property. Central air is extremely loud. I asked for more garbage bags and front desk told me to come down and get them, they had no one to bring them to my room. I came down for the bags and there were two people working behind the desk. I would never stay here again and I wouldn’t recommend it.

Popoerty was a convenient 2 minute drive to Hershey Park. There was a grocery store nearby as well. The property itself could use some updating. Felt like a hotel from the late 90's. Clean, but old if that makes sense. The drains were very slow to run and the toilet paper/kleenex were sandpaper (very glad I brought my own from home). The property staff were helpful and attentive. Outdoor pool was nice enough for the kids.

Check in was a breeze and room was very clean. Layout was perfect for a group of 6 whick included two 12 year olds and a 10 month old. We were in building 1 and didnt realize game room and indoor pool were in building two. Its just a short walk and weather was nice so it wasnt a problem. Kids and adults enjoyed watching the trains go by. Whistles blow when they go by, fun during day, not so much at 2 am.

This hotel was rated one of the best and certainly not the cheapest. Staff was very friendly. I don’t mind paying for a top notch hotel but I have NEVER stayed in a hotel where you have to take out your own garbage and recycling before you leave and wash your dishes. You have to leave the building you are in and go to office in separate building for towels, toilet paper, etc.Will not stay again!

Good location to visit Hershey. There’s sleeping room in beds for 6 and it would be nice to have 2 more comfy chairs in the den so some guests don’t have to sit at hard kitchen chairs when all visiting together. Would have also been nice if there were travel size shampoos, and soaps in the suite. We didn’t know we needed to bring those bc thought it was handled like a hotel.

The property was nice and clean! That is important for me and my kids. I also had a new born baby and I felt so comfortable. The pools are nice and the arcade was free. Hershey park was less than 5 mins away and the shopping center was across the street

A beautiful property located close to everything Hershey has to offer. Clean and recently updated, including a new pool/spa area. Friendly staff! This was our 3rd time at this property and we are looking forward to another visit!

We had a wonderful stay & enjoyed ourselves a lot between the outdoor & indoor pool & hanging by the fire pit. The suite was perfect, tons of room for all of us. My children & grandchildren had a blast. We stayed here years ago for my daughter's graduation at the Giant Center & we will definitely be back !

Spacious, nice suite had a full kitchen, and we loved that it had two bathrooms. Comfortable sturdy beds were nice.
Cons:
Sofa and living area furniture is very hard/uncomfortable so we didn’t want to spend time in that area.
Bathroom floors needed to be cleaned.

The room was great. Very clean. The trains at night are sometimes loud some trains blow the whistle while passing throughout the night.

I liked being so close to park & arena. I liked the size of the unit. Roomy & comfortable could really spread out. Also, kitchen & WD. Everything you need. Although we weren't able to use, I like that there are two pools. Proximity to outlets also nice. Front desk folks very welcoming & helpful. Unfortunately there was hair in bath sink & something stuck on pillow case & couple of spots/stains on bedding which caused us to ? cleanliness. Everything else looked good & clean including kitchen items so I felt a little better. Overall, I liked it. Some complained about train but didn't bother us at all. I would stay again but probably only if I could get a deal as it was very expensive but we were there for skating event with early time & needed to be close to arena. Also, I had always wanted to stay here but you all were always totally booked so that's a good sign.

Negatives:Parking was too tight. Smokers congregated under the roof of the garage instead of going outside and away from the building. Huge piles of trash were left at the bottom of the elevator/just inside the garage every day. Dishwasher was disgusting, rancid smell would not dissipate even after 'sanitizing' it twice.Pool was so crowded! Positives: Great location for getting to Hershey; nice outdoor pool, lighting was cool; SO convenient having washer&dryer, and we enjoyed the automatic fireplace, made it very cozy. Dishware was high quality. would stay again!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The apartment was very nice and spacious for the 4 of us. Loved the tub in the room and the hot tub at the pool. Very close to Hersheypark and tanger outdoor mall was right across the street. Could use some more food places in the area though.
