The best experience, we enjoyed our stay a lot! The atmosphere is welcoming and inviting from the time we stepped in with beautiful lobby and warm greeting from the staff. Charles is the best host we've ever met. He gave a lot of useful information around town. All the staff are nice, and willing to help. The room is spacious, clean with well designed floor plan and good lighting. The bed is very comfortable with plenty of pillows. We liked the hot breakfast. The place is quiet; we slept well each night which is hard to get; even the curtains can be properly closed without using our clothespins. Best yet, there were hot chocolate cookies in the afternoons. The staff are really caring people. There was a brief power outage in the area one morning about 6 AM. They were all out trying to help the guests with their breakfast and getting around. They noticed a dog inside a truck that was parked there and called the service to make sure the dog was OK. Anyway, we had an amazing stay and wish everyone else is the same!

good budget hotel stay! people were quiet and friendly, desk staff were nice, room was clean and functional other than a flickering light in the bathroom. breakfast is pretty good, i was surprised at how much i liked the omelettes - they clean up at 9am on the weekends though, not 10 like the signage says. location isn't the prettiest but it's very convenient being right off the i-17 and some fast food stuff around. we're a visibly queer couple and didn't have any issues with that, either.

They seem to have a problem with their key system for both nights. When we came back to our room, our key didn't work and there was a large line of people with the same problem. The poor lady at the front desk had to run around opening doors for people and then have to redo. The keys, it just became a real nuisance.

Room was very clean. Quite place which was nice. Cons: the pool wasn’t working which is an issue with having kids. I feel a discount should be given in those situations, especially in AZ. The breakfast was out of regular coffee.

01. Sink wouldn't drain 02. Fridge was barely cold 03. AC unit would not adjust or turn off, had to unplug as itcfroze us out! 04. Pool was down for maintenance issues 05. Elevator broke 06. Ice Machine on 1st floor was broken had to walk up 3 flights of stairs to the 3rd floor to get ice Manager said she'd issue a refund but Expedia had to submit my request.

The lady at the front desk was really helpful because our reservation got messed up. But the room was dirty, We found multiple different kind of bugs and almost stepped on a scorpion in the bathroom in the morning. Caught it and showed the lady at the desk and all she said was I will tell our Orkin man. The breakfast was pretty gross and was told that the hot tub pool were not available, which is another reason we picked this hotel to use those facilities. Seriously feel ripped off this was our one Trip a year with our kids and it was pretty sad. Felt like I should’ve got some sort of Compensation or something. Not sure I’ll ever go to comfort Inn again.

Great place. Conveniently located off freeway. Nice room. Clean and spacious. Staff friendly and helpful. Good breakfast included with stay. One complaint- pool and jacuzzi listed as amenities. However, found out upon arriving that both are closed for maintenance. This should've been stated on the site. We drove all day to get there and I was really looking forward to relaxing in the jacuzzi. Would've gone to the place across the street that actually had an OPEN pool.

They need screens on windows, the windows on higher level floors open all the way and they don’t have screens. Breakfast was interesting but ok the rooms were pretty comfortable but Ice maker only works on a certain floor

We had to switch rooms three times when we arrived. Initially we were put in a room with one bed when I booked for two beds. The second room air did not work. The third room one of the beds were broke. Booked for two nights but with all the issues asked them to cancel the second night. They said they would refund but they did not.

Very disappointed in the cleanliness of this hotel. This hotel at cockroaches and what looked like silverfish. I stayed one night and had to be moved twice. The third room also had a dead cockroach. The only good thing I can say is the management was very prompt in moving me as well as giving me a refund for the second night I was going to stay there and allowed me to check out as soon as possible. There was also a huge yellow ring on the mattress cover.

Nice room. Tv/remote didn’t work. Had to figure out how to turn on tv from tv. Also volume. Then remote worked to change channels and guide. When I asked the next day about getting new remote. They said that room is how it is. Really? Why would they do that. Like everyone needs the hassle.

Room was clean. Beds very comfortable. Breakfast was disappointing. Cereal - but no milk. No juice. Only coffee. A lot of kids were thirsty. There was a guy doing a great job of cleaning up every crumb, and kept the sausage and cheese omelettes stocked.

The day we arrived; the Internet was out. Then the elevator was not working. Since we were on the second floor, it made it difficult for my wife to climb or descend the stairs. They were both working be the time we left. Breakfast was not the best. The eggs were cold and the small cheese omelets were hard with little taste. The waffle was good.

We came to the hotel on the night before memorial day, so it was probably after a very busy day at the hotel. The tub was full of hairs, water wasn't draining. We didn't have towels in the room and needed to ask for them twice. On the other hand. The receptionist was very nice and did her best to help. During breakfast, we didn't get drinking water because the water dispenser broke, and it didn't occur to anyone to bring water pitchers. They didn't serve any bread because they were out of butter. Things that don't make sense to me..

The front desk was very friendly and informative, we wanted to stay an extra day but were were told we had to go through Expedia to book it since their system was down. We ended up having to get another hotel for the extra night. The room was average could be cleaner. The elevator was scary it shook when it moved. I take extra blankets because I sometimes feel icky using the hotels , I suggest you do too.
