Check in was very fast and friendly. We ordered a room with 2 queens but I think it had 2 full size beds instead. Other than that though the hotel was everything we needed - clean and with the advertised ammentities.

This hotel provided us with a comfortable, quiet, and relaxing experience. The front desk staff was very professional and our room was comfortable, clean, and offer a spacious spot to enjoy our trip. I was a little dissapointed that there wasn't a hot tub. The pictures indicated that there was a hot tub. I also wish the breakfast offered more options. We stayed for two nights and the only difference between the first night and the second was that they offered sausage the first morning and then bacon the second. I also wish they offered fresh fruit as well. Overall, we had a really nice time and will definetly be back when we are in the area.

Staff was attentive and available for questions. Food was restocked when it was low for breakfast. Cleaning staff were welcoming and helpful.

Great experience overall! I was traveling with my two children and one dog for an overnight stay. When staying at a dog friendly hotel, a person doesn’t quite know what they might get. This hotel was clean, nice and genuinely dog friendly! The breakfast was typical continental breakfast but they kept everything stocked and had the “extras” for bread items (strawberry cream cheese, honey, apple butter, peanut butter, etc). You don’t always see that! Would definitely stay again!

We were very satisfied with our rooms. The breakfast was a little lacking in variety and the half circle bar makes it look rather jumbled up.

TV was a little small, carpet was a little dirty, and the breakfast closes 9am where most places we stayed it’s open till 9:30 or 10. Other than those minor things it’s a great place to stay.

The best review I can leave is to share we are so glad we found this perfect place for us to stay, "us" being a family of 5 adults, (currently) a 2 y/o, and our border collie. We will be returning next summer as an overnight both to-and-from our vacation destination.

15 minutes or less from Nashville, downtown Columbus, and the Outlet Mall in Edinburgh. Location was great. The hotel itself could use some TLC and updates. We stayed two nights in a King room with a jacuzzi tub. The room was clean, for the most part. There was some sticky residue on one of the nightstands. Couldn't scrub it off. Felt like glue or silicone. One of the lamps in the room was broken. We reported it and no one even tried to fix or replace it. Minor damage on the tv stand. Looked like it needed repaired or replaced. Jacuzzi tub drain plug leaked. It needed a new rubber seal. Tub was still usable though. The toilet sometimes needed flushing two or three times to get it to fully flush. Not really broken. Just needed adjusted. Water pressure and the hot water were great. The king bed was comfortable but nothing amazing. The pillows were tiny and not very comfortable. Free breakfast was as expected. Cheap bagged scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, etc. The waffle irons were ok, but the second morning the waffle mix was way too thick. So it didn't spread very well. The indoor pool was clean and warm.

Internet showed a hot tub, which is no longer available!

Staff was not trained, the room smelled terrible, wifi was poor could not work on my laptop.

The staff was very friendly. They offered breakfast each morning in the lobby and the hotel and room was clean. I would stay here again if I'm back in the area.

Overall a great stay

Power went out due to a storm. No back up generator so my boyfriend had to sleep in a vehicle after abruptly waking up gasping for air. Breakfast had my family pooping for hours after we left. And NO HOT TUB which is why i booked. When I asked for a refund I got the run around and still haven't heard back from management.

Great place for a one night quick stop off the highway. Breakfast was limited but sufficient. Beds were comfortable and shower had good water pressure. When we first arrived the A/C was running but the room was like a sauna. Fortunately, we were able to cool it down to a manageable temperature for the night. Would stay again.

This is a wonderful hotel to stay with your dog. There are accomodations for your dog. Those being potty area with pick up bags and treats in the lobby. Many of the guests have dogs, so no worries about complaints and the staff is very friendly and helpful. There is no additional charge for your dog. While the hotel is outdated, when you have pets, it is prefered. I have stayed here before and will stay again when visiting Brown County state park and Nashville. Thanks for a pleasant stay.

Only downfall was the cleanliness in the lobby/breakfast area. Tables weren’t clean from morning to night & not enough seating. All in all, it was a pretty good stay. Rooms were fine, pool area was fine, nice patio area as well as plenty of grass area for kids to play (if you have children with that need to burn off some energy).

It would be difficult to keep this place clean with the amount of baseball kids running around. Pure chaos…barefoot pool water…no food on the breakfast bar. Kids are noisy and dirty and there is a full hotel of them. The staff were not hospitable…but they were there.
