The service was friendly and professional. The entry, lounge and building were nice but my room itself smelt so potently of ash/smoke and mold. It was hard to sleep and all of my clothes wretched of the scent for the remainder of my multi-destination trip.

The room was vey comfortable. It wa clean and well stocked with the necessities. The temperature was easily controlled. The staff was friendly and efficient. The breakfast was hot and the staff in the breakfast area was very attentive to the needs and was keeping all the items well stocked despite the fact that there were a lot of people eating at the same time. I would stay here again.

The sheets had stains on them, and there was no one there to change them, so I had to change all the bedding by myself. The bathroom floor was so dirty like it hadn't been swept/mopped in a long time. I'm glad I had some Clorox disinfecting wipes, so I foot mopped the floor with them. I actually seen a couple of roaches in the room. The room had a bad musty smell to it.

The bed was very comfortable and the breakfast was wonderful. The tv remote was not programmed so we could not even watch tv. The light in the bathroom was only about half lit up. I spotted a large roach and also a baby roach in the bathroom.

It’s a clean, comfortable, friendly stay. We were there due to an incoming storm but everyone was hospitable, the room was clean & comfortable & breakfast was tasty.

When we had such a problem with Hampton Inn i called to see if we check early she said yes she would let me look at room before paying. It was a 100% better than at Hampton Inn.

Upon arrival the bed linens were soiled with vomit from the previous guests. Although they changed our bedding it showed that the room want cleaned prior to our arrival.

I was very disappointed with my stay. The sheets had visible mold, and the bathroom had mold on the back. Although the staff changed our room, it was just as bad. The chair was rusty, and the lamp in the reception area was full of dead bugs. To top it off, there was no water available during breakfast. I cannot recommend this hotel!

It was for an overnight stay that turned amazing with the location to Felix’s and a great new Whiskey Bar.. and the girls at the front desk during check-in (3-11) & overnight were so friendly! Breakfast was great and I’d stay there again for longer!!

Warning!! If you have asthma or mold allergies, don’t stay here! This would be a nice place to stay if it wasn’t for the smell. Water damage has caused the rooms to have a strong musty, mildew-mold smell. I am shocked that more reviews don’t mention this smell. I gave higher stars for the sweet lady at the front desk who was willing to get us a different room. Unfortunately, all the rooms offered to us had the smell, and I pre-payed. Otherwise, I would have gone someplace else. If you don’t have allergies or asthma as I do, you might be fine because the room itself was okay though a little worn. And it was quiet even though a construction crew was there at the same time as we were. The hotel just needs a good cleaning and major remodel.

Room was nice... more expensive than I wanted to pay, but it was a nice place. The only issue was with the A/C. It leaked water on to the floor. There was places close by to eat and shop. I'd stay there again if we come back to Daphne.

The room was not cleaned well at all. The floor in the bathroom had not been mopped. When we wiped up some water on the floor with the bath mat, the mat was a dark brown from wiping the water on the floor. The toilet tank had black grease looking marks, as well as the top of the toilet seat. The top of the toilet seat also had a very long black hair stuck to it that did not belong to any of us. This was all the first time we had used the bathroom. There were piles of construction dust in each corner beside the sink vanity that was never cleaned up. It looks like it was possibly dust from sanding. On the ceiling there were black specs indicating a possible mold or mildew problem. Ventilation was very poor in the bathroom. Our toilet got clogged early one morning and the front desk attendant didn’t have a plunger or anyone to call to help. We had to wait for the manager to come in and she simply handed us the plunger to take care of it. No maintenance staff on duty even at 7/8am. On the upside, I reported the problem with the bathroom floor being filthy as soon as we noticed it. The attendant on duty at that time did come to our bathroom and cleaned the floors herself by spraying cleaner and wiping it up. I wouldn’t stay here again and wouldn’t recommend it.

We have to come to Foley area to deliver items for work and have to stay the night or 2. We have to drive a truck that is about 20something feet long and have to park it where we stay the night at. At the front desk when you check in it says we would have to park it somewhere else. The lady at the desk said we could park it where the garage can is.. 😩

The hotel was connected by a short walk to the Gator Alley Boardwalk. It was fun to walk there and check out the wildlife. Several things were new in the room like the pull out couch which had never been used as the plastic packaging was still inside. The vanity and mirror were clearly a recent upgrade. But it was obvious the contractors didn’t care about their work with paint splatter and caulk marks everywhere. The carpet and surfaces weren’t very clean. Like they’d attempted to clean, but haphazardly wiped around and left a residue behind. Not the dirtiest hotel we’ve stayed in, but certainly not the cleanest. The continental breakfast was really good better than I’ve had in a while.

Front desk clerk was nice. When we turned down our sheets our comforter had dried blood on it. GROSS Out family stayed in 2 other rooms and they were nasty as well the beds had hair in them. AWFUL AWFUL. we should have tried to get a refund.

The first room we were given had an unpleasant smell and the curtain rod for the blackout curtain was broken and could t be closed. The toilet in the second room had something stuck in it preventing it from flushing. The third room we were given had part of the curtain hanging down on one side and the freezer was completely frosted over and unable to be used until WE defrosted it. There were pieces of sheetrock left on a bench in the hallway for a day and half and once remove the dust from it remained for another day. The washer on our floor was out of order the entire 5 days we were there. The staff was friendly and helpful but there were so many maintenance issues that we feel were unacceptable.

Very courteous staff. For a three night stay there was NO ROOM CLEAN UP. When I inquired why was told they only clean every third day! I've traveled all over the world and the USA and even in 3rd world hotels they clean and service the rooms daily! The hotel guide indicated daily cleaning. Did not get any value for my money.
