Amazing hotel and location

Nice hotel but they allow cigar smoking on the roof top restaurant which is over powering and ruins the meals

Great hotel in a nice location for a stay in Rome

The hotel was very nice, the location was excellent. Close to everything, yet far from the crowds.

I am sorry I don’t recall his name (and of course he always remembered mine…), but the concierge was extremely helpful throughout our trip. I left my wedding ring in the room after checking out and he was extremely helpful in retrieving it — saving me from divorce :-)

The staff is exceptional! Especially Massimo who is part of the concierge staff!!

It is a beautiful property and the hotel staff is wonderful. Truly an elegant experience.

Hotel is in an excellent location, staff is very courteous and helpful, and overall I’d rate it 4/5. The furniture in rooms is very old, and I’d much prefer to have a walk in shower than a climb in tub in 2023.

Old fashioned style and hospitality, what a relief! Excellent concierge and housekeeping services. Finally a hotel which understands the difference between hospitality and service! Reminds me of what great hotels used to be, a home away from home with staff which continued for decades and get like family members. This is going to be my home in Rome.

At the very top of the Via Veneto, ncie a quiet. I bit of a hike for most things but very close to the Villa Borghese. The hotel is very nice, the roof top breakfast buffet is wonderful. Rooms are a little small but overall a very nice choice in Rome

Never again lost a customer, customer service is the worst

Stayed in 4 star hotels where the rooms were quite a bit nicer than this hotel. Staff was helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good and staff was very nice. It was not disclosed online that parking was valet only at 47.00 euros per night in addition to the hotel cost.

Upgraded to the presidential suite; living room views of the Vatican which was most beautiful at sunset (sun sets directly behind the St. Peters Basilica dome!). Even if you can't upgrade the room; the roof terrace offers the same spectacular views of the city; The Vatican, Palatine Hill, The Forum and even the Colosseum. The only let-down was that the Breakfast on offer was not up to par, but the same can be said of ALL Italian hotels with the exception of a small handful

We stayed overnight on our way from Sicily to the South of France. The hotel was perfectly positioned not far from the Autostrade and yet in a beautiful part of Rome. We arrived late and tired but were soon revived by great hot showers, a warm and welcoming barman and a delicious meal well served. We slept well on excellent beds with high quality linen and pillows and then had a very good breakfast on the rooftop terrace. Finally the valet returned our car which had been garaged overnight. What more could one want?

Paying $500 per night I'd expect to have at least 1 bottle of water free of charge. Not having a magnifying mirror in the bathroom is just a shame.

We have stayed here 4 times. The area is excellent. Nice and clean, and not crowded. The breakfast buffet was excellent. The female converge was so friendly and helpful with excursions and places to eat, while the male concierge was unpleasant both in his attitude and his demeanor. Had a suite and it was gorgeous. Room service was speedy and delicious.

Our room was fine and the bed was very comfortable. We enjoyed the attentive and kind staff working on the breakfast, especially the supervisor whom we had great pleasure in finding.
However, we had an unpleasant embarrassment, as we booked a deluxe room with king bed, and they gave us a standard room with a queen size bed. As we called to inform the error, the checking clerk and the manager (who doesn’t know the history of the property by the way) tried to convince us that the hotel does not have different size beds and that was their ‘king’, trying to blame Expedia for the error (although the Marriott website clearly present the same 3 types of rooms: suite, de luxe w/ king bed, and the luxe w/ queen bed). Probably the hotel was fully booked and they gave us what they had, but they should have explained the situation and we would be ok. But instead, they tried to convince us we were wrong. They did not reimburse us for the difference, the reception manager was uninformed, unavailable and unfriendly and to prevent this from spoiling our trip, we indulged in the pleasures of Rome and are now making our complaint (which honestly could have been avoided and a simple apology and explanation why they did not have our apartment available. We are reasonable and we know that unforeseen happen, but we were treated with total disregard for the check-in. Really a shame.

We had a short layover in Rome before our morning flight back to the United States. This hotel was a quiet oasis among all the hustle and bustle. The room was large and sunny and perfectly appointed. The bed was so comfy we wanted to buy the same one for home! The staff was timely and always helpful. A short walk to the Spanish Steps and all the shopping and beautifully located next to the Villa Borghese park. Right across the street is Harry's Bar. What else could you need.

Very nice hotel and a great room. Staff was very helpful. Check In took a bit long due to a large group ahead of us. Breakfast on the roof top terrace gave great views but the food was only average. I spent 15 days all total in Italy and this hotels breakfast was by far the worse.

Nice property
Linen and beds super comfy
Breakfast buffet disappointing in terms of appearance and variety. We stayed 4 days and it was EXACTLY same stuff each day.. no innovation what so ever.
As well no english news paper to be found anywhere in the hotel...!!
Finally, the doormen where quite absent and non-existent. 3 times I entered and could not find doorman. When I found him he was roaming in lobby with both hands in his pocket

Staff was outstanding both at front desk and during breakfast. Room staff also friendly and cheerful and extremely responsive. Building going through some renovation right now but transparent to those there on business. Highly recommend this hotel in a great location.

Hotel was great albeit we didn’t spend much time in it. Late one evening we went up to the rooftop terrace for a drink but it was closed - so we got a bottle of wine from our room and took it up there and had a drink whilst looking over the whole of Rome by night.

Excellent location close to attractions and park within walking distance. Staying in the oval room is a must. And the terrace is great night and morning for breakfast.
