Nice and comfortable rooms ( I recommend the master suite) increíble view from floor 18 , food is not the best but is good 👍 drinks are great

The location was great - beach front. Our room was great, nice ocean view. Evening entertainment was good. I think the thing we didn't appreciate much was food variety. Being that it is in Manzanillo, we expected more sea food options. Looks like beach didn't admit sellers, so we didn't have fresh fruit, coconuts, etc. That was more fun just down the way. It is okay to stay if you don't care to drive around and see the city. If you like fun mariscos, fruits, etc. no need to stay in 'all-inclusive'.

Bathroom toilet was leaking sewage and the service team didn’t do anything but place a small towel over it even after numerous requests to fix it or move our rooms. Our sheets also had blood stains. We had 2 rooms next to each other with 4 beds total and requested blankets at least 5 different times and they would only give us 2. They refused to give us blankets and offered us sheets. The beds only had sheets on them, no blankets at all hence our request for blankets. 3 hours later at 10pm we finally got the other 2 blankets but only after we asked to speak to a manager. We had to walk down to the lobby 4 times. The first time, I called and was told I’d get a call back regarding the bathroom and nothing. The other times they didn’t answer the phone so we walked down to the lobby 4 times in order to request service to the bathroom and blankets. We had 2 young children and they were cold and needed to go to bed but it took hours to get blankets. We were also down to only one bathroom since the sewage was leaking the entire time. Safe to say we are never returning.

The hotel room, the hotel staff, the ocean views, overall cleanliness of the dining room, our hotel room and the swimming pools. All were first class. I may have wanted a few more vegan options in the dining room, but the food was great.

Love that it's beachfront. The pool was very nice and clean. Staff were friendly. Food was not great but good, and fruit was fresh. Entertainment was good the 1st night, though the Karaoke 2nd night not kid friendly, crowded and not enough seating provided, we left after 10min.

Everything was great at the hotel, the only 2 bad things I could say would be that they’ve locked the tvs and you can’t get English channels even with staff help. And then the beach is quite deep, you from knee deep to chin deep in about 5 feet from shore. But very great hotel

Well kept and looked after. Food was ok. Biggest negative is the very very very loud pool during the day 8:30-6:30. You can’t get away from it even in your room. The windows shook. The show almost broke my eardrums too… couldn’t watch it.

The rooms we got were right above the entertainment so it was very noisy and we were not able to rest well, my family all got sick from the food they serve. Hotel is clean and staff is very pleasant, the beach is fantastic!

I loved our trip here. We really enjoyed the private beach and the pools. One thing i didn't appreciate is that some staff told us we had to pay for wifi and on our last day another staff said oh no its free. So while we enjoyed being unplugged it was hard to keep in touch with family & work. Also i didn't really like the food, i would've enjoyed more variety and FANS, please install fans for the heat and for the flies. The night entertainment was amazing just needed some fans for that heat. Overall we'd go again!

Hotel was beautiful, room was great, staff were wonderful. The location being on the beach was perfect. The only thing that could be improved upon was stocking of the in room bar fridge daily with water and pop (as we were told that it would be).

This is the thrid time we go El Tesoro de manzanillo hotel and all times we have had a great experience, plus the beach is incredible because there are no high waves and the water is on calm most of the time

We spent 2 weeks at Tesoro. The building and rooms are lovely as is the pool and incredible beach. Staff were fantastic. My only complaint was the food. The buffets were ok but strictly Mexican food. The two restaurants of Mexican Food and Italian food rotates nightly. We went to Italian and I have to say any meat was grossly over cooked and the pasta was crunchy. I know they r trying but it was bad. We were maybe one couple of 4 that were from North America. It was all Mexican travellers who are so nice and we enjoyed it.

Honestly everything was horrible especially the food . On 2 separate occasions the food was spoiled I’m currently with a horrible stomach ache. The pillows were horrible the beach sucks big time. It’s just not worth it you are better off spending a lil more for a better place bc you are going to have to go out to eat anyways trust me stay away

While in Mexico...tried to call them numerous times due to need to cancel....couldnt get through BEfORE the deadline, ended up LOSING our deposit....THEY WOULDN'T REFUND OUR CANCELLATION FEE

Too hot, they need more fans or A/C in lobby area, show room, and night bar. They also need more staff at bar at night. There was like 50 people at bar with long line and only 1 bartender in horrible heat, we could not enjoy there amenities, they did not have the proper ventilation or staff.

I like the views. Easy access to the beach. A lot of food options. Big pool. Dislike my room it smelled like mildew shower had no pressure sink would get clogged. It be better if they had transportation available to and from the airport. Better alcoholic drinks or beers

No room service No good tequila No wifi No steamers or laundry service No separate pools for children and adults The staff was nice that is about it. I wouldn’t return to this place at all. It needs a lot of work. Only reason we stayed here was due to a family wedding. & I would’ve stayed at the nicest hotel here Like I have before. Stay away from this place even the rooms smell and are humid.
