If you need a bed, it will work, but it is noisy, no AC, and carpet in rooms is from the 70s. Needs to be updated.

Comfortable and quiet. I would definitely stay here again

This is an older hotel /motel. It was perfect for two nights and a great location. The staff were very accommodating and helpful.

Many basic safety concerns and fire code violations. Dirty rooms and hallways, leaking bathroom pipes, broken smoke detectors, shorted outlets and lighting… This place should be condemned and sold so new management with better manners and intentions can build a new, comfortable hotel in the area.

The TV wouldn’t work, someone came up and changed the batteries in the remote but the tv kept freezing still. They only have portable air conditioners attached to the windows. Our room wouldn’t get cooler than 77, it made for an uncomfortable stay. The bathroom obviously has wasn’t cleaned because they forgot to take the empty shampoo bottle out of the shower. We asked for an extra pillow and they said to come back in a couple hours to get it. Don’t waste your money, stay somewhere else.

No dining when we arrived the restaurant was closed. The front desk took forever decided to do filing while I was checking in, I was the only one in the lobby checking in so why not file when no one was around to check in? The ac wasn't working so they had a small unit ac in the room with the window sealed shut which made it stuffy in the room. They had no cable so couldn't watch tv (not a big deal but would have been nice for background noise since its right next to the freeway)

I stayed here because of the location. The hotel was dirty. The main stairway had not been vacuumed in awhile. The doorknobs were sticky. The TV's were not working at all. When I was checking in I needed to use a bathroom and the front desk clerk made me wait until I got to my room.

We found this place last min while on a motorcycle trip when it started raining. Front desk man was super helpful. Let us park under overhang by the front door. Rooms were older but clean. Place has a washer & dryer which we needed…. They have a restaurant attached which was closed but the bar was open & had a small lte night fry menu… mozzarella sticks, chicken tenders & fries were really good. Over all it was a perfect place in a pinch!

The management "policies" for PCT (Pacific Crest Trail) hikers were horrendous. They charged $15 to retrieve a resupply box wheter you're a guest or not. All other hotels I stayed at, where I had resupply sent, did not charge for resupply box. They were RUDE about it, too. Their attitude was pretty much, "we're the only game in town, so we can do anything we want." They kept on spewing the whole "its our policy thing" to me. As a former Program Manager, i told them that policies can be changed. This one should for those guests staying at the hotel. I would NOT recommend the Summit Inn, nor will I ever stay here again.

The area was pretty.

Staff ok… way outdated . Show doors almost impossible to close. Lots of suspicious people in parking areas.

Check in took forever; slow, computer issues, key didn't work x 3 trips to the desk. Hotel is old, stained and messy. We left a day early knowing our money would be forfeited because we purchased with Expedia. The state of the hotel and the lack of things to do in the area led to us leaving.

Not quiet, Somebody try to break in.

The room has lots of space, it's a strong shower, the hot tub felt great, and all appears clean. I feel safe, and things are quiet. I really enjoy the mountain views. The PCT and other hiking trails are right across the street. It's easy access from I-90. Yes, I would stay here again.

The room was decent, price reasonable but the beds were hard with no spring. Also like sleeping on a slope not flat and hard as a rock.Comfort level is a zero

Hot tub & sauna were a nice bonus. A better view from that room would be nice and possibly an exercise room

Hotel is fine, nothing fancy but they keep it pretty clean. Very convenient if you’re skiing/hiking in the Snoqualmie Pass area.

The room was very hot when we arrived so we turned on the portable AC unit which worked for about 30 mins then blew out the fuse that controlled that plus half the room lights/outlets. We called down to front desk and he said he would check on it and that a few neighboring rooms had same problem. It was back on in 15 mins but then obviously happened again because, well, it’s obvious it was overloaded so it would continue to happen if everyone tried to use AC unit. It was way too hot not to use it so we tried again and it went off again. I have a feeling the neighboring occupants either left or moved because hours later, it appeared to stay on. Very frustrating when all you want to do is sleep. And the “view” from the room was disgusting - pretty much looked at old debris/trash.

This hotel was a convenient place for us to stay en route to our ultimate destination. The room was only moderately clean. They were having issues with the air conditioning. We accepted a room without and it was stuffy. The beds weren’t particularly comfortable. Located on a busy road, it was noisy all the time. The food at the attached restaurant wasn’t good, but the staff was excellent.
3.0 / 5.0
The front desk check in person was unfriendly and the room not only didn't have air conditioning, the only air that came from the vent was warmer than the temperature outside and the windows were made to not open, thus, it was very warm (mid to upper 70s) until about 11:00 pm.
There was no phone or clock; however the room was well cleaned.

We left an item in our room after we checked out. Called the same day to say we left an item. Staff member was rude but said they had found a charger. We let them know we would not be able to be back in that location for a few days- was told that was fine. Made it back after rerouting the trip to accommodate going back there and they had no charger according to them. This was a couples trip and I usually would use this facility for my business as well....however, this experience was so negative, time consuming, and costly, I will take my business elsewhere. Also, the hot tub was broken...

The Summit Inn feels like it was a top of the line hotel 30-40 years ago, and while still decently maintained, it hasn’t had an upgrade since.
I’ve stayed there twice now, both during the off season, and it has been cheap and relatively pleasant. The brewery and restaurant across the street are fantastic, perfect for an after-hike refuel.
The attached restaurant has classic greasy spoon diner food and huge portions.
3.0 / 5.0
This is an old hotel an adjacent to two major ski areas. It probably is heavily used during ski season. They’ve actually done quite well in upgrading it, probably on a limited budget. It’s right next to I-90, a very busy freeway crossing the Cascade Mountains. The sink and bath tub is clean but has mineral discoloration. There is a portable A/C unit should it be needed and a portable space heater.
2.0 / 5.0
The air conditioner was broken and it was very warm upstairs. They didn't tell me the air conditioner was broken. The coffee pot didn't work and the hair dryer didn't work. Place is mess and has gone downhill terribly.
