This was the worst hotel I’ve ever been to, upon check-in we found our room dirty. The toilet had not been cleaning from the previous people stay, the linens on the bed were disgustingly, stains and dirty, and have not looked like they’ve been washed from the previous people. We requested management to look at the room, she instructed us to move rooms after we had already checked in the second room we went to was almost as bad. Floors had cigarette burns all over the bathtub. Looks like it was falling apart, the sheets and pillowcases had to be changed on the second room, the front lobby was dirty beyond belief and it was not check out check in time. It looks like it’s a very unkept facility. We did not stay our second night because the place was so disgusting. We felt like making the drive home four hours away was better than staying a second night in this hotel. I would really like for somebody to contact me to make things right.

My family stays at this location to be close to Holiday World and we’ve been here three times over the past number of years. It has been two years since we have been here but it was not clean. There were spots on the blankets, the walls, and even a sticky red substance on the floor in between the beds.

Rooms kick you out early, they do not clean rooms after each night. Beds were not consistent. One bed was over firm and the other was soft. The ac was so close to bed that someone was freezing while room was warm. Overall not a good experience. Wont be staying again.

Heck in was easy. Have us a bottom floor room as requested. Had trouble with our TV twice and some one helped us immediately with the problem. We stay at this motel twice a year. Will be back in the fall as planned. Hope we get the same room.

Checkin went well. The room was clean but it did have an overwhelming smell, at least in our room on the first floor. Was not impressed with the breakfast, Curdled Cream, Watered down Orange Juice and the waffle mix was very very runny, lumpy and had a discoloured look. At this point did not trust to try the sausage and eggs, so cannot comment on these items. Given the price, I guess I expected a better experience, my first time at a Baymont.

With Hotel.com earned rewards this stay was pretty much compt'ed. Dale is close to Santa Claus, IN (5 or 6 miles). The hotel was fine. I've stayed in worse. Don't know if I would have stayed if the room hadn't been discounted. It was alright
