Overall, a great hotel but bring earplugs. Staff was very friendly and exceptionally helpful. The room was clean and very comfortable. The hotel was tucked off the main road and was nice a quiet. We didn't use the pool but it looked very well maintained and clean. Our only issue was how thin the walls were. We could hear the neighbors wash their hands, take a shower, shuffle across the room, alllll the noise. It wasn't just a loud room, we could hear both rooms on either side of us and the room above us. Great hotel though, just bring earplugs and you'll love it.

I booked on hotels.com. The website stated we could get connecting rooms. This is what I was looking for so I booked it for a family trip. I usually cook with other brands of hotels but they didn't offer the connecting so I decided to give this a try. Upon checking in, the front desk guy told me they don't offer connecting rooms...what?! I wasn't happy, but we were stuck. Don't book if you plan on using the pull out couch. It was sooo bad! I've never see one this bad before. There was also a matchbox car in the bed when we pulled it out. When was the last time housekeeping opened it? The extra blanket in the closet had grass in it! It must have been used outside, folded and put back. Does housekeeping not change these out for every stay? Or at least check to see if they had been used? Disgusting! Speaking of disgusting if the included breakfast. Don't bother if you have taste buds. Lastly, the fridge is not very cold. Maybe a bit colder than room temp. I would never stay here again. I'll also call the hotel directly when I need more specific things like connecting rooms. I'm not sure if this is the hotel's fault or hotels.com's fault.

We had a good stay at this property and it was very conveniently located. We had excellent service at check-in and when we had a question on the second night...the gentleman at the desk was great. Property was a little dated and could use some updates. Our only "complaint" is that our room faced the highway and there was a lot of noise. When checking in, we didn't think to ask for a room on the other side of the hotel.

We stay in Ft Collins several times a year, and this was a very pleasant stay. Only complaint would be that the tub did not drain properly, and we did not get a chance to let them know about it. Breakfast was very good, bed was good, room was nice, parking and area were great.

We got in super late after a 16 hr drive and the person working the counter was asleep, then their pet friendly policy was for only dogs so we were asked to leave our cats in the rental. After asking if there were other places to stay at, the person at the counter then asked if we had $100 in cash and he would let us sneak the cats in…declined and ended up just skipping sleep and continued our additional 7hr drive and was told no refunds and that are card was already charged. Just needed a 4 hour nap so we could continue our drive safely….honestly disappointed how we were treated and talked to. Hotel policy didn’t match up with Expedia website….major flaw on both their parts. You’d think management would check all listings to make sure their information is correct

We stayed here for our vacation to Estes Park. Room was clean, beds, comfy, breakfast was good. The pool was nice. The hot tub must have had too much chemical in it because our eyes burned like crazy after being in it for only a few minutes. Overall, a decent place to stay.

Check in was nice and easy. Room was clean. The hot tub was not hot but we told the front desk and I believe it was fixed by the next day. The only thing I would say that needs work is housekeepers don’t need to yell down the hall in the morning. It was way early and a male housekeeper was yelling from our end to someone on the other end. Have some respect.

The room was clean and comfortable but hallways and elevater was dirty. Elevator was old, narrow, and creepy. Free breakfast was sparse and not tempting. However, the staff were friendly and extremely helpful.
