It was a good hotel, but the wifi didnt work at all, i needed it for work, one of the front desk workers gave me free parking to try to make up for it, but truly it put a huge hamper on my stay, also room service apparently is every other day, but room service didnt even come to clean up after 2 days. The hotel was having carpets changed but for some reason the lobby smelled funky.

Front Desk was Extremely Rude. There are exposed Electrical Wires above the shower, and there's 100 ants crawling from behind the peeling wallpaper next to the bed. I've NEVER left a hotel feeling so disgusting in my life. We came so my wife could use the accessible roll in shower because she just had a hip replacement. I feel horrible for her, and will now have to try another location. Because I feel filthier than when I got here

The bottom drawer of the chest of drawers stays partially open, causing a potential hazard to trip over. The carpets are stained, worn out and dirty.

Once we entered the lobby, strong smell of dust and odor. Our room had a sock from the prior guests by the window which means the floor wasn’t vacuumed? I used to have good experience with Garden Inn but not this time. Bad experience.

Property was clean, in the process of renovation when we arrived and it was not the best time to stay there. We were there the week of 7/29/24.

Room was great. I was on the top floor at the end of the hall. It was quiet and just what I needed. The property was under construction. Parking was tight with containers taking up a large portion of the parking lot, there were people painting in the hallways etc. It was a bit distracting / disruptive, but once I was through the lobby and to my room it was fine.

This hotel is not as reflected in the pictures. It does not have a real bar or diner and everything is in poor condition and it is also under construction. Booked for hot tub and the hot tub was out of service. It was dirty as well.

we liked the location since it was close to where we wanted to be.
The room had several things that we did not like. the fitted sheet was rolling off the mattress since it didn't fit. The toilet was broken and wouldn't flush. they attempted to fix but they failed. our room was next door to an hotel storage room and it was very loud. we were schje3dule3d for two nights but left after one night

First, we were given a key to a room that was already occupied and awkwardly walked in on some
Other guests. Then we were moved to a new room, that did not have the pull out sofa that was advertised and that we needed for our 5yo and 2yo. We were finally moved to the correct room on the 3rd attempt. Then while swimming with the family, the fire alarm went off in the entire building while we were swimming, terrified our children, and we had to evacuate outside. There was no actual threat and another guest said this was the second occurrence just this week. There was a giant gathering of some sort in the lobby, the type of gathering that should have been in a banquet room or something, but this hotel out this group in the lobby. Loud, people everywhere, hard to get in and out. The two front desk employees did their best to make it better while dealing with computer issues.

The issue I had with this hotel and Expedia is that I booked this hotel last weekend and it was a booking error that changed the date to yesterday. I instantly called the hotel and talked to a rep who said for me to go through Expedia to cancel the booking and get a refund. Unfortunately my money is still taken and I could not get a refund. Expedia claims that they have reached out to the hotel and did not receive no response so they could not refund me. So that is the reason for my review.

Toilet didn’t flush properly in my room, the windows at the entrance looked to be half clean and please dummy even bother to pay the extra for the so called breakfast

Door to bathroom was painted shut, had to be switched to a different room. Second room the thermostat didn’t work, the telephone didn’t work and there was no chair in the room. For the tv the screen kept scrolling and couldn’t change the channel. When we told the front desk they said there is no maintenance people there on the weekend. I understand they are still renovating, however if multiple things don’t work in the rooms then you shouldn’t be renting out the rooms. I’d like some of my money back for this stay, it was very disappointing.

Hotel was remodeling the patio rooms which I had originally booked so. Had newly remodeled rooms on 5th floor. Nice room but only furniture was the bed. Front desk promised a chair but it didn’t show up! Also dirty towels were by the pool for the entire weekend.
