We booked for two rooms each w 2 queens but accepted 2 with one queen and a pullout couch. One room had one bed and no couch. That made the accommodation horrible. Try sleeping with three people one one bed. Miserable

I recently stayed at Clarion Pointe and, unfortunately, my experience was marred by a significant issue at the front desk. Upon check-in, I provided my credit card for the stay. However, to my dismay, I discovered later that I had been charged twice on two different cards.
This double charging caused considerable frustration and inconvenience. Firstly, I had to spend a significant amount of time on the phone with both my bank and the hotel to identify and resolve the issue. This took away from my time enjoying my trip and added unnecessary stress.
Secondly, the additional charge temporarily reduced my available funds, impacting my ability to cover other expenses during my stay. This financial strain was both unexpected and troubling, as I had planned my budget carefully.
Despite reaching out to the front desk multiple times, the resolution process was slow and unsatisfactory. The staff seemed either unwilling or unable to quickly rectify the mistake, leaving me feeling helpless and undervalued as a guest.
While the hotel's amenities and location were satisfactory, the mishandling of my billing and the subsequent poor customer service have left a lasting negative impression. I hope that in future no one has to go through what I have experienced.

The bathroom had a funny smell and there was a sock and shoe left behind a chair from previous occupants. The rest of the place was pretty clean, food was good and staff was friendly.

The floors were dirty. The room was hot. The hallway was really hot. The people in the room next to ours argued all night and kept waking us up. We were double charged for the room. Just overall a bad experience for us. We even left a day early because it was so bad.

The shuttle service is not available even though it is advertised. The front desk lady was quite nice even though I was obviously disappointed in that information. They ask for a $150 deposit to stay, even after you’ve already paid. That deposit posted to my account - never reversed & I’ve been checked out several days. I’ll likely be filing a dispute with my credit card company. I’d recommend staying somewhere else.

The OWNER Sam was A EXTREMLY RUDE!! He screamed at my 70 year old father and 14 year old Son, for having 4 extra pillows. The employee Maria she was a nice young woman.
I’ve Been to many places in and out of country but never have I been screamed at! Over pillows. Nor about my service dog. Telling me he’s not a service animal, and he needs to be with me at all times or he’s not a service dog. Which I stated “ Would you like to see
He’s paperwork?” And him saying No he doesn’t need to.
Then our room was ramshacked my grandsons iPad just grew legs. As well as my son’s laptop. This is by far the worst customer service I’ve ever had.

Simple check in. Pretty modern room. Rate was 10/10. Only stayed overnight for an early flight but will stay there again if needed. Customer service (Maura?) was very sweet!

The customer service is amazing! Krista has a keen eye for details and was very resourceful and helpful the entire weekend. My family member and I wanted tea or coffee and she made us hot water for the tea! We needed extra towels and she was very accommodating! We used the laundry and someone left their clothes in the dryer. She opted to dry our clean clothes for us so that the other person would not be upset about their belongings being moved from the dryer. I believe they forgot/fell asleep it was late. At any rate she was a joy and I’ll definitely return back because of her. She made my night better because of her customer service.

We live only 60 miles from hotel and just wanted to get away for the weekend without traveling far. Greensboro is one of our favorite places to visit, shop, and eat. We enjoyed a relaxing weekend in the hotel. The room was beautiful, very spacious, and comfortable. The staff was extremely welcoming and friendly! Our weekend was very enjoyable!

We were given a handicap room with out asking for it. My wife is borderline handicapped. This showed attention to detail and concern for customer satisfaction and comfort. Thank you.

We had a great stay. All staff was very nice and accommodating. The breakfast was really good with excellent choices. The only negative was when I inquired about checking in early I was told there would be a $40 fee. The hotel appeared to be empty on a Friday morning so it didn’t seem that it would be a stretch to accommodate the request. I didn’t want to pay a fee so we came back later to check in and were still very pleased with our stay. They really should consider doing away with the early check in fee. It’s a yes or no answer in all cases not yes if you’ll pay for it.

In town for a 5pm wedding, check in was supposed to be 3:00 and we couldn't check in until 3:45!! Short-staffed, they said. Booked a handicap room and my wife had to struggle to get into the bed it was raised up so high. Breakfast bar was empty at 8:25 - no juice, no eggs. Nothing was available but cereal and coffee. Kitchen worker was cleaning the empty equipment instead of refilling it. Would never choose to stay here again.

The owners of this property clearly take great pride in their business. It was so convenient how they had all kinds of snacks and drinks and alcohol up front for purchase. And daily I would get a text that fresh baked cookies were ready for all to enjoy! It is a great value in comparison to the area hotels. I would love love love it that much more if they slapped a coat of white paint on all the walls as it feels very dark. But that is just the interior decorator in me!

The outside of the property was clean. The staff at the check in desk was friendly. We stayed 2 nights and every staff member we came in contact with was kind. The breakfast buffet was well stocked and fresh. Our room was clean and comfortable.

I would never recommend anyone stay in this hotel. Bed was covered in urine. Very pungent and disgusting. When brought to the attention of the management staff the general manager got defensive and was very disrespectful to me. His immediate response was I think we can both agree that we are both at fault here. Insinuating that I should have noticed sooner and because I didn't it was my fault. Customer service was terrible. The video of this interaction will be on social media platforms.Far too many nice hotel options in this area to risk dealing with this type of situation. Go elsewhere
