Check-in took 15 mins. Called down to the front desk in the am…no answer. No ice machines.

Property was nice as last minute booking. Room was clean but water dripping in tub and looked like black mold on area of tub under faucet near drain.

It was fairly quiet, however the rooms could be upgraded. The A/C was very noisy!

Room had a stale smell. The room clock was not set and was blinking - clearly no prep. The room across the way housed a someone who cooked with his room door propped open to the hallway and playing music.

Great! Room was clean and we had no other issues! Elevator was out of use but that wasn’t really a problem as I was only on the second floor. For the price this was a great stay! The staff were also very friendly and helpful!

Horrible place. Dirty the people are crazy rude .. literally got woken up at 1030am the the front desk ladie yelling and bang that its check out. Not at the front door she let her self in are room and was yelling. Mean while i just got out of work at 630 am.

Rooms

I’ve never seen a hotel room this dirty. The room smelled horribly and I immediately returned to the front desk and checked out of the hotel as I was too afraid to touch anything in the room.

The room was fine a little older. My biggest problem was that the pillows were as fluffy as a firm pancake. Kinda felt like dollar store pillows

I had to wait more than 15 minutes a the front desk waiting for someone to make the check in. The room was in very bad condition, old, damaged painting. The bathroom sink was completely clogged. There weren't any dishes in the kitchen. No coffee maker. I will never go back to that hotel.

This place was one of the dirtiest places I’ve stayed at in a long time. It smelled like cigarette smoke, the carpet had holes in it. There were burn marks on the counter. Trash was over flowing outside. Very disgusting place!

The room stink really bad and the bathroom ceiling over the shower was molded and the toilet was dirty inside and out the carpet was filthy

the hotel is in an excellent location but in semi abandoned state, the shower had mold ariound the edges of the tub. The facet of the showerwas leaking making noise at night. They need to have more people working at the front desk. The hair dryer burnt when I tried to use it ,Smoke started!!! Luckily did not shock me. The GFI are not working properly. It is far from the marketing presented, They need to get their act together, The whole brand is not doing well because of the lack of better organization& resources,

Clean and comfy loved it

We booked room just for one night. The overall experience for this hotel pathetic and horrible. The rooms were smelling with dampness and some very bad smell. The carpets were so dirty. The bathroom and kitchen sinks were clogging, water was not going out of them. We requested to change our room but the hotel executive denied. It was a horrible experience with my family. My kids literally cried and they were mkt ready to sleep in that room. We reached late in the night so we did not have enough time to cancel booking and find another hotel.

The bathtub is nasty dirty, we wouldn’t want to step in the shower.

It did everything that I wanted to do.

This stay was to attend a panel of Chief Investment Officers sponsored by 100 Women in Finance. As a seasoned finance executive, I wanted to be sensible about my necessary expenses (such as attending this event paying out of pocket) while managing through this search process. I am saying so because I had a unsatisfactory experience at this same brand at a different location last year, i.e., it was not because I liked it.

I liked that i could cook and it had a refrigerator. It was clean. It was quiet. The proximity from the motel to the metro and store was awesome.I had to wait 10 minutes to be able to check in because no one was at the front desk when i arrived. There was no coffee pot in the room. All in all not a bad stay.

Friendly staff and comfortable beds. Near the metro station. Had a good time here.

Wasn’t able to stay at the property as they gave away our room two hours before we checked in (or so it seems). We had our reservation booked a month and a half in advance, and 2 hours before checking in the hotel tried to call. I was traveling so I didn’t see the call until arriving at the property two hours later. They didn’t have our room available (2 queen beds) and refused to accommodate by giving us an extra room/bed. We booked two beds and were left with nothing the day we arrived for our trip. The front desk employee/manager said he had been repeatedly trying to call me (which was a lie based off the one phone call the DAY of) and took zero responsibility for the situation. We found a great hotel nearby and are fortunate it didn’t work out here at Extended Stay. I recommend staying elsewhere unless you want to be gaslit by management. Nothing sucks worse than traveling all day & having to search for hotels after arriving. Very inconsiderate.

Possibly the best part is the combination of breakfast and happy hour in an amazing atmosphere. That alone makes the experience one to look forward to. Thank you!

Great staffs. Easy check in.

The staff was extremely nice but the property needs an update desperately. I was surprised that the rooms didnt have any kitchen items at all, usually at an extended stay there is a little bit. The beds were fairly comfortable though and we slept well.

It is a minimally furnished extended stay. Nice refrigerator and microwave but hard to wash dished or cook anything other than prepared frozen meals.

An older property but an outstanding staff keeping it clean and well maintained. Very friendly and helpful. The staff are the key to the five stars above.

Safe area easy to get around restaurants, shopping mall all in the same area :)

It was last min so it was ok

Staying for the night to give my children a different holiday experience. We were disturbed by another patron at the hotel. The staff was not helpful. The patron should have crossed boundaries... I like extended stays but I was not pleased with this location
