The hotel is run down in the outside and inside. Rusted items, humid carpet, toilets not working properly, hair on the floor and toilet, damage items in the kitchen and bathroom, the list goes on.
This hotel should be a 1 star and half the price for now. No refund option from the Hotel or Hotels.com. I tried to change rooms and the staff was not happy with the request, and the list of bad items goes on. One good thing, the location was not bad.

Key cards were failing “all” the time and had to get new ones each and every time.
The breakfast lady couldnt understand english to help us although she was nice, polite.
The oven door needs to be repaired and it kept falling out of the right hinge.
Hot Breakfast was good. No odors to speak of. Ive certainly have stayed in worse places just for a night.

In a good area. Busy place. Needs updated. Staff was flying solo checking in and helping guests. Rock star. Weed smell in our room. One night.

For the price We paid , very old and not well maintaimed room, horrible smell, cat urine smell in closet
And next to the Bed. The sofa
Bed with the mattres almost gone.
Really bad cleaned , smell dirty
And then when they did the “Cleaned refresh” what they did was to put the same dirty towels like clean ones? C’mon you are part Of Marriott Hotels , so this should NOT happens.

The breakfast was good, however due to the constant influx of persons staying at the hotel, the dining area is inadequate to cope with the number of visitors.

I was there with my wife and 2 kids from February 8 - 12 and the staff was very friendly and welcoming, always willing to assist. The room we got was ideal as it was on the ground floor right next to the dining area and lobby...thank you so much for that. It was our first time staying there but after this wonderful experience, it definitely will not be our last.

It was dirty, moldy and had little roach like insects. We were there for 2 weeks. In that time, our room was cleaned maybe 4 times. It was utterly disgusting

Great property, it did seem to be a bit old looking in the hallways, can’t really explain it, other than that it was a great place e and very centrally located for the cost.

It seemed like a renovated apartment building. Place needs to be upgraded. It was good for the price. The breakfast area could have been bigger

The property was dirty and the room smelled moldy and musty which worried me.
The stove had broken buttons all through we didn't use it I thought it looked trashy for a Marriott.
I haven't stayed at Marriott in years and always thought of the good reputation they had this proved otherwise.

The check in process was easy. The front desk guy was very friendly and answered all my questions, including about the area. The room is clean. The bed is nice but firm. I am looking forward to having a good night’s sleep here. I would stay here the next time I come to Miami.

Liked that they had 2 room option. Wanted kitchen with full size fridge and not just stovetop but a real oven. Don't like to use microwaves all of the time and you can't cook a good pizza in one....you need an oven!

Very near to mall and access to mall and other shopping areas was very easy. The breakfast options were very limited, we ended up going to the supermarket and making our own breakfast in the room. We were very impressed with the full service kitchen. The rooms were also very spacious. Parking was easy and the staff were extremely helpful.

Carpet very dated. Had two plumbing issues during stay. Side doors are completely unlocked and accessible to ANYBODY. did not feel safe

Don’t book here. Bed was hard. Rooms to small. No privacy in the pool. Breakfast bad.

It was located just where we needed to ne and had all the facilities we wanted. I will definitely come again

Room was small but very well equiped with complete kitchen and everything you need to prepare a meal. Bed was a bit small, ok for one person, but maybe to small for two. Lot of space in the parkinglot. Breakfast was good with omelett, fruits, yogurt and options of bread. Defenety will stay here again if the price is compatible.
