The resort is very nice. Excellent food and service. The reason for 4 star is that the room (and bathroom in particular) needs modernising. We had to call 4 times in a 6 night stay to fix something in the bathroom. On the postive side, the staffs were very helpful and the buffet was amazing. We will visit again.

Well- where do we start. What a location, what a beach, absolute serenity. Tranquility at it's finest.
The customer service myself & wife received at this beautiful , stunning resort was world-class.
We have never received customer service like that anywhere in the world.
They all made us feel very special.
We were treated like royalty!
The generosity & efforts they spoiled us with into celebrating our anniversary is something we will cherish forever xx
Every single staff member that was working during our stay at the resort should be commended.
The entire staff's warmth & professionalism was exceptional.
Whether it be from the foyer- to the dining area- to reception- to the restaurants- to the pool- we were welcomed and made our vacation so special .
The champagne celebrations at 6pm sunset were magical.
Our experience at St Regis - the way the resort staff serviced us- should be a global template on how 5 star hotel customer service should be executed.
We cannot THANK YOU enough.
We have already told so many family & friends about the St Regis Goa after our amazing stay.

Absolutely incredible experience. Everyone was so kind and accommodating. We were traveling with a baby and had no issues at all. Highly recommend!

Fantastic service, location and food.

Excellent property, service and hospitality. From check in to stay to check out was all wonderful rather perfect. The staff go an extra mile to make guests comfortable for all aspects at the hotel. Butler service definitely a delight and makes it very easy to manage the stay. It was a family trip for our parents 50th anniversary and they made it very special for our senior citizen parents. Jonathan and Kanika ensured we got a great adjoining room. Rene and Chandini were very hospitable at the restaurant. Vicente ensured that the carts and cabs were well organized for us. Special call out and appreciation for Charan, our private butler who ensured that our stay was amazing at every step, he really looked after us and more so our aged parents. Overall, I can not wait to come back at St. Regis Goa.

It was one the best properties I have been to. I really enjoyed this vacation at the resort. I hope to visit again. Huge thanks to the staff for such unmatched hospitality.

We stayed 4 nights in St Regis, excellent hotel with wonderful and courteous staff and amazing food.
Staff of the hotel was so courteous and will cater to your needs. My kids are allergic to nuts and chef make it a point to come out and talk to me about the food that contains nuts in their buffet he even offered to make something different for us too. It's a big property in 49 acres they have buggy's golf carts and they have cycles so you can ride it to wherever you want to , my kids loved it .
We will definitely stay here again.

Check-in process wait was over an hour. Rooms were not ready at 4pm. Staff is disorganized and poorly trained, property is falling apart, rooms infested with small lizards and lost power over 10 times a day.

fantastic hospitality - extremely friendly and helpful staff everywhere whether it was front office, in Miri or housekeeping. Large property over 50 acres with a beautiful lagoon, clean uncrowded beach and lots of activities for kids and adults.
used the laundry service also which was exceptional.

What can I say about St Regis Goa?!
We stayed here to celebrate my Husband’s birthday in style and we were not disappointed. Everything was to perfection, from the minute we entered the gates of the hotel to the taxi that dropped us off to the airport, we loved each and every minute of our time.
We were respected, doted upon, well looked after in all aspects of our stay and the service was always with a bright beaming smile.
Our Butler was exceptional and so was the entire spa and service team. Nothing seem to be too much for them and there were elements of surprises planned for us which were not asked for but very much appreciated.
We truly had the time of our lives at our first St Regis property, and we couldn’t be happier to one day return and see some friendly faces.
We truly appreciate and admire the time and effort that went into looking after us and ensuring that we had the best time!

Beautiful resort in a stunning environment, a few meters from the beach. Staff is exquisite, we had an amazing staying. Excellent variety of food for breakfast, brunch and lunch; Miri restaurant doesn't offer the same wide choices for dinner, but maybe it was due to the fact that it was low season and there were not many guests. Only 2 remarks: wine is ridiculously overpriced as well as the pick up/drop off to the airport. Beside this, St. Regis is always an excellent choice and we would love to visit it again

Pros:
The Manor restaurant with special shout out to Naresh, Joytiprakash, Gautam and Sumit. They made our stay special.
All the staff are very courteous and friendly.
Negs:
Even after we had asked prior to booking, to ensure no disruption to our stay, there was work and filming for their website which meant loss of 2 days of the Manor pool and private beach.
Miri restaurant remodel has meant loss of all character and style. Food was poor and feel is now of a local coffee shop. Real shame as was full of character and style when it was under the Leela banner.
Butler was a waste, saw at start and then by chance on the last day.

Overall the hotel was well presented and catered well to keep residents happy and occupied whilst in the resort. Located in south Goa it was quite an isolated type resort, which is expected.
Abit of a shame that not all of the restaurants were open and half board stayers had to resort to the same restaurant each evening, and that events or construction of some sort what going on when we were there. Service generally was good, just a little slow at times.

This property ruined our honeymoon. My wife and I both got food poisoning from the hotel food, which killed an entire 48 hours. Tennis courts are in disrepair, no available pros, no new balls or rackets, no tennis ball machine. Half the resort is undergoing maintenance. It is impossible to leave the hotel in a safe manner, unless you pay for the BMW service (which we were willing to do- was unavailable most of the time). The third party car service that the hotel offers as an alternative is unprofessional, unsafe, and unsanitary. Because of renovations, the entire salon was moved to a single room, with an unprofessional an un-attentive staff member running it. It was abundantly clear that the massage therapists at the spa are not trained in any way - experienced the single worst massage of my life here.
There were two staff members that made the experience worse due to their flagrant unprofessionalism:
1) Kanika - a “junior manager” of the property. Three days before we left we brought up the safety concerns with the transportation. She apologized and told us she would have a resolution for us the following day. Not only was there no resolution, she didn’t even reach out with an update.
2) Arushi - the property manager who thought a $250 discount (on a $5K USD trip) would make up for the disappointments. She tried nickel- and diming us on our way out, and had the gall to ask us to return to the property.
Expedia allows 1500 char, but there were many more problems.

Wonderful stay, beautiful property. The staff were always very helpful and attentive. I wish there were more dining options, but the property is under renovation, so I’m sure there will be improvements soon.

Still being renovated staff very good and friendly but limited dining till renovation completed had to eat outside most times breakfast excellent.

The overall service was exceptional. The resort felt like a getaway with curated services for our needs. The seaside grill and spa services were fabulous. We had lunch 3 times at the same restaurant and two days of spa services. The breakfast set-up was wonderful. This resort felt like a vacation.

Everything was perfect

The staff, service, food, and property are all amazing. What a great experience this place was. Yes, this is quite south in Goa, but you will not want to or need to ever leave the resort!
10.0
The property is in a great position.
The rooms need modernising and updating. We had a lagoon suite that was tired.
We understand that there is a programme to update.
10.0
Amazing property with so any activities for kids. Plus a super clean beach.
5.0
We had such an incredible experience! We couldn’t believe how nice and accommodating the staff was. They went so above and beyond with everything!
4.0
Beautiful beach resort in South Goa with a golf course, immaculately maintained gardens and access to one of the cleanest and most serene beach in Goa. Courteous and attentive staff who take every effort to make guests feel special was impressive.
Italian and Pan Asian food in their signature restaurants was exceptional. The North-Indian fare has much to improve considering they are based out of India!
Beware of loud and brash weddings in the resort that take away the calmness of a stroll by the beach or the untouched serenity of a sunset which are the soul of a South Goan Beach.
To best enjoy this gem of a St. Regis resort in India, it is best to check first with the front desk about scheduled weddings and avoid those days.
10.0
Taking into account the accommodation, the service, the location and the setting, this is the best hotel I have stayed in.
The grounds are immaculate and beautifully planted. The beach is gorgeous and the pool is lovely.
Eating and drinking at the resort is expensive but there are many restaurants nearby that are more reasonable.

It was a wonderful stay at the Leela! Comfortable and relaxing!

Excellent Stay,
Never experienced such house keeping.
Dining area staff attitude and hospitality was really outstanding, I dont remeber the names exept of Bikram and Shagun, but everyone in the dining area were very nice and welcoming, they did not have any word except of "YES" and "SURELY"
Vincent at the valley parking was also very nice and co operative.
All the staff was very nice, humble and co operative and ready to assist round the clock

It was a amazing stay and best for those who dont wish to hop places and just relax. Every aspect of the hotel is top class and value for money.

Very poor service.. leela has become more like a marriage place and not a fit if you plan to relax on your vacation and have some peaceful moments with your loved ones. Again above that, the staff will make your vacation worse with their poor services. No upgrade given even after being an Expedia gold member, straight away denial. They want you to pay for the upgrade even if I am eligible to get it at no cost. I have stayed at Oberoi properties many a times. They make your day special as soon as they get to know the occasion. Oberoi even gives you free upgrade just on request. In Leela Goa we had Super delayed deliveries, staff forgetting your requests, restaurant fully packed with marriage guests, orders coming in a hour or even later, worse housekeeping not at all a 5 star level. They don’t care if you have come to celebrate your special day here, they don’t care at all. Never expected such a pathetic service and experience from Leela property. Would never like to visit here again.
