Beautiful view of the front range of the Rockies from our 6th floor room! We enjoyed great room service, the beds were comfortable (not hard like most hotel mattresses), and the room was clean and well-stocked.

I was there for a business conference. The room was clean, check-in went smoothly. My complaint is the lack of heating. On the first night I called then went to the front desk twice. Each time I was told someone would be there in about 10 minutes after 30-45 I checked back. Each time the excuse was different with the same outcome. The next day I told the front desk, and the heat was on over 80 when I got back to the room. I turned it down and it did not come back on. The next day I reported it again. It was a hot day outside I left the shades open and did not attempt to cool down the room. I bought a room heater from Walmart. The conference rooms were frequently so cold people were wearing their winter and fall jackets during the lectures. conference.

We were quite disapponted in this hotel. It feels as if this Westin is showing its age, and cutting lots of corners. We had booked a room with a sofa, but it was missing that furniture. The rug was worn and coming up in places, and the toilet paper was incredibly thin and cheap. They offered us the internet for free, but we found the service to be terrible (the security level was so bad our usual websites, like the NYTimes, wouldn't allow us to open them). The staff was friendly and nice, and the lobby and restaurant were fine, but overall we would not recommend it.

The hotel has been my wife and I place to stay because we stayed at the Weston on our wedding night. However over time the room was not as nice. Spending three nights and a lot to stay there it has lost its charm. No nightly entertainment. The food my wife could eat because of food allergies is gone. The chips were very plane. very much out of a bag. Used to be made there. Guacamole was not great. The gift shop was lacking in stock. What we did like was the rock display. That made it worthwhile.

Absolutely perfect hotel!! Ciara at the front desk is so kind. The service was awesome. Hotel is beautiful with great walking areas right outside the door. Great location in a wonderful, safe area. Convenient location to all attractions. Gorgeous view of the city and mountains from our 10th floor room.

Very nice hotel.. it's well placed between Denver and Boulder. There are a few nice dining options nearby along a quiet promenade. Rooms were nice, quiet and provided a good night's rest. There's a small shop for convenience items right inside the hotel which was great for that midnight snack or forgotten razor.

Staff was awesome, grounds are beautiful and had fun watching several ice hockey teams’ practice games at the Ice Arena next to the Hotel. 2 surprising issues were - one of the closet doors was separating from its frame, and the hot/cold bathroom handles were not consistent-to get hot water, you Pull the hot water handle towards you, to get cold water, you Push the handle away from you. They should both operate the same way, fyi. Room 535

Overall, this hotel is fantastic! This would be my 2nd time. Its location was perfect because it’s right between where my uncle and aunt lives when I visit. Staff was super friendly and place was clean. The only complaint I have was we were told we’d get a room w/ a king size bed and queen size sofa pull out. The sofa pull out turned out to be a double size and it wasn’t as comfortable as we were told. Nevertheless, EVERYTHING was great!! .

long line upon arrival - level of Hyatt staff professionalism inconsistent. Ice machines on our floor (4th) were empty, as were ice machines on 3rd and second floors. mentioned this issue to 3 separate hotel staff members shortly after check in on 8/10, problem (no ice) not resolved next morning 8/11 upon check out. when checking out, statement made “I hope you enjoyed your stay “. Person was visibly confused when I stated it was not and told her about ice issue not being resolved. This property does not fulfill my expectations of Hyatt service.

The cleaning service was bad, either they showed up really early (8AM) or did not show at all. Other hotel staff were nice and eager to solve any questions and issues. Hotel and surrounding area was really nice, except for the lack of nice restaurants. Hotel security was really good they deserve a special mention.
