We choose this hotel specifically for the indoor pool. Upon arrival the pool was not working and closed for the entire stay. The other guest were loud all night long with dogs barking early waking us up. The bed was hard and very uncomfortable.

Room not clean. Shower was nasty, bathroom floor sticky. Found items left by previous guests. People in the room above us stomped around ALL NIGHT. We could not figure out what was happening? We complained twice. After the 2nd complaint, it was better. Breakfast was MEH. Could offer scrambled eggs or bacon to make it better. Coffee was HORRIBLE.

Not the motels fault but there was a lot of stomping going on from above us and in the hallways. Young adults outside our room window being loud on the phone and them we discovered our window was open. They moved away when we shut the window which helped a lot. Great shower head and the bed was really comfortable. Coffee was superb in the AM. Had good parking for us as we pull our flatbed trailer on hauls. Will stay again but ask for an upper room lol

Went there to pick apples and soak in the hot tub apples were already picked and boxed the hot tub never happened because it was broken and drained looks like they have no interest in fixing the hot tub or there would have been water in it!!!!! PS looks like it has been broken for quite a while in all of our traveling I have never seen a hot tub down for that long. Disappointed in Surestay Hotel are you sure this is a Best Western Hotel?????

Hotel is a bit rundown and needs some investment into its upkeep. Pet friendly is a certain even though the pet areas are nothing more than gravel and weeds. I would stay here again knowing what to expect.

The property is in need of updating and isn't the quality that I'd normally associate with a Best Western product. The first room we were assigned had an overpowering air freshener smell and the front desk supervisor graciously moved us to a different room. The air conditioning unit didn't work in that room, which we didn't realize until the middle of the night when it became too stuffy to sleep. All we needed was a fan to blow in fresh air since it wasn't hot out, but that didn't function either. It was too late to do anything about it so we just tossed and turned until morning. Not a great experience.

I did the online registration and still had to have my drivers license scanned even though I had uploaded a photo of it. The staff was very kind and friendly. The room had an odd stuffy smell when we entered. Would have liked an earlier breakfast time as we needed to leave by 7:00. How about 6:00 or 6:30 start? Otherwise a convenient location stay.

Would not stay here again. Property is in bad need of renovation. Carpets are dark and dingy throughout, no elevators, poor quality bedding and everything seemed old and decrepit. Price should have been considerably lower given the poor quality.

This is a very nice and simple hotel under the Best Western umbrella. The room was clean. The continental breakfast had a larger selection of food than most hotels at this price point. I would stay here again.
