Outrageous parking fees $69.00 per day. After valet parking, no real courteous help with luggage. Check-in was fine but I had to ask about our luggage, (I was not asked if I had any luggage) the person at the front desk only said I could find a luggage cart or go back out front and ask for someone to help with the luggage. Not what I am used to in a supposed full-service hotel. Concierge was useless in helping to find a Thanksgiving Restaurant to eat in, luckily I had looked online and booked a buffet on my own at the W Marriott within walking distance. Concierge said she could not recommend another hotel because she was a rival hotel in competition! Worthless.... Also, no lobby entertainment.

That carnivore pizza was Oh My Word!

PROS: The hotel is clean, and located very close to Broadway / activities. Our room was quiet.
CONS: Executive lounge was not well stocked or attended. On two different days, we had to ask for more creamor. The coffee was luke warm, and was found empty on one ocassion. The snacks were limited.

Great place to stay. Very clean and convenient. Will stay again
4.0
Perfect location. Staff was friendly. But if you book the hotel from a third party, you won’t have access to full WiFi, digital room key, and check in through the app. Also no points!! So very disappointing in that end

The homeless people in the park next to the hotel

Right across from Bridgestone. Saw a concert and walked 3 minutes back.

Great place to stay, close to downtown Nashville, 1 min walk to the downtown!

Went for a long weekend and really enjoyed the stay. Got there early, before noon, and was able to check right in, obviously got lucky. It’s right next to Broadway but was still really quiet. The Executive King suite was nice, and had a fridge. Would definitely stay there again.

Good location - easy access - very great staff

I was quite surprised to find out that the executive lounge no longer has breakfast or a happy hour at this facility. We were in an executive suite and found the price difference just didn't live up to our expectations of a Hilton property. It is a nice place with easy access to Broadway. The front desk staff were nice but didn't explain where the executive lounge was, what was available to us, they checked us in and didn't ask if we needed assistance. Definitely not a five star hotel. I would say 3.5 at best.

Great location, great breakfast and bar. No pool.

The beds are extremely small and uncomfortable. The rooms are very loud at night you can hear all of broadway until it shuts down at 2.

Business trip for one night, very comfortable stay.

This is a great location very close to Broadway St. The hotel seems a bit dated. There was a water damage on the wall in our room. The executive suite was really nothing but a bit larger room. Breakfast not included. Executive lounge was coffee and water. The service level was underwhelming. Given the location no one seemed to make an effort.

NOT UP TO THE STANDARDS AND AMENITIES OF OTHER HILTON'S THAT I HAVE STAYED
5.0
Beautiful hotel, right in the middle of all the action on broadway & nashville predators
Only downfall is having to pay $50 for parking

Love the location off Broadway! However for such a nice hotel I would not expect to see so many homeless people hanging around and sleeping just anywhere! Especially around the Country Music Hall of Fame & Museum, I was shocked!! Beautiful hotel! I would stay here again!

Great location.

The toilet paper rack was almost off the wall. No conditioner in the bottle in the shower. Noisy until around 1am from being close to the main bar strip. Easy access to Bridgestone Arena. Had to wait on a room even though it was reserved online.

Very disappointed in the night shift of the hotel. It’s a complete free-fall of people in and out of the lobby using the bathroom. I saw everything from sexual acts being preformed in the men’s bathroom to many drug deals going down. The night shift security I’m guessing just sits in the lobby on his phone and does nothing about it. There should be some type of safety check where you must use your room key to access the lobby.

Very close to everything, everything would've been a 5 but , already paid for hotel through expedia , but they charged my credit card , anyways , hopefully the front desk straightened it out , parking is also expensive for staying in their parking garage

Best location if bar hopping on Broadway. Hattie B’s a must, 1 block away!
