faucets leaked all the time in bathroom and by the second night we realized heater did not work. they fixed heater then room smelled awful! you pay enough for the room but then you have to pay daily for parking.

The front of desk girl at 1am I forgot her name. On November 20, 2024 she was beyond amazing. She was sweet, attentive and she sent maintance to our room as soon as possible it took 2 min for them to get to our room. She also stayed there to make sure we could check in. She was so great just honestly give her a raise !

First time staying at this hotel for our Disney trip and I will recommend. The rooms are spacious, very comfortable beds, clean and staff is friendly. They do charge for parking and it’s limited I’m the front of the hotel but plenty on the back although the walk to the elevators could be long so I will recommend to unload luggage and family at front lobby and then park your car! Specially after a full day of walking in Disneyland parks. Will stay here again on future visits

Love the hotel only thing is that there wasn’t any communication with regards to the security deposit and the hotel with holding 30 dollars from the 200 in total that they with held. I was only deposited 171 out of 200.

this is my second time staying at this hotel I like it it’s close to the park. However, my second time was great. The carpet was a little dirty but other than that the staff is great I got to check in early the lobby has everything you need the staff is super friendly always

There was some type of party going on when we arrived around 10:30pm. The front desk did comp our parking due to limited parking being available. After circling for about 15 minutes we parked across the way but having to come back down to try and move the car so we wouldn’t get towed wasn’t convenient especially after being at Disneyland all day. We finally found a spot in the back of the hotel The shower was pointed directly to the back of the shower and aimed at the curtain opening so when we turned the shower on and came back water was all over the floor.

We really enjoyed our stay at Delta hotel. The hotel is very clean and plenty of restaurants nearby. The hotel is a bit far from Disneyland but there’s an ART bus that you can take to the park. The price is very reasonable and overall we recommend it to others.

I didn’t wanna stand a cracked out hotel so I stayed at this Marriott. I paid $29 to self park and was worried my car would be broken into. Room was horrible. The bed sheets and pillow smelled like mold. No pictures or anything on the walls felt like a jail cell. The room was newly remodeled, and the bathroom was horrible. The toilet seat would not stay up because of a bar that was above the toilet would not let the toilet seat go all the way up and it would just fall down. The room felt claustrophobic. The night before I stayed at a Doubletree hotel it was awesome, but they were sold out for the next night so I had to stay at this hotel. You had to hold the toilet seat up to take a piss at the Marriott

Every time I'm in this side I always book here it's clean they are friendly and just overall amazing, only little issue and not even a issue was I asked for towels and housekeeping never came so was little set back but we good. Will still always come here.

Very disappointing. Most problematic was the AC. I had 2 rooms. Both warm. Lobby very warm and uncomfortable to work in. Hotel just said, that’s the way it is. Way overpriced for a lousy stay.

Michelle was very rude to me at check in. Got smart with me and had an attitude about what kind of card I should use during check in. She needs to be fired for how she treats guest. I did not feel welcomed with open arms like you all offer to other guests.

I liked the location. It was central to everything. There was even a Target across the street. The ART bus that goes to Disney picked up at the hotel and it’s even walkable to Disneyland. The only thing I didn’t like was paying $29 a night for my rental car.

Parking is hard and limited find at any hour also small parking spots. The room was not cleaned ( pubic hair was on the toilet, bed had no mattress protector so you can see all the old stains of coffee, menstrual period, possible old bed bug infestation, and floors were not vacuumed. AC also couldn’t cool down room properly it took 4 hours for it to drop down 2 degrees.

This is the 2nd time I stay at this property for my leisure and conference trip. The place is nice and clean. The distance is not far from my conference and Disneyland. Everything is within 5-15 minutes drive. Restaurant is walking distance and the target is across from the hotel.

I enjoyed everything about my stay except that i couldnt connect the tv to the internet and when i called the front desk about it and they sent a staff member to fix it, they were unable to as well so the tv had no internet connection for the entirety of my stay.

Room and service were overall pretty good. It could have the been the orientation of our room to the sun, but our room was never able to reach the desired temperature we set on the thermostat until well into the night. If I would have known this beforehand, I probably would have booked elsewhere.

When I fist got to my room it was super dirty the bottom of the toilet had hairs carpet dury and the A/C wasn’t working the room felt super humid and the I got changed to another room still humid stayed two night in the room but could candle the humid feeling hot switched to my third room was better it felt fresher but omg I got tired of switching rooms that’s my only complaint because the staff was super friendly and helpful

Throughout my stay, we were given 3 different rooms within 4 hours. The first room we were given had guests staying in the room. The second room we were given had plumbing issues and had a nasty smell. The 3rd room just had a big brown stain on the floor. The parking is a bit of an headache but overall the staffs were kind and great!
