Excellent hotel. One member of staff on check in is a bit over feisty to say the least but all in all an issue was settled and the property and stay went well. Highly recommended.

I have stayed at this hotel many times, each with a great experience. The hotel and room were fine. Pool was great and clean. My reason for the lower rating is due to newly installed motion sensors in the parking lot on poles that when motion is detected (by cars passing by, someone walking, trees blowing, etc.) a high pitched alarm goes off and the siren rings for 3-5 minutes. My room was on the 4th floor, near the parking lot, and sleep was difficult due to the constant alarms going off all night. Unsure if there is a crime issue or if they want to alert you that parking is $10/night (as there is a sign on the post near the motion alarm that notes the rate)—either way it is excessive and nonstop. I let the front desk know that it may be my last stay there if my future room is anywhere near the lots.

The room was very small and congested and the windows were high. For the charges the room was terrible.

My family and I have stayed here twice. We’re from the Cleveland area and love going down to Columbus a few times a year for a few days. This hotel is a great value and the staff are great. Everyone is very accommodating and always so nice to our kids. 10/10 would recommend!

To start off when we arrived at the hotel there was loud music playing out back and so many people at the bar/lobby. Hallways need swept really bad. Found dirty plastic silverware under our bed. We tried the hot tub after a long day of walking and the water was not hot at all so much we had to take a hot shower just warm up. And the shower took a good 10 to 15 minutes to warm up, along with the shower door not staying shut. We like to stay here but next time we may reconsider. Never this bad of a stay at the Hilton.

I liked the location but the carpet need to be changed in those rooms.

Wee booked the room for our 10 year anniversary and made sure to pay extra for a room with a view. We arrived to a room that was filthy and smelled strange. We asked to be moved to another room and were informed that the hotel was overbooked and they had 10 people waiting in the lobby for rooms. We said that’s fine and we understood that these things happen. The assistant manager offered to refund the room (we did not ask for that). It’s been 10 days and we still have not been refunded. While I understand that these things happen, promising a refund to make it right and not delivering isn’t okay.

Stay was very accommodating. In the middle of everything so hardly any need to drive. Highly recommend.

Nit enough towels, not enough toilet paper, shower gel empty, room was hot and air didnt seem to work. Disappointing, we stay here frequesntly for work trips and i bring my family. Also charged me $150 for incidentals, still dont have that back

My wife and I went for just one night to do some shopping, dining to stay at a nice hotel. When we got to our room, the toilet didn’t flush properly, there was sticky residue left on the counter by the coffee maker, and the air conditioning was not cooling the room properly. Had to call the front desk and move to a different room. That evening ordered two doubles of Jamison neat while watching a game. The bill was $68, or $17 a shot. When I questioned the bartender about the price, he smiled and shrugged his shoulders saying "this is the Hilton". On my way back to the room, I questioned the manager at the front desk and he basically gave me the same answer of well, "This is the Hilton". I went there because I respected the name and the reputation, but apparently they feel that gives them a right to provide a mediocre product and price gouge their guests. That was our first and will be our last stay with the Hilton at Easton.

Hotel had a beautiful lobby, but rooms were average. One of our rooms was not ready at check in time. The lobby had a very long line at check in with only one person working the desk. Our room was equipped with one bath towel despite having registered for two guests per room. After being cleaned on day two, we again received one towel. Parking was challenging due to the lot being full - many were people shopping at Easton (not hotel guests). We expected more and higher quality from a Hilton Hotel. I would not choose this hotel again.

Wonderful experience

The room smelled like mold. We told the staff and nothing was done to help us.

Air-conditioning barely cooled the room so the engineer guy brought a box fan after explaining that since the room was a suite the air was overworked for the size of the room and 70 was as good as it could get. The shower was out of body wash and the cleaning lady couldn't figure out how to fill it up. She also forgot to leave coffee, cups sugar and creamer when she cleaned. The bar was nice in the lobby but $15 for house gin and tonic was a little high, but overall the stay was excellent and we would go back! Maybe just not worth the suite if you like to have a cold room.

The hotel and the amenities are very nice but the room is what you pay for. Dirty and run down. Pretty disappointing for the amount you pay a night.

Carpeting needs to be cleaned. Shower head needs to be replaced. Not impressed

Would definitely recommend staying here . A tad outdated but extremely well kept , great employees , comfortable beds and in great area .

Shopping and dining so convenient to Easton Mall

It was great! The staff were super nice and so was the pool! Id definitely go back.
