Customer service was very good, staff very accommodating. Building was a little confusing, the hallways are very Kubrickian lol. Lots of nice places to eat close by. Overall a good stay, thank you.

Beautiful area, right on the water. Plenty of parking. Nice restaurants nearby.

I’ve stayed here before in years past. The property needs to be renovated. The beds were not real comfortable. The electronics in the room were outdated. There was a lot of disturbance in the hall and because the phone didn’t work I had to call the front desk for my cell phone to get some relief. There was no breakfast. Hopefully this will be remedied. It sits in a lovely spot.

Thought the laminate floors shouldve been washed cause it made my feet black walking on it. That's pretty gross

Wow. If you want a hotel with no one at the front desk EVER and each request met with a "can't" rather than what they can do for you, then this is the hotel for you!
At check-in, we were assigned a room on the 2nd floor and needed to have a different room on the 1st floor due to disabilities and the lack of an elevator. The request for a different room was met with inconvenience rather than accommodation.
I'm sure, at one point in this hotel's life, folks came to this hotel as a luxury resort, now, it's in desperate need of rehab and upgrades. The wallpaper in the lobby is held on with painter's tape - might as well just use duct tape, at least that will stick. I wondered if they were funding their rehap/upgrades on drink prices ($12 for a small bourbon and diet Coke). The bartender lied to me and said that was the average price in the area - I'm guessing the "area" is the hotel because the other "area" places were not as high and you got more for your money. The icemaker was broken (try finding a desk clerk to get ice from the restaurant next door). The hot tub permanently closed. It was just one thing after another with this hotel...
I was very disappointed I spent so much money on a hotel room for little amenities or benefits.
I'll end this on a good note, the bed was comfortable and the shower was great!

The hotel is in a good Location with a few good restaurants in walking distance. No breakfast at the hotel, but there is a nice breakfastplace downtown Fairhaven.

The front desk attendant had the personality of a person being woken up out of a deep coma!

The resort is a nice place to stay. Pool is great. Bar/restaurant outside was enjoyable. Front desk was a touch surly on the check in.

Room was terrible. Not clean at all considering that there were dirty used needles under the bathroom sink clearly in the open. And the in room coffee maker was covered in old coffee. The cleanins staff is either blind or they just suck at their job. Hotel is older and not the best overall. Rooms are small

The pipes are loud as hell. Idk what rooms they were but they shouldn’t be that loud.
Kept waking me up. The drapes in my room would not shut properly and were filthy. Someone smeared some unknown substance on the back of one of the drapes and it looked like blood or something. The guy at the front desk was nice. Parking was good except when your a woman traveling at night it was terrifying to walk in the dark. I’m used to it, but maybe put some more lighting in the parking area.

Not very friendly, room smelt like mold and mildew. Bed terrible uncomfortable. Slept awful.

Rooms were clean but beaten up. Lobby carpet reeked of old smoke. Staff was friendly but what one might call semi-professional. It was perfectly fine for the low price, and nicely located on the waterfront. We were passing through and decided to stay overnight to visit the New Bedford Whaling Museum, and for that purpose it was very suitable.

Paint was chipped throughout the hotel and the fitness center had broken machines and broken mirror glass everywhere

Basic and clean. Updated decor. We had adjoining rooms. Lots of younger people partying and making noise at night 3am and in parking lot.

Travelling alone and visiting friends in the area - I chose to stay here due to the advertised marina front bar and on property restaurant. Some ongoing construction did impact movement to the bar, and there was a completely separate entrance to the restaurant (walk around the building and enter from the side). However, the room was clean, the restaurant food was quite good and everyone was friendly. The only downside was a couple of propped doors (letting bugs in and a security concern) due to the construction - which I'm assuming will resolve shortly.

The hotel is being renovated. We were placed in a room that had some updated and modern features. However, the window was cracked and held together with duct tape. The curtain was broken so the room was very bright in the morning. Parking lot had a lot of trash and crumbling pot holes. There was chipped paint in the room, the room clearly had not been dusted and the lamp shade was stained and filthy. It was very disappointing and when tried to speak with manager I never heard any response or attempt to rectify the situation . It is a shame because it looks like a modern clean hotel but it is the antisthesis.

Overall the Seaport Inn is a good place to stay. The staff is excellent and very helpful. The rooms are clean and neat and well airconditioned with loads of options on the TV. The main short-coming is that there is no breakfast and the restaraunt is indian themed which is of minimal interest. The entertainment on their patio is loud and youth oriented and makes itm almost impossible to park if you return from your days outing while the entertainment is going on. It is also somewhat combersome for older people to get their luggage to their room.

Having the liquor store across the street was convenient. Our door was tough to open and close but did lock. Hotel overall could use some updating. Parking was difficult during peak times. Dunkin close by is also a plus.

The room was clean, but the property overall looked a little worn and not as clean as I like. Staff was pleasant.

There were bugs in my room. They had a sort of club by the shore. You could hear the music. It was ridiculous

There were white stains on our curtains. The beds are as hard as concrete. The refrigerator didn’t shut. There were ants in our bathroom and our bed area. The hairdryer plug had been on fire at one point or another. When you walked in the handicap door does not work and the wall paper is all falling down. There is no elevator for handicap customers either.

The location is fantastic. Unfortunately, the property needs a major facelift, especially in the rooms. Not a lot of options in the area so they can get away with charging a lot per night.
3.0 / 10.0
Hotel was out dated. Had a suite that overlooked marina but there was a function going on with a band that didn’t stop playing till midnight. Also couch was in the middle of the room and tv was at couch level and couldn’t really see it from the bed.

Hotel photos on website are deceiving.
Yes it’s next to a marina, has large parking lot but

Property was like putting lipstick on a pig. Start off shower drainis held on by caulking, water leak above gym door, the pool door was broken so had to get an employee everytime to use it. No cable tv in my room. Barley any of the staff spoke english. They use to have a good seafood restaurant now an indian place. Use to stay there all the time but never again
