Bedsheet was dirty. Asked for replacement but they didn’t. The hotel supposed to be non smoking but we smell smoke everywhere.

Although I have stayed at this Hotel on many occasions, this was the most disappointing check in, I have had. I booked this room on September 3rd and requested 1st floor room. When I arrived at the Hotel which was 5pm, 2 hours after check in time, began. When I arrived at the hotel the clerk was unaware if any of the 1st floor rooms had been cleaned for the day. After checking she was not able to get me a room on the 1st floor and the best she could do was the 3rd floor. I like this hotel, but, I didn't like this check in....

The room smelled like cigarette smoke (there was a cigarette burn on the desk chair). No hot water in the shower. The condition of the room and furniture was very poor. We ended up leaving in the middle of the night because we could not fall asleep due to the conditions of the room. One of the worst hotel experiences.

Descent place to stay. They can be a little pushy with checkout…. First time I stayed here, had a gentleman enter my room after knocking twice, even though my checkout was the very next day. He was apologetic however. Second time I stayed here, had a gentleman knock on my door at 12pm even though I requested 1pm checkout. Other than that, this place is a nice and comfortable place.

The front desk workers were amazing and the room was honestly the nicest room I’ve ever stayed in. We were here for a concert and we had overcome so much just to even get to Michigan. So when we checked in at 1am, it was nice to be greeted by wonderful staff

The room appeared to be clean but in the middle of the night. I had an itching feeling and when I went and looked I had bit marks on my legs and my friend who was with me had them on his back and shoulders and we saw an actual bug in the bed. Not sure if it was a bed bug but I would say to be very cautious.

This hotel is clean and comfortable with friendly staff …conveniently located to many amenities. Nice comfortable beds, fridge in room and quick check in, all for a great price! I highly recommend this hotel if you’re looking for a easy overnight stay at a fair price… and a lovely, free continental breakfast is included😊

The hotel appeared clean and staff were friendly; however, there was a shocking number of bugs we found through our stay. Not bedbugs but many little beetles and two cockroaches. It wasn’t dirty but they were there.

Don’t stay here! The first room had boogers on the sheets, got a room change no problem. Got a second room where the carpet was wet, we thought maybe they had just cleaned. We quickly got ready and went to a concert. Came back, the refrigerator was leaking, then we found spoiled shrimp in the microwave. We checked out at midnight and went home being advised to call Heather, the manager in the morning. Called heather, she said we were still checked in, which we were not. Then she tried to blame us for the messy room. I never file complaints, she would not give us a full refund because we had pulled back the sheets to check for bed bugs and cleanliness, we used the trash can and the soap. DON’T GO HERE! You will be really disappointed as we were. I just want them to be ethical in resolving the issue

It was alright. I didn't see any bed bugs so that's a plus. The pop in the machine was a year out of date and the room smelled a bit like mildew but it was the Jacuzzi room so I guess that would explain it. Jacuzzi was clean and nice.
