Hello - we loved this property and will come back. The staff that checked us in - training - were lovely and very helpful. The room was clean and modern. Every staff member was always nice and helpful. The convenience of the restaurant, cafe, etc. was important - also, what a beautiful park to walk through. Very enjoyable and myself and my daughters felt at home. again, thank you!!!

Love the location of the hotel- right at the expressway exit if you're driving into Lyon and convenient local tram connections to city centre. Quiet and tranquil with a huge park and by the Rhone nearby. The property is very dated and seen better days. We were on the 6th floor and it smelled musky with a hint of sewage. Check in and check out staff were very friendly and welcoming.

The property is fine. The reception lady ‘Yasmine’ was so helpful, however all other staff were unhelpful especially the waiters in the open buffet at breakfast. Very rude and annoying.

Excellent staff. Great location for conferences. Good starting point to walk around the city centre. Nearby riverside park is wonderful. Enjoyed the breakfast buffet. Not good for dinners. Rooms could use a Reno.

Spacious rooms, great nice personnel, next door to conference center and nice night club (no noise from there), easy transport by bus to down town city hall, part dieu, and a nice large park makes it a very good place to stay.

In general, hotel was fine. However, hot water was not coming out properly at the shower booth. I had waited over 10min, but fail to get hot water in the booth. So I had to use the bath tub… and the water supply through the shower hose at the tub was not strong at all.

very good hotel. with all comforts, a lot of space, a great feel, looking new, nice decor, very good condition, excellent location, excellent restaurant and great service. what could be improved: cleanliness, the bathroom door has a hanger inside the bathroom, but I could not use it for my clothes as there were brown stains on the door beneath the hanger.... and the area by the basin was not shiny clean, we could see remains of tartar. overall It was clean really, but not in the details, which is where a difference is expected. Also, it would be appreciated to have some slippers in the room. And real coffee in the breakfast area, as the coffee from the machine is not the best ! As well, the quality and variety of the breakfast could be one step up, even though it already quite good !

Our three-night stay coincided with New Year celebrations. Nevertheless, staff was efficient, thoughtful and cordial. Any request was satisfied in a timely and precise manner. The room is designed to use space well, beautiful river views. Also very handy to have internal parking.

Next to Parc de la Tete d'Or, which was a nice park with a zoo, botanical gardens, children's play areas, and small lake to spend time in or just walk through. Not too far from the train station and old town, reachable by bus/metro or even a long walk. Good service and recommendations from the concierge desk. Overall good, relaxing stay in Lyon.

Don't book with Hotel.com their service is horrible when you need to call them to clarify an issue with your reservation, you will be on hold forever and as you know when you are on vacation you do not need the aggravation and the million of excuse in the book, when I contacted hotel.com I could not get anybody to answer at customer service, So I called back like I was making a new reservation and they answered immediately???? what a coincidences? …. Hotel.com should publish the book of hotel reservation excuses it would have many pages. The hotel was fine. If the customer service does have balls they should contact me when I return so I can tell them how inconsiderate they are!
