Refurbish of existing boutique hotel. Check-in staff were very polite. Bellmen were great ambassadors for the neighborhood. Paid almost $1,000 for the room. Still smelled of paint in the room. No tv, no clock, no blue tooth audio device, no art on the walls. I get the minimalist intent, but despite the vibrant colors the room felt dull. HVAC also troublesome. Room set at 70 degrees, but never got cooler than 79 degrees.

DONOT stay here if you want to sleep. The weekend bar/nightclub scene at the hotel is VERY loud and the beats kept me awake until the early hours

The hotel failed to return one of my packages that I had left in their storage room. They refused to accept responsibility and insisted that I cover the delivery cost.

Pros: great location, good size room, easy check in
Cons: club in the lobby so loud music until 3am, poor sound proofing of room, overhead lighting in the bathroom so very bad for makeup application, dark room, pillow options all felt the same.

Beautiful hotel, clean and well decorated room with really nice bathroom.

It's perfectly fine but for what it is it's very expensive -well located and a decent sized room for NYC but very little natural light in the room, crazily priced mini bar and room service options and the adjoining rooms plumbing was very noisy......

Very stylish design! Great location and great staff. A bit overpriced. I’m only giving it 4 stars because it’s a converted old building. One hears conversations in other rooms through the vents and really notices if they flush a toilet upstairs. All that said, I would still go again.

The only complaint was the night club in the lobby. After a long day of enjoying NYC, when I finally put my head on the pillow, I could hear the thump, thump, thump of the club music below.

amazing hotel and fun bar! but ask to be higher than the 3rd floor if you don't want to hear the DJ as you're trying to go to sleep!

Had the worst nights sleep of my life, with some kind of nightclub raging until 3:30am and dumpsters being emptied for 20 minutes at 4:30am. Butterfly Bar bouncer was very rude. The only thing nice I can say is great location.

This hotel was shockingly terrible- probably the worst hotel in soho. Years ago before it was acquired by the sixty hotel group it had a very good reputation and my goodness, how the mighty have fallen.
My mom and I arrived on Thursday evening. There was no valet parking and it was pouring raining. We parked in a garage around the corner, walked to the hotel, and there were ropes in front of the entrance- it looked closed. We entered, and took the elevator to the the lobby on the second floor.
We stayed in the deluxe king room - it was tiny and there was nothing deluxe about it. I can’t believe the hotel had rooms smaller than ours. The bed was awful- so hard and uncomfortable. The toilet paper was thin and rough. There was a tacky sign in the bathroom that warned “if you take this bottle of lotion you will be charged $30”… the bottle of voss water was $12. Yes, $12 for a bottle of water. The shower had no water pressure and all night long the sounds of honking woke us up. The staff was incredibly rude - my 70 year old mother asked for a bottle of water at the front desk and was told “we only offer complimentary water until 6pm” - it was 7pm. I guess people don’t drink water after 6?
It also took 3 tries to get a room key that worked. If you love crappy, mediocre hotels this is your place. If you enjoy luxurious accommodations and good service, avoid at all costs

Great place. Nice sized room and large bathroom. We loved the hotel style and amenities.

Really nice hotel, great location, clean and comfortable room. What turned me off: I went to the 'hotel bar' to have a drink after dinner. The bar staff sent me to get a 'stamp' at the front door, and the staff there told me I needed a 'reservation.' No drink. Just felt unfriendly. Like I wasn't a guest. Lots of hotels in NY, though, so I know for the future.

Great experience! We’ll definitely be back.

Rooms are nice enough and location is good but there is a loud night club in the hotel that plays loud music until 3:00 am which made this stay not very good. To add insult to injury, the night club hostess gave us a hard time about going to the bar for a night cap. We will not be repeat guests at this property.

The hotel was close to shops and restaurants. I got a room at 9 floor to avoid the traffic noise. I do like the decoration of the hotel room and the fluffy bath robe! No valet parking and no one helping out at the front door was very inconvenient.

The hotel is lovely. The rooms are small but the bed was extremely comfortable as were the pillows. Service was great. They could not have been nicer. Great great location in the heart of Soho. Would recommend it highly.

Loved the hotel, the room , the view. Kind service. Cold in NY and the heat wasn’t really keeping up though, our only gripe.

The French Bistro both outdoors and inside was delightful! Very friendly staff at check in and at Bar and Bistro

The hotel is an excellent location. Amazing staff amazing food. Only issue is construction is going on next store that starts at 8 AM on weekdays that sounds like a train going through the room so I recommend bringing your plugs. The staff was very accommodating though, and offered to let us leave a day early or move rooms

Great location, the rooms are cozy, bed is super comfortable, bathroom was spotless. The staff is friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again. The best boutique hotel I've stayed in.

What was great about the property? The area, the room, the service, the staff. What was underwhelming? The pillows. Like sleeping on a bag of sand. No head or neck support. For an upscale hotel, the pillows did not meet my expectations.

Just love this hotel. This is the second time I have stayed here. The interiors are cool. The lobby is comfortable and inviting. Nice touches like rose in the afternoon that you can take to your room or sip in the lobby. The location is great, so many restaurants, cafes, bakeries and stores near by within walking distance. Rooms are not huge but are well appointed. I ask for a quiet room. There is a bar that can be loud on the 2nd floor.

Beautiful property and my room was wonderful. The sfaff at the front desk were very helpful. The two issues were the bar waitress who didnt take our order despite completely empty room at 6pm. Music thumping loudly until after 3 am Sat night.

Great location in NYC! Right in SoHo and so many things are walkable from the hotel. The front desk staff was very nice and helpful. We got a room on the 9th floor and it was quiet. The bed was so comfy and we slept really well.
Bath products were really nice in the room, as well as the mini bar was well stocked and nice to have in the room.
We ordered room service from the hotel restaurant and it was a yummy breakfast!
The only bad thing was that we could hear people and staff in the hallway from our room early in the morning as the room doors were thin.
Overall I would stay at this hotel again next time we come to nyc! It was a great experience.
