This is my second time staying at this hotel. Got a corner room this time with great view of the city. Quite a few high end restaurants in the hotel. Convenient to the Shibuya Station. Very comfortable room except the mattress was a bit too soft for me. Overall I enjoyed my stay here very much.

Most comfortable room with a beautiful view. Perfect central location. Walkable to attractions and transportation. After all the walking we did, the beds welcoming and the most comfortable ever.

The executive rooms were worth the extra money as it includes access to the executive lounge. The hotel was much nicer than expected. The room was beautiful and included amazing L’occitaine toiletries. The staff was incredibly helpful and nice. I wasn’t crazy about the neighborhood, but it was very easy to get anywhere from the train station. The rooftop bar was also a beautiful view and great drinks & food!

Lovely hotel near shibuya crossing . ( short walk away ) Clean rooms , excellent service . Access to many shops and nearby restaurants . Convenient area to stay to reach different suburbs of Tokyo .

We only stopped here just before going home; however, we regret not putting more time here. Lovely hotel and the views of the city from the room window are phenomenal. Place is in the busy new part of the city so there is a lot of hustle and bustle around it. The train is about 20-30 min ride to Tokyo station so keep that in mind when travelling with suitcases. We just used the easy luggage transfer service Japan offers so did not suffer the tourist issue like others. Rooms are big (rare for Japan) and the hotel is very clean and staff are helpful, would stay here again.

Good location. The property is at small incline at approach if you walk around to explore. Very limited vegetarian options at buffet. Staff approach is commercial and transactional . Lacks hospitality and warmth you experience elsewhere in Japan and Asia.

This hotel is really great. I enthusiastically give it five stars. It is conveniently located walking distance from Shibuya Crossing and Skywalk. The food is delicious and the staff are lovely. We really enjoyed our stay and will return.

Very clean and the staff are very nice and professional who takes care of all our needs in the hotel. Very accessible and convenient to the malls and to all the restaurants services of the housekeeping is very good and the view of the room from the outside from our window is perfection. The hotel staff were amazing, friendly and very helpful. The hotel rooms were beautiful and had stunning views, I literally could not say a bad word about this place! I would recommend this hotel to anybody visiting Tokyo, it is in a perfect location, moments away from the famous Shibuya crossing.

We really enjoyed our stay here with amazing views from 37th floor. Splurge for club access with generous drinks, buffet/appetizers, breakfast and views of Mt. Fuji. Great location, walkable to countless restaurants and shopping. Nice, clean fitness center and pool.

Very nice hotel, and well located. The only negative points are that the stuff mostly does not have an appropriate knowledge of English, and room decoration looks a little bit old. However, overall I liked the hotel, and the restaurants it incudes.

We stayed last year and loved the hotel. This year not so much. Carpets in halls and rooms are very dirty. Desk was challenging when checking in after a long flight. Every day after room clean there were several long hair strands that must have been transferred from cleaning other rooms: on sink, shower and sheets. We ordered room service one day and had to pay on the spot. They would not charge to room. Pricing was way more expensive than reserved on Expedia. They acted like they didn't understand the issue and I finally gave up. We are planning a trip next year and will most likely pick another hotel.
