Stayed for a week. Restaurant/Bar staff were fantastic. Room service/cleaning staff were absolutely excellent.
Hotel is more of a business hotel, with a nice location near the centre.
Room was nice and big. Room cleaning staff kept the cleanliness of the room as probably the best I have ever seen and I stayed at a lot of hotels. So well done to that team.
Reception was not very good. Not very helpful and did not explain much at check in or whenever I engaged with them. It’s meant to be 24hour but one night I was locked out and tried calling them and ringing the doorbell but no one answered. Eventually I had to ring and wake another guest staying at the hotel to help me in. The reception staff apologised saying they didn’t hear me but it’s not good that I was just left out there. This was not the night porters fault. The doorbell was not working properly or the external phone line working and no one told me the doors lock and what time etc
The food is very nice and the restaurant staff are very good at their jobs.
Overall it is a good hotel but the reception needs a bit of attention.

Good hotel, near city centre

A nice hotel in a fairly quiet area convenient to the Old City, the ferry to the Spit, restaurants and other attractions.

We had a wonderful stay here. The only thing we had trouble with was controlling the heat but we opened a window to help and turned it off to help from keeping it too warm. The bathroom floors were also heated which was fantastic but we did have to keep the floor mats down so that it wasn’t too hot for our feet. We did not consider these things to be actual ISSUES as they are in place to of course keep you comfortable and cozy, but it would be our only feedback. Everyone there was wonderful and we will be back again if ever in this part of Lithuania, in the future.

Staff at front desk very helpful, especially Monika. Room, bed and breakfast was outstanding. 10E a day for parking right next door.

I really miss the old architecture design with the cozy bar inside the restaurant now that is changed to a more of a modern clean restaurant style. It’s it’s nice but it’s not the same for the value it is a nice hotel and the staff is very pleasant and customer friendly. I would give them a 10 out of 10. Also the location is very good.

This property is of average quality in a brand which generally is not known for higher end or luxury facilities.
It is distinctly overpriced for what it offers, but we are ALL-Accor members, so some leverage to ask for things was worth the extra price.
The staff largely is comprised of fairly nice people with the exception of the front desk, someone named Monika, whose behavior over the time spent there escalated from slightly argumentative on arrival to out and out disrespectful, both to other members of our party, and eventually to me.
I regret having prepaid two days here, because I’d like to leave right away, when bullied for 10€ for parking, after having clearly instructing that a) there was a do not call request for today, and b ) clearly stating that I didn’t want to discuss 10€ at that moment, and would happily pay same before checkout,
this person nonetheless persisted in attempting to extract a commitment from me as to exactly how and when I would pay 10€ to the point where I needed to hang up the phone.
Does this facility hire collection agents for hospitality jobs? Who behaves this way?
Im not here, having prepaid two nights and being a rewards member, to have my credibility rudely questioned by some ill-mannered college student, and over 10€.
All the other discrepancies were tolerable until today’s unacceptably thoughtless phone call.
For the price one pays, where is the money going if people like this are hired?

Check inn was slow and unproffesional. The hotel is in general a good hotel. But people means a lot in the service field.

Room and other premises are outdated. Familyroom was spacious and bed was huge and comfortable. Location ok, but not perfect. Breakfast is good and special thanks goes to the woman taking care of breakfast quests.
When we came, there was really rude lady in the reception. But others were ok. Overall nice stay but maybe not 4 star, maybe little bit overpriced.

Very difficult to book hotel room on hotels.com to include children as even with 1 child it insists you book 2 rooms for most hotels! So i always ring ahead and discuss hotel policy before booking, rang and was told needed junior suite for 2 adults and 2 kids under 5 even though no extra bedding would be available or an increase over other rooms. Junior suite was not available so reception and reservations manager said a premium room would be allowed and she will organise everything to make sure we have queen bed and a crib. Got email confirming everything. Made booking and arrived at hotel, same girl i spoke to on phone was on reception. She now said the premium rooms left had only 2 small single beds in them. She suggested pushing them together! We explained the obvious reasons this wouldnt work and she offered a standard room with a queen bed instead, even though it was conditional we booked a premium. I asked for a refund on the difference in the rooms and complained. A refund seemed a step too far and a manager was called, they spoke and now a premium room with a queen bed was available and ready. Not a very nice way to be welcomed and obvious upselling for no reason other than they feel it necessary! I feel it is unethical and dishonest to treat a family this way, we didnt have breakfast included so there was no difference to the hotel if we had our kids with us. Only bad point to what is a beautifil city, we are planning to return but wont be staying at radisson again!

A very decent hotel with all the necessary amenities. Friendly staff, delicious breakfast, perfect quote location, however still within short walking distance to old town, harbor, and all other main attractions. Highly recommended.

The staff are friendly and helpful and the free car parking a bonus, but - at this level - stained carpet in the bedroom should be unacceptable. The hotel is about 10 mins walk from the old town.

An ok radisson blu hotel, about the average for the chain. Everything is on the smaller side (lobby, hallways). Room was fine.

Very friendly and efficient check-in. Superb room in quiet location, with beautiful perfumed tree-lined streets. We walked with baggage to station two blocks away - no problems.

Nice room, free parking. Breakfast was not included and cost more onsite than online.

I was there for business.Very convenient lounge/coffee area to meet clients. friendly & efficiant staff. The restaurant's food was well presented and of good quality. The hotel is right down town, within minutes of the Baltic Sea lagoon and harbour area. I landed at Palanga airport ( abt 30 K from hotel) but they arranged a pick up service to/from airport for a reasonable fee. Free W/I computer connection in hotel for business travellers. Fresh bright, clean, hotel with a sailing/maritime motif throughout. Staff spoke good English.

Just be aware of the cost of restaurant, breakfast was not very good, we tried it on the 1st day and was not impressed, it ends at 10.00am on weekdays, we went down at 9.30, not much selection, hot food was tepid, and this is charged at 12 euro's each. We had an evening meal and the restaurant was empty. My husband;s meal was ok but mine was poor, I chose sea bass, but to my surprise it was tiny, covered up with limp mixed lettuce leaves and not very hot. We then had a dessert which was obviously not defrosted enough as you could not eat the decoration. Wine is expensive.
