Nice place to stay

This hotel is at the backend of a shopping strip. Our view was the overnight bus parking and the dirty Burlington Coat factory signage.

My evening flight out of Logan airport was canceled at the last minute and I needed a place to stay ASAP. This FourPoints had rooms available, and the staff made my kids and I feel welcome and relaxed.

Staff was amazing very welcoming. Hotel was very nice and clean in great condition, shuttle driver was fast and very friendly.

The staff was great. Hotel was average. The halls and elevator were dirty, but the room was clean

The shower was kind of a mess, but otherwise the room was nice and the linens were clean.

Convenient location to the airport but not that many places to eat around the area

The staff here is amazing. They want to help you and would go out of their way to do that. I was flying to London and had left my phone in the hotel shuttle. The driver was very thoughtful and patience. He waited outside the airport gate for me to come and collect that. I sincerely appreciated their help.

Just a quick overnight before flying out. Hotel is very clean, staff very nice, parking easy.

Maintenance on shower head and faucet should have been done prior to next guest checking in.

Limo driver was excellent, wake up call was 30 minutes early, and check in not very efficient

This place rocks! We only stayed one night but we’re greeted warmly and courteously! From the time we registered and got all of our questions answered to checkout I was pleased with the value, cleanliness and safety. I saw other concerns about parking fees (we parked for free) and no free breakfast but we were not there for breakfast. It was a quick overnight stop on our way to the airport. I could have not been more pleased!

When I booked the hotel there was free parking for the duration of your vacation. When we arrived, they charged us $25 per night, an expense we were not aware of and not prepared to pay for. Upon request to waive a portion of the fee as we were not notified of this change, we were refused. When booking there was also a free breakfast, also no longer free and there is a charge of up to $15.99 per person depending on the type of breakfast you choose. We did not eat there. We requested to speak to a manager regarding the changes that have taken place in the last 6 months as we had paperwork that indicated these things. The gentleman claimed he was the manager and refused to make or give any adjustments to the bill and informed that even though we had already paid for our stay 6 months ago he could refuse us from staying within the hotel. Another lady was checking in and informed that she had in fact contacted and made arrangements to stay there though they have no records of it when she had proof in her emails. This so-called manager began shouting at her as well, she was tired and clearly feeling emotional and the manager was not sympathetic to anyone, instead extremely annoyed and aggressive with everyone who questioned anything including potentially refusing a stay at the hotel even though it was paid for. Disgusting behavior and extremely unprofessional, my husband and I personally felt like his position as a manager went a bit to his head and he was on a power trip.

This property. Provides a wonderful stay, and proximity to Logan Airport. There is renovation going on, but none of it impacted our stay. The staff is exceptionally friendly, the breakfast, and the especially the breakfast. Staff were great, the rooms are large and comfortable, and the accessible property is exceptionally clean. There is a shuttle to Logan airport, and actually the morning I left there were two shuttles to assure availability for all guests. 10 minutes to Logan. This property is also close to shopping, restaurants and Revere beach. About 15 minutes to Boston via freeway and numerous train stations to get you around. Great location and a great value.

Great stay; easy access from highway. Walking distance to UNO’s. Very clean & updated property.

Quick overnight stay before our 6:30am flight. Check in was easy and the shuttle at 3:30 am was prompt.

Very clean and spacious. Enjoyed our one night stay.
