Be prepared to pay a deposit at check in on top of the regular rate. Facility was ok, prerty dated but, it qas ok for the price. Pretty loud as you can hear freeway traffic

The room was big, bed was hard. Asked for 1st floor was told they didn’t have any and all 1st floor was smoking rooms. The second you walked into property it reeked ok marijuana. Then get to room it smells musty and mildew. Got woken up twice by fire alarm going off at 2:55 and 3:45 am. I will never go back to that hotel again. It wasn’t the Super 8 I thought I was going to in the first place.

My stay was horrible!!! The smell of weed smoke was killing me an then the front desk was horrible an very rude when you talk to them an they don’t want to give your deposits back they try to play stupid like they don’t remember who you are this is a bad place to stay an they have bug

Well I went to try and use the shower and the water came out black. I know it was a last minute booking but I will start to look at the reviews before booking rooms at the last minute.

The bed is old and wore down (mattress is hard). Flies all in my room. The key they give you to unlock room is old, raggedy. They recycle the keys it's bent. The room has a old, oder smell

The breakfast food was little disappointing, brownies & mini cinnamon rolls were sat out on plate without a cover when no one was around. No small cups to use for waffles, had to guess how much to pour out of a coffee cup. Employees were very friendly, the rooms were very nice.

This was my second time staying here and the difference was INSANE. I stayed in 2023 and the room was nice and clean and everything went very well. This time I was going into town to visit family and to spend spring break with my kids and we got there and the pool was green and filthy and "Closed for maintenance" so prior to checking in I reached out to Hotels.com the customer service rep I spoke to was very kind and tried to get me a refund since most of the reason I chose this location is because of the pool but the hotel owners refused to give me a refund and I was told by the customer service rep I was working with that it would take 72 hours for my case to be reviewed and then another 72 to issue the refund which is almost a full week! The WHOLE time I was in town for. without a refund I couldn't afford to just make another reservation at a different hotel and I was already in town and we had to stay somewhere so I went and checked in when I gave the lady at the front my name for the reservation she said "Oh, the one who tried to cancel." under hear breath, I said "excuse me?" and she slid me my card, told me my room number and said we would have to be in a smoking room because they "ran out" of non smoking. I said ok and went up stairs and the room looked like it hadn't been cleared yet. There where hand prints on the mirror and cigarette ashes in the window, there was more issues but I'm running out of room. the point is I was highly disappointed this time.

The bed was hard as a board! After 5 nights of sleeping on it, my hips & shoulders were really hurting!! No overhead light & low wattage bulbs in the lamp made for a dark room. The tub/shower control was very stiff & hard to turn on. The caulking around the edges of the tub was very inexpertly applied & moldy looking. The hot water was scalding hot, & I had to be very careful not to burn myself! For such a "thrifty" operation, I couldn't understand why they wouldn't turn the boiler temperature down to a reasonable level & save a few dollars that way!! I'm pretty sure that sooner or later, someone is going to get severely burned & then they'll have a lawsuit on their hands!! It truly is dangerously hot!!! The breakfast buffet was very inadequate; no meat or eggs. Nothing but cereal, muffins & waffles. In other words; just a lot of starchy foods. Not good for a diabetic! I ate there the 1st morning & that was enough!! The staff was mostly friendly, but some were hard to understand. Overall, not a positive experience. I won't be staying there again!

Horrible facility. The Manager kicked me and my child out, extremely hostile, rude, disgusting half cleaned bathrooms, rust in the showers No Television and to top it off The phones aren’t even hooked up. I got kicked out because I payed online through Expedia and got somewhat of a nice deal for two days. Well the manager insisted for me to pay an extra fee of $15 for early check in and I refused since I had already been checked in the day before. I refused to check out and check back in just to pay an extra fee. Why should I pay extra when I had already checked in at 12:50pm the day before. I truly thought that was highly uncalled for and I’ve never hear of a hotel manager charge extra and insist on trying to get me to check out and checked right back in when I had already stayed. The environment was fealty, dogs barking , rust in the bath tubs, tv that don’t work, dusty all over the furniture, rooms smelled like armpits and just to make you feel even more comfortable? The fact that you can’t used the phone that sits there for display. They didn’t even have a phone line to make or receive calls. Horrible I do not recommend
