Lousy shuttle service. Front desk gave wrong directions for pick up. Said door 7 and should have been island 7. Lost lost recalled, waited one hour when another hotel felt bad and picked me up. Hotel charged $11 for two $1 items at walmart. Ridiculous. Used Uber to leave instead of shuttle

we loved the room it made us feel like we was very important people..... I didn't like the kids that played soccer in the lobby, with the grown folks that was seated on the other side did nothin and all the kids in the computer room was over the place.

This hotel does not respect this customers. I was refuse service because I had my socks on and not any shoes. When I went to the manager to speak to her about it, she told me that she would get back with me and she never did.

Air conditioning in the room was not working properly. Elevator broke down and other elevator was slow. Breakfast which was extra was not that good. Still service staff were polite. Not happy with the stay although I have stayed before and that is why I chose to stay again.

I loved the space in the room for the Mobility/Accessible room and the bars on the walls in the bathroom were very helpful but I did not like how low to the ground the bed was.

I do like there's a restaurant open until 12 AM sometimes 1 AM
The guest laundry room was out of service the whole 4 days I stayed.
Found a bug on the bathroom ceiling.
A random person was banging on my door asking if we ordered doordash (THEY DID NOT HAVE ANY FOOD OR ANYTHING ON THEIR PERSON VISIBLY) I was bit stressed from that but fortunately the doors are safe at least. I did enjoy the little hot tub / jacuzzi thing with my sister. I also appreciated the parking lot since I came to Maryland to help my sister move into her student apartment and this establishment having a parking lot help me alot when I had a rental

The plumbing in my bathroom was showing some age and use. My friend changed rooms in the late night due to neighbor room party. But my room was quiet. Fitness room is next to swimming pool room. I used exercise equipment but my eyes were stinging from the chlorine in the air. Front desk handed out free water bottles but didn’t mention anything about the water refill station in the fitness room. I was able to check in early which was very helpful.

The staff was very friendly! especially the front desk young lady name Angel she was so accommodating and sweet. The hotel was clean. Only thing that wasn’t right was
They didn’t have enough Wash clothes to pass out, I had 3 rooms that occupied 9 people and they couldn’t accommodate us with wash clothes we had to go to Walmart. Overall it was a Great stay

They are extremely understaffed. Asked multiple times for towels and never had them brought up. Paid for breakfast and there was one person manning the kitchen and dining room. Not great for an expeditious breakfast before hitting up the airport. There are better properties.

Stayed at the property in 2023 and didn’t have any issues. This year was a completely different experience. The hallway where our room was located smelled of marijuana, there was no hot water in the morning for a shower, and to top it off, our daughter’s boyfriend’s had his credit card compromised from there. He bought snacks there and an employee insisted on seeing his credit card, when it wasn’t necessary as it was a self-pay situation. He had a feeling it was suspicious and the following day he had an additional charge on his card at the time we were out of the country.

This was not a typical Hilton like I’m used to. I love Garden Inn so I thought it would be my norm. The lighting in the bathroom was terrible and no venting system. The door to the fridge cabinet was broken. The shade caps has been changed but left behind. The shade hand about 10 small wholes so the entire thing should’ve been changed. The curtain had a whole and was attempted to be taped with packing tape. The pool heating/ac units were rusted terribly. Also no ventilation. We had to open the doors outside in order to not allow the chlorine to burn our eyes.

My children and I had been traveling for 20 hours and this Hilton was our final stop for the evening. As we entered the hotel another guest was leaving and sounded like he had been in an altercation with the desk staff. I walked to the desk with my children and the desk staff asked me to wait. He switched out with another staff member and she sat at the computer in front of me and typed for a few seconds. My son was standing on a block at the base if a column beaide the desk and I asked him to stop climbing. He did. The staff member looked at me and said "Are you trying to check in?" She'd witnessed me walk up to the first gentleman and try to check in. It was very clear I was trying to check in. As she was processing my card and making our key card my son climbed back up on the column's block. The staff member pointed her finger at him and very tersely said, "Get down." She confirmed what I'd asked him to do earlier, however her tone and aggression wasn't necessary for a six year old boy who'd been awake and traveling for 20 hours. I did not address this with the staff member because I knew she'd just had a confrontation with a guest and saw she was under stress. She went back to our reservation and my son and daughter focused their attention on a pretty glass glass bowl in the lobby. My daughter touched it and rotated it around a few times, never lifting it or moving it quickly. The staff member stopped her process long enough to point at me and then my children and make a noisewithout

After having a very rough day at the airport the man at the front desk really made our night giving us some complimentary drink for my son and I . He has outstanding customer service I wish I would have got his name because he deserves recognition! Our room was very clean and nice inside ! Highly recommend!

The stay was great! Bummer the pool was out of service, but we had a great time hanging out in the room before our early morning flight the next day.

We were near a common exit and all night long you can hear the door open and close all night long. It took us a while to be checked in because the one receptionist had been gone a while to retrieve something for another guest which was slightly frustrating. Other than that the room was clean, parking was easy and check out was simple.
