Had booked my multi-day stay a long time in advance and communicated my wish for a room on a higher floor, but had to stay the whole time on the ground floor. This, together with there being no straightforward way to request a room change (you were supposed to remember to ask for it in the mornings) made me feel less valued as guest. Very little appetizing choice at the breakfast buffet. For the rest a good deal for the money.

We arrived at midnight, no problems, the staff were very helpful. Rooms would really need a new interior, but the beds were nice and everything was clean. Breakfast was awesome:)

This hotel is slightly odd in the layout in that two rooms share one bathroom, but only if the hotel is busy or if you book 2 rooms. Otherwise, for the money this is a great hotel. It's comfortable, clean, has balconies which look over a central courtyard, has breakfast included in the price and has a lidl just 5minutes walk away if you fancy something extra to eat.

Clean nice hotel, it is located not in the centre of Greifswald. But, you know, Greifswald is not a big city, and everything in this town is within an hour of walking distance. Hotel is clean, breakfast buffet is rich and tasty. And Greifswald is the beautiful ancient quite town. I love it.
