We had a great 7 day stay and the staff were very friendly and helpful when we needed them. The room was spacious and clean. It was really helpful to have a mini fridge in the room to keep our drinks cool too. The location is well-positioned to access the freeway to get around town. The shopping mall across the street is probably busier on the weekends, but was very quiet when were there on a weekday. The walking path along the creek across the street is great for a walk/run/cycle. It's a quiet and safe area for being so close to a freeway.

We were greeted as soon as we entered & check-in was super easy. The front desk attendant Sam was amazing & super helpful! The room was clean & we had asked for certain things and it was there! They also had the pull out couch ready for my granddaughters. The breakfast was very good & all was kept stocked and very sanitary. We loved our stay

The building has a bad aroma in the hallways. The rooms. The breakfast was not good at all . The building floors and layout could inprove . Expected a better overall experience with this being a Sheraton hote, and what i spent on it. I don't feel like I got my money's worth.

This hotel was very nice. The staff was friendly upon arrival and when checking out. The rooms are spacious and clean. Everything you need is right here yet the hotel is tucked away from traffic. This will be my GO TO hotel when visiting THE QUEEN CITY.

Nice clean and well maintained hotel. Rooms are not super sound proof. I would request to NOT have a room with a joining door. I could here the guy next door flip up the toilet seat and carry on a conversation. The bed and pillows just okay. Again very clean and spacious room though.s

The mattress was bad - soft and/or worn out and very noisy. Sometimes had hot water to shower in the morning, and sometimes didn’t. A few nights there were groups of people in the hallway practically shouting and slamming doors for 30 minutes or more around midnight. They had people going into rooms and working on the fire alarms for 3 days, and then the fire alarm went off every hour from midnight until 6:00am the night after they finished. I attempted to contact the manager on multiple occasions, each time told that he wasn’t available, but they would pass on the message to him to contact me. They asked for my cell phone number, but I was never contacted about any of these issues.

The room was clean. Your outside property seems to need some maintenance. You also advertise having a restaurant and have not had one for 2 years as per person working the front desk.

Poor customer service even after finding unknown white powdery substance and empty pill capsules on our counter surfaces. Front desk apologized and said they hoped we had a good rest of the night.

Only negatives are the bedside lights cannot be turned on/off once your in bed and only one side of the king bed had power/USB outlets.

Mr Herman was very friendly and helpful. We’d come to see our uncle who was terminally ill in a local hospital….a smile at the end of the day we’d had was such a wonderful thing. By the time we arrived, I’d been awake over 30 hours. He answered our questions about the nearby walking path. It was near sunset but we walked a few minutes to unwind and saw a small group of deer quietly cross the trail near us. There were flowers just beginning to bloom. When we returned to the hotel, Mr Herman was again there with a smile. Our room was very clean, the beds comfortable, the curtain dark.

We had a dirty towel in our room other than that the room was really clean.The Bed was terribly hard.Also there was a door that led into the room next door.Which was Quite uncomfortable for us.When we got into our room it was unlocked.So the people in the room next door had access to our room.We locked it and put a chair in front of it but it was still so uncomfortable.We could hear their entire conversation and what sound like they was have s**. It was not a great experience. It looked like it was a sweat that they closed off and booked it as two separate rooms.The staff was never at the desk when you needed help and never answered the phone.At check in and check we had to literally search for someone to help us. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel if you’re staying more than a night.

My wife and I like to stay at Four Points when we travel, we typically find our stay to be top notch in all regards. So, I was very surprised when arrived at the Charlotte - Pineville location and immediately noticed it didn’t have the feeling of a typical Four Points, it seemed like an older cheap motel. It turned out it kind of was as when I checked out I found out that it’s been run as a Four Points for the past 20 years but was built as a Best Western. The room wasn’t any better. The lock looked as if someone had broken in recently. The ironing board pad and cover looked like they have never been washed and didn’t fit properly. The television technology was lacking and out of date and there were no working usb ports available. Very disappointing, Sheraton!

Our door lock extra latch was broken and the room smelled musty but we were only there for two days so we dealt with it. The front office (Bob) was very nice and offered to fix it but we declined. A couple of light bulbs were burned out. It was ok for a two night stay.

Average hotel with a decent price, location, and staff. Room was a bit dated. Bed was a spring mattress and ok. Microwave didn’t work. Tv ok. Overall might be a good choice for a bargain traveler.
