I live about 30 miles from the hotel, but my son was getting married close by, therefore we reserved a room for the weekend so we didn't have to drive back and forth. Family members from out of town reserved 7 additional rooms. After a long morning and afternoon of setting up and decorating for the rehearsal dinner we arrived at the hotel. I needed to get ready and get back to the venue for the dinner. The elderly man working the check in counter was so completely hateful to me, and said because I was a local I needed $150 in CASH to get into the room. I asked if they had an ATM, he said no. My husband asked where the closest one was and he said he didn't know. I asked if he could just use my debit and he yelled at me and pointed to a paper showing me their "policy". Collectively amongst my family, we were able to get $150 so I could check in. Got to my room and the key card would not work. Getting my money back on Sunday required a room inspection and then he wanted me to sign a document stating I had received the cash BEFORE I received it. The description of the property on Hotels.com actually says they do not accept cash. The room was disgusting, enamel coming off of the tub, also felt like I would fall in the shower. Uncomfortable bed, all rooms had an order and very dusty. I believe I got bit by bed bugs. Complete trash and very rude man at the front desk. La Quinta should be embarrassed.

Good stay with two issues. Sink was filled with hair trimmings upon arrival and EV charger rate is price gouging . Most hotels offer free EV charging not only was this not free it cost more then using a fast charger just up the street.

I stopped at the la Quinta in Labanon as a one-night stopover on the way to another location. All I wanted was a basic and cost effective room. It met all the minimum standards of cleanliness and was in reasonably good repair overall. One significant mark against it was there was no hot water. I couldn't say how often that is happening but just to be clear, I don't mean that they ran out of hot water easily, there we just none at all. That said, the motel at our final destination made the la Quinta look good so it can always be worse.

The jacuzzi did not work. Office said it was an extra tub. Did not offer another room. Walls and furniture were not in good condition. Storage room door was left open and unattended. The desk staff were not friendly or helpful.

The lady that checked us in was very polite. The price was low enough that we were able to get two rooms, one for my husband and I and the other for our two teenagers. The bed was slightly firm, but the room was perfectly clean. There was a little bit of paint peeling in the bathroom, but for the price, I have zero complaints. I would absolutely stay here again.

The property manager was incredibly rude, we had to call corporate to file a complaint and received a refund for our stay due to the lack of professionalism and disrespect. Rooms smelled like mold and furniture was peeling 0/10

Every time I used the sink in the restroom water leaked out of the bottom of the faucet. The couch was so stained I would sit on it with a towel covering it. A total of ONE usb charging port is a fail in 2024. The toilet had an issue flushing and stopping a flush. The furniture in the room was serviceable but in a sad state, with chipped paint/finish in dozens of locations. The bed was comfortable

The accommodations were adequate for our purpose. We were in Lebanon for a truck show. The property was older and had some signs of wear and tear, but nothing was dirty or unkempt. People were nice and check in was fast. I would stay again.

Was an easy check in, wonderful, clean room, and an overall great experience. I was pleasantly surprised at how clean and neat our room was. We were in a King and although we didn't request it or pay extra for it, we had a nice sofa with a chaise, Nice and clean! The breakfast was enjoyable and was a full breakfast, although the eggs and sausage were not good, Juice was warm as I read another similar comment on here. Same goes for the ice machine. The one on the first and second floors did not work so we had to use the one on the third floor. Really no big deal. The desk staff was really friendly and helpful. We did have to wash a small load of clothes there and had to put them through the dryer three times; wouldn't even mention this if I hadn't run out of change - it was $3.00 per drying cycle and I had to run back and forth for more change. I would recommend you stay here because the rooms are clean, desk staff is helpful and you are just half an hour away from Nashville. On our check out day, Wednesday, the breakfast was extremely busy, with a lot of kids and teenagers 'blocking' the breakfast area, it was hard to navigate around all of them! (they seemed to have never seen a waffle maker!) They do put a hold on your card for a deposit, which hasn't been refunded yet. I'll keep an eye on it though; I'm sure it will be released soon. Overall good experience and recommended to others!

This room was large and had two comfortable king sized beds. It was already cool and clean for weary travelers. It was very expensive compared to other years, but all the hotels around Nashville are expensive now.

This hotel was one of the worst ones I’ve stayed in. I reserved a queen room, we got a full. The rooms were dirty and outdated. The faucet on the shower was completely upside down. The bathroom floor flooded every time we showered because the shower curtain wasn’t big enough. The water would just spray out all in the floor. It was almost impossible to get new towels. I had to explain to them that the towels we had had to be used to dry the bathroom floor, otherwise one of us was going to fall. The floors in the hallway of the hotel were also covered in water. The front desk lady was constantly complaining that she was tired, her back was hurting, and she was there alone so she couldn’t bring us any fresh linens. This was stuff she was saying out loud as ppl were coming in and out. Not one single ice machine in the hotel worked. Im sure there’s things im forgetting. I think im subconsciously trying to forget the whole experience
