The paint in the shower was all peeling around the shower head wall. There were cracks in the tub. There were people sitting in the hallway all hours of the night and they were running up and down and screaming!

This hotel was filthy. The shower looked like it had never been cleaned, the hallways smelled like smoke and the floor in our room had white stains everywhere. I wish I could post pictures because it was truly unbelievable how gross this place was. Additionally, the “breakfast” was just packets of oatmeal.

The common areas needed to be cleaned. The carpet in the halls were in need of cleaning.

Way overpriced

Its what it is. But over priced Staff was excellent. The smell of marijuana was overwhelming and made.my wife.feel ill. Riom was.way overpriced.

"Is that mold" should never come up in a hotel room, even if the answer is 'no.' This entire chain of hotels is designed to lure you in and fulfill its luring promises in the cheapest, most technical way possible. It's like some evil genie is granting wishes, or more likely a lawyer. Here are some examples: Kitchen: No soap, dishes, cookware, flatware, or paper towels. If you want that stuff go to a Residence Inn. Breakfast: It's from 6:30 to 10, but the coffee runs out at 8:30 and no, we won't refill it. Legally this is breakfast because we put out 6 packets of Quaker Instant Oatmeal on the counter, along with some Costco Nutri-Grain. That's all you get. Want real breakfast, get in your car and go to Tim Horton's down the street. There's no sidewalk, so you have to drive. Never in my life have I used shampoo, even hotel shampoo, that made me touch my hair later and ask, "did I even wash this?" I guess they found a way to ruin that too. That's to be expected from this chain. This particular location is awful. In the middle of a busy highway it is a pain to get anywhere from here, and back. There is no way to cross the street without driving miles to the end and turning around, so add 10-15 minutes to any and every trip you take from this building. The money saved here is NOT worth subjecting yourself to the squalid conditions. If you're broke go to a Days Inn; at least they don't try to pretend they have amenities.

The General Manager was awful! Very poor customer service! I will NEVER stay here again! I also found a roach in my room! Disgusting! I would not recommend this place to anyone! STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL! It’s a rip off. The front desk staff was amazing. They were the only good thing about the hotel. All except the general manager. A lesson in how to treat customers is definitely needed.

I chose this hotel because they allowed dogs. It was supposed to be a non-smoking hotel, yet wreaked of cigarette smoke and also marijuana. There were cigarette burn holes in the furniture, bathroom had mold around the showerhead. There were holes in the walls. It was a complete dump.

This hotel is dirty and dated. More like a place that is used for a shelter.

When you first walk in, it smells of cigarettes. The floor is dirty and customer service is bad and they are very uncaring.

I am worried that my car will be safe overnight This is evidently a welfare hotel I would not stay here again

Your room will not be cleaned unless you ask for it. The beds are comfortable and although you have a kitchen, it has zero utensils to cook or eat with. The staff is okay. You have to ask for extra towels at the front desk. The noise from 17 is rafely a problem. you have to empty your own trash.

We used to prefer staying here however this time onwards may be we might rethink as the room was not very clean and had false smell everywhere in the room which Kids couldnt afford. We did informed the front desk while checking out and they had genuinely agreed to take a look.

Nothing

Room was clean and no specific issues with anything. Had to ask for additional kitchen equipment as this is not in the room on arrival. Condition of everything was well maintained and clean. Location is convenient being in route 17 which gives easy access to the American dream mall and other locations on the area.

The room was clean, but the room smelled really bad like an ashtray. There is no smoking signs posted but obviously not enforced. I was a late check in because of my job, the front desk assistant was nice but did not give me any basic information regarding what time checkout was where the breakfast would be located, or how to get to the room or where i should park. I had to keep asking these questions, not a deal breaker but I think these things were important. Overall the room was clean and offered your basics to have a pleasant stay but I just could not get over the smell of cigarettes.

Everyone that works there is super rude and the place is so dirty. I felt gross after leaving

It’s was a good stay

The hotel was a host of disinfectant smells from the moment we walked in. Each floor, the elevator, and our room each had a distinctive smell. We wondered what they were trying to cover up. The bed was comfortable, but the sheets and covers were thread bare. The room was ugly and almost industrial in its appearance. Furniture and carpeting was old. It seemed to cater to long term use mainly. The “breakfast” area was messy but we didn’t want to eat there anyway. Staff was polite.

Mediocre cleanliness but the guy at the front desk was very polite and helped me with the app that made the stay better for me.

Breakfast was not as advertised. Muffin in a bag and weak coffee was all they had.

Was told every room had a recliner and I booked my room with 2 beds. I needed the recliner for my handicap uncle and was told by the Manager, basically “tough crap”. Would not do a thing to assist with the issue. Had to rent another room which I was told was handicap. My uncle was stuck in the recliner all evening and I had to go up in the morning to get the chair back down. Could not use the shower if you’re in a wheelchair.

Friendly staff at front desk, never a wait to check in.. room was cleaned well, definitely recommend staying here.
