For a business traveller, this is a good hotel. The car park is in front of the hotel
The staff at reception are pleasant
The room is good size and clean.
The bar located next to the reception offers a large variety of drinks and is quite cosy.
The restaurant lacks choice ( menu offered on a black board) but despite this the food which is served rather quickly ( probably not prepared in-house) is pleasant.
Despite its 4 star, the hotel lacks of character, perhaps a fitness room or a real restaurant menu could help.

The only issue was that their restaurant was closed and it’s in an office park. The room and hotel and parking were great though.

Very clean and very well situated, would recommend this property.

The property was excellent, however on our visit there was a lack of staff and it was difficult to receive the service we had hoped for. However everyone did their very best and resolved the service issue. Small details could have been better we had two family rooms with one double and a single bed but all joined together which was not ideal when sleeping with grandchildren. There were no tissues in the box and the heated towel rail did not work. For the prices charged it could have been better.

Booked this hotel at a great price through hotels.com we arrived on the Friday evening staff all spoke excellent English and were very friendly, hotel very modern and quite, when we arrived the restaurant was not open however several restaurants within easy walking distance which offer some excellent french cuisine, our only comments would be the family room we had was quite small and the air conditioning within the room could not get below 25c also the hotel is located within a business park which is busy during the day but a bit of a ghost town during the evenings and weekends other than that a modern clean friendly hotel and if we were ever in the Rennes area again would stay in this hotel again.

Lovely, modern, clean hotel, nice staff. The only minus, the hotel restaurant is closed over weekends but you can always dinne somewhere else.

This is blatantly a business hotel, out to make money with minimal services.
There is usually over a weekend only one or two staff on duty and yet the price stays the same (is this a Health & Safety issue?).
The rooms are very much an afterthought & 'functionally' designed. They have been knocked together and the door shutlines are poor and probably would fail any fire test. The beds are not very comfortable; for 2 people there is nowehere to sit apart from the bed & one chair; the coffee making is dire (6 Nespresso capsules & 2 concentrated milk capsules per day{we had to ask for more}); parking is a nightmare; we ate in the restaurant once & it was overpriced. Our biggest complaint was that the hotel chain celebrated their annual staff party whilst we were there...a disco until past 0100hrs one floor below!
However the best part of this establishment is the staff...not only the one who provided an apology for the noise, but also organised a reparation. The other member of staff who we saw most will be missed as she also had great people skills, but has just left.
Would we stay there or at another Oceania hotel again? Possibly, but only overnight passing on to somewhere more welcoming.

stayed 3 nights whilst in the area hotel was ok but as its more of a business hotel the restaurant was closed over the weekend. My room did not have any coffee making facilities but others did. The shower had a rain shower option which was good. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean and modern.

Our stay was Enjoyable, the rooms were clean and the hotel is next to a spa they advertise for. it is a shame the no discount is available for guests and that the hotel does not have a pool or gym and town in not close by.

Nice hotel in a good position outside Rennes but as its on a bussiness estate it goes quiet at weekends and the hotels restaurant is shut ! That could be got around with room service but there's no room service either they shut that to during the quiet periods which I think is Saturday & Sunday night ( we stayed Sunday night) so it means a trip out to find food :0( which is not what you expect of a 4 star hotel however there are restaurants within approx mile away . The other problem is there not bothered where they put you as they put us in a room in between a school visit group which had most of the rooms on that floor ! Shame could be a really great hotel as the rooms are really fabulous have coffee machine and are nice and modern .

When you walk in to the reception all looks very promosing, newly decorated and smart and the staff were very nice and helpful. However the room we were given was dated and starting to look shabby, although it was all clean. Also there was no private kitchen area. However, when leaving the hotel some rooms were being cleaned which looked a lot newer and nicer so it may be that they have not finshed redecorating and we were unfortunate.

A very well kept hotel within easy reach of Rennes. Clean and comfortable. Helpful staff. Good food.
2.5
The room was clean, spacious and well designed. It was very modern and attractive. Dinner was very good although a slightly limited menu (I could stay three nights before duplicating the meal choice). Good buffets for starter and dessert courses.
