Was amazing. 4 food courts, 4 gyms, excellent view of the sea from the rooms & restaurants, Great boat rides, great time, great staff, brilliant fun with thanks giving entertainment, thanks giving buffet, Santa clause, The grand Bazar was brilliant with very cheap prices for top brands.

I booked an Executive-style room through the Hotels.com website, but upon arrival, the room did not match the description or photos displayed online. The configuration and patio area were significantly different, which felt like a misrepresentation. I paid a premium for this room, but by the time I realized the discrepancy, no alternative rooms were available. Additionally, I had a frustrating experience with the taxis stationed outside the hotel. Despite multiple attempts to get a ride, I was repeatedly refused service, leaving me feeling discriminated against as drivers dismissed me with hand movements, and made it clear they would not assist me. Overall, my stay was far from comfortable, and due to these issues, I would not consider returning to this hotel in the future.

Too far from city - taxis wouldn’t take us back to the hotel. Service was poor every day for breakfast. Decent food but couldn’t get anyone to give us coffee after asking numerous times so we helped ourselves. Not 5 star by any means

It was such a pleasure to stay at this lovely hotel. We spent six nights at the start of our trip and went back one last night before we returned back to New York. This property is far from all the major attractions. Some taxis don’t want to take you to this hotel in the evenings because of the traffic and some will charge you double the amount to go here. Hotel itself is really nice. We had great view from our room. Staff at breakfast buffet were not attentive or I should say may be racist. We noticed that they were ignoring us even after my husband called one staff twice. My husband then pointed it out to him about ignoring. He just stayed quiet and walked away.

Love the location. Size of the suite we stayed at and responsiveness of the staff. The hotel is very noisy……We could hear the conversation of the next door tenants. The hotel was so full that it was hard to find a seat in the lobby or pass through without bumping into people. Frankly it was like the bazaar.

**A Wonderful Stay with Warm and Memorable Service** My stay at Swissôtel Bosphorus was overall fantastic. The hotel is beautifully designed, with great amenities and restaurants that truly elevate the experience. I especially want to highlight the exceptional dinner experience we had on Floor16, where Bushra and her team made us feel so welcome. Their warmth, friendliness, and attention to detail created a memorable evening for us. Although we did face some noise issues during the night, Faith, the manager, handled the situation with such professionalism. He arranged for a room change and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, which was greatly appreciated. Thanks to the wonderful service from both Bushra’s team and Faith, my time at Swissôtel Bosphorus was truly enjoyable. I’d highly recommend this hotel for anyone seeking both luxury and genuine hospitality in Istanbul.

Very nice hotel. Beautiful view of garden and Bosphorus. Only negatives: hard to get cabs to and from the hotel and fridge is one of the old style mini bars where you are charged when you remove an item. Also- No space to refrigerate anything you might purchase elsewhere. Otherwise food and service were great. Room was spacious and comfy.

Wonderful hotel in an amazing spot . Room with Bosphore view or Beşiktaş stadium . The staff is very kind helpful for everything you need . Excellent property. The view is fantastic.Pool area is very clean with a lot of service. Staff is amazing. I highly recommend this hotel if you are any Istanbul. It is very close to being attractions to the city and taxes from the hotel to many places are fairly inexpensive.
