The room was incredibly outdated. The bathroom was full of mold and overall felt dirty to stay in and a weird smell lingered throughout the hotel. The staff were relatively friendly but didn’t feel super welcomed.

Upon arrival the hotel appeared dated. As we went to our room other guests mentioned the lifts didnt work well. When we got out of the lift there was a smell of smoke. Once in the room it wasnt clean, the smoke smell was present. The bath had what appeared to be cigarette burns in 3 places. There was a large air-conditioning unit fixed to the floor leaving about a 2 inch gao to get past to the bed.
We went straight back to reception to check out. The staff were helpful and suggested we may get a refund for the second night. I think as we never stayed through no fault of our own that we should have been refunded in full. Especially as we then had to source new accommodation

It’s an old hotel. Not updated at all. Not worth for money you spend.

This hotel needs a renovation, corridors smells cigarette smoke, bathroom wash basin & shower drains not working properly water stays for ages to drain. The shower needs changing . The pillows are so thin that doesn’t feel like it’s there, the tv in the room was 10 inch I think the smallest I have seen in a hotel. Unfortunately won’t be returning to this hotel again.

Dirty room, uncomfortable bed and freezing
3.5
Room lovely and clean nice temperature. We ate in the restaurant evening meal responsibly priced and good portion size certainly couldn’t manage a dessert. Staff friendly both booking in and in the restaurant. Walking distance to Wembley which is what our stay was for. Would recommend and stay again.

It was NOTHING like the pictures! On the photos it looked new, clean and beautiful but actually it was dirty, smelly, old and looked revolting. Don’t come to this hotel unless you want to stay in a disgusting room.
3.5
The hotel was grim. The beds were poor with thin mattresses. Pillows hard the rooms also contained two folding beds but only on vagaries. It gel like temporary acccommodation for a homeless family. The staff were friendly and polite There was little space for breakfast
3.5
Check in was great, helpful staff. The beds were comfortable.
The hotel is very dated, it has seen its days.
3.5
Bathroom was a fair bit grimey, surfaces were sticky, room was noisy even with windows closed due to the fact there was a massive hole in the wall in which, a general domestic style air con unit was poorly attached.
3.5
Extremely welcoming. Easy parking, right outside the hotel
Clean and comfy room for what was needed. Highly recommend
3.5
Rude staff on checkout.
3.5
It was terrible, dirty , smelly and old decor needs. Arefurb, most importantly the bed was painful to sleep on springs popping out! Horrendous did not stay the night left at mid night felt nausous with the smell and room was filthy
3.5
Great location for Wembley. Parking in front of the hotel was great. Very quiet.
3.5
Hotel goog for location, but the mattresses are probably older then i am and that is well into the last century. No comfort, springs pushing through., no mattresses protection The tv is tiny and far from the bed. Though the room is clean, bathroom is very dated.
3.5
Went to a football match which was amazing Wembley Stadium 3mins walk so location on point the hotel needs major refit it was clean but basic and old fashioned staff friendly enough it’s okay if it’s just a bed you want for the night
3.5
The hotel is very old, they provided a 16 inch TV with no channels to watch in our room. Although the room size is decent , the furniture is old and needs replacement.

I was a bit disappointed in this hotel. Our son went to breakfast early as he had to go off to work and thought that the food quality was poor. We therefore decided not to have breakfast there. the beds were comy and clean but we felt the outside looked a little 'tired'. it was a good hotel regarding location to the Starlight Exprtess venue.

Didn't Stay Long as I was at Wembley That Night and Got Back around 11 and Fell asleep around 1. Room was Massive, Bathroom was Clean. Bed Was Huge and Comfy, wonderful View and overall Just a great Room will 100% Book again in the future.

We stayed for AEW weekend. And the place looked like the front of the hotel is getting redone. However after checking in and going to our room on floor 8. The carpets looked dirty and un hoovered. Our room carpet definitely hadn't been hoovered a was glitter on the floor. Room furniture is well outdated. But you get what you pay for I guess. To be fair when we pulled up we thought we had the wrong hotel as looks nothing like the hotel imagine. So we double checked the postcode.

A little run down although was clean. Mattress in desperate need of replacing and pillows were extremely flat.
Glad only paid £21 so really cant complain.

If you are looking for a place to stay for a concert at Wembley, this is the spot. Five stars for location. It appears to be an older hotel and they are starting to make upgrades. But, the room was spacious and clean. This is not the Ritz. However, the staff were very friendly and accommodating to allow early checkin. It was perfect for what we needed -- a place to get ready and to walk to and from the venue (and I use a cane)!
3.5
Old and smelly, Bed very lumpy.

I booked this hotel 8 months in advance of my stay, I thought it was expensive, bit couldn't get in anywhere else, for what we wanted to do. Now I realise it was expensive because it was the Charity Shield at Wembley that weekend. £175 for one night and no breakfast, absolutely disgusting, the hotel is battered, scruffy on the outside, scruffy on the inside, not had a penny spent on it in years. The shower head was hanging off the wall, bathroom tiles broken in various places. The tv was the smallest I have ever seen. Went for a drink in the bar, over £7 a pint, in an old plastic glass. If you are desperate for a hotel, book anything but this place. This goes down as the worst hotel I have stayed in. So disappointed.

Lovely hotel, looked after our family well. A few minutes walk to Wembley and restaurants

We left in disgust. It’s filthy and we didn’t stay. It shouldn’t be on your site and I’ve lost faith in your star system. It’s not 3*, that’s Premier Inns which are clean! I didn’t read the reviews because I trusted Hotels.com. Big mistake!
3.5
Nice and clean room, little lived in though and the kettle had the wrong base which was soon rectified. Hopeless wi-fi signal.
3.5
Very close to Wembley stadium we had a problem and could not turn shower off but they moved to another room quickly no problem
3.5
The bedrooms and bathrooms were in need of a complete renovation along with the surrounding outside area.
3.5
As expected no drama very nice
3.5
Not all modern, don’t think it’s been updated in decades.

This hotel needs to closed and completely refurbished. The standard of fixtures & fittings is extremely poor. The continental breakfast included was of a very poor standard. Yea & coffee was provided in flasks. Not good value for money. Only + point is proximity to Wembley Stadium I will not stay there again & will not recommend to anyone I will tell them not to book it.

It was ok

The staff are prompt to respond and very helpful, however the property needs more maintenance or renovation as it looks older than the picture shown on Expedia.. The environment is quite lovely with access to transport and nice places. Overall I will say I had a good time
3.5
The convenience of the property with complimentary parking provided makes up for the old-fashioned interior which honestly isn't too bad. There are many shops nearby making it ideal.
3.5
Good value. TV reception not good.
3.5
I didn't expect such a thing from a 4-star hotel. There wasn't a fridge in our room which can be even found in a motel in Tanzania.
3.5
This was my worst stay by far. The beds were poor, inadequate and worthless. I have walked out of here with the worst back ache as the mattress springs were coming out and broken. Never have I been to a hotel where I walk out with a back ache. The bottom part of the bed was the creakiest. I will never visit this place again, it is worthless and unacceptable

London Wembley international hotel !!!
THIS HOTEL IS A TOILET
In 30 years of staying in hotels this was by a long way the worst ! The room was drab and tired all the furniture looked like it had been up cycled from the nearest dump , and as for the bed book yourself a chiropractor for when you check out !! Moving on to the bathroom the water was hot and we got 2 towels however if a mouldy shower curtain and cracked tiles and more 1950’s decor is your thing crack on , the air conditioning in the room consisted of a portable unit plonked in the room that did work but sounded like a Boeing 747 , the tv was a treat about the size of my iPad at a push , oh an one more thing the carpets must of caught alopecia .
3.5
was a nice stay for a quick night after football, could do with a bit of a do up tho
