My room had an odor right when I woukd walk in, but after a few minutes went away. Bed was very comfortable and was convenient right off the interstate.

Very Good experience overall. The bed was soft but very comfortable. The only major downside was that the bathroom was tiny.

It was very clean and well kept but nothing fancy. I think a bit over priced.

No laundry!!

The room was clean and in good condition. The bed was very very soft - too soft. I had trouble sleeping in it.

I have never left a review before but decided I would this trip. Traveling from Seattle down Oregon coast & this was a one night stay. I read other reviews & thought would be ok.
The good: our bedding was clean and pillows good. I think the unit was cleaned but hard to tell.
The not so good: This facility is in serious need of updates. The beds were too soft sank so much our feet were above our heads. There is air but did not cool room down. Stains all over carpet & furniture. Ants in bathroom & I believe the toilet & seat original from 30 years ago.
We survived but for what we paid compared to the condition…keep looking.

I thought this was giving a motel vibe until I laid on the bed. This was the softest bed I have ever slept on.

Our go to place for when in Castle Rock. Easy drive from the race track, conveniently right off the freeway. The staff is so nice.

Family room 2 queen + futon style couch bed. Works well for our family. Only thing to improve would be a USB charger somewhere in room. Also no breakfast but they’re clear about that upfront

This is a very nice, clean place to stay, easy to find and a reasonable price. Nothing fancy just a good place to to stay

Great little place, really clean and quiet. Only downside was the glade plug in that stank up the room.

There was an unrecognizable smell coming from the air conditioner in the room that lingered all night. The bed linens were clean but the bed was beyond its life span. I was afraid to walk barefoot on the carpet.

The area was very quiet.

It served us well.

The property was in very nice condition, and the room was well appointed. There are several restaurants close by, and I enjoyed the Mexican place next door. On a personal and seasonal note, I enjoyed picking blackberries at the back of the property.

Clean room and plenty of space..high price for somewhat outdated hotel

My wife and I stayed at the hotel for a couple of nights which visitng Mt. St. Helen's. Hotel was clean, in a good location, quiet and the person who checked us in very helpful. It would have been nice if the hotel had a pool or jacuzzi and an electric vehicle charging station.

Very cute motel close to where we needed to be. Room was clean and comfortable. Recommended.

I have been to this property twice. Some rooms are remodeled for which the property would deserve 3 stars, some rooms are in desperate need for remodel - choose wisely. Overall not more than a one night roadside motel

Staff was extremely nice and helpful made a wonderful recommendation for a restaurant that was within walking distance and the food was great. Place was clean and quiet

The beds are too soft but overall it’s nice!

Location was great, the only interaction I had with staff was the front desk which was good. It was what I needed for a fishing trip but I didn’t think it was in very good shape for the “family”. To be honest, everything worked, was clean, front office was good, location was great, but it is a bit rundown and showed its age. I will be back for fishing trips, but only as a solo.

Wonderful stay. Lovely gentleman at check-in and a clean and comfy room. Really impressed with the kind person who checked me in. I'm sorry I did not get your name, Sir!!

I appreciated it was located not far from I5 and there were plenty of places to dine. The room also had plenty of space. The only issue I had was the shower seemed to only have an extremely hot mode. The room was very clean and when we needed new towels we were taken care of and they restocked even more than requested. I also appreciated that besides the shampoo and condition bottles, there were toothbrushes.

Room was ok. Office closed when we went to check out at 7:30AM.

Super clean, comfortable, and the desk person was so nice. Our room was really spacious compared to other places we’ve stayed it. This was great since we have a young child.
Prior to booking, one of our concerns was food options. We usually stay at places that have breakfast and this place does not. But there is a coffee place right in the same lot and several restaurants and fast food places on the same corner. There is also a grocery store less than 5min away. It all worked out. It seemed like most of the people who stayed here were visiting Mt St Helens-and-vicinity just like us. Lots of folks with young kids like us too.
We were also worried about the road noise ad traffic from being close to I-5 but no problem there either.
They did have strong air freshener in the room and it might be overwhelming for some people. However, it was one of those plug-in types and probably an easy fix if you are sensitive.
It was a good stay for us and we would definitely stay there again!

The man that checked us in was so helpful! He walked to our room to help me with the key card and helped me get something I forgot after checkout. There was a pretty area behind with the green and flowers. The room itself was clean but a bit sad looking. Clean showers and Netflix in the room makes me happy though!!

The personnel was extremely nice. Room was cleaned after first night stay which is not the norm anymore, unfortunately. This hotel is a great value. Would definitely recommend!

staff was friendly, many nearby restaurants, and close to Mount St Helens. The room was clean, however, the motel is several decades old and has been renovated. I would stay the Timberland motel again.
