I booked the hotel online because of a previous day it was really nice however it was under another name and it had breakfast at the time. as soon as I entered the hotel I realized the whole front lobby and downstairs hallways were under renovation. the front desk agents were very friendly and professional. I got to my room sat on my bed after pulling the top blanket over and sat down. when I got up I realized that I sat in something wet and sticky. I believe it was conditioner so I know the duvet had not been changed.within an hour of being there I decided to go back downstairs but the elevator was no longer working. so it was unpleasant walking all the way up to the 4th floor via the stairwell. I also was met with an extra $100 fee and a $16 fee for incidentals Etc

My experience was horrible. I didn’t know they were doing construction so at 6am all I heard was loud banging and drilling all morning and I didn’t get any sleep

We needed a pet friendly hotel to evacuate to from SW Florida during Milton at the last minute. Most locations were booked so we ended up all the way in Atlanta. This hotel was undergoing renovations but we did not experience any disruptions because of it. A little nervous about being so close to the airport but we never noticed airport noise inside either. Our rooms were clean, service was friendly and quick, parking was convenient, and there were plenty of restaurants offering delivery nearby. No complaints for the purpose of our trip.

First off, the place is far from the pictures and reviews read! There is no extra comforter for the sleeper sofa. Barely any towels. You walk in and the place smells funky apart from costumer service being poor. The beds are very uncomfortable and the sheets smelled bad. I wouldn’t recommend at all.! Save your time and money because they are pretty expensive!

The front desk attendant was understanding and very hospitable. I didn't get his name. The room was nice and clean as well. I wasn't aware that the place recently changed hands and was under renovation to include the breakfast area. Also, the family next to me in the connecting room came in late and the kids were loud into the morning hours.

Definitely not for the price I paid for one night. The stuff tried their best but the hotel should not be open, they need to close down, remodel , and reopen

We made it to the hotel and the guy at the desk gave us a key and we end up walking into someone who was already in that room, so we went back down and asked again for another room and the same thing happened, at this point we are so over it, and then we ask for another room and AGAIN someone was in that room! he kept giving us rooms with people already in it. Until the 5th room he gave us the door wouldn’t open so we had him come upstairs with us and open the door for us with the universal key, we end up not having a key ourselves.

The front desk staff at check in was very nice and professional. The guy at the front desk the next morning was very rude. The elevator was working when I checked in, but wasn't when I left my room to check out the next day.... I had to carry my stuff down 5 flights of stairs, only to have to walk outside IN THE RAIN to get to the front desk. I told the guy at the desk that the elevator wasn't working, but he denied it, saying it was...

This is my second time booking with them! They are so friendly! The property is under construction but they still made it possible to remain open for business and had safety measures secured! Can't wait to stay here again soon!

Do not stay here or book through Expedia. They charge an additional fee for booking through Expedia.

This hotel essentially uses unethical bait and switch tactics. Hotels.com won't allow me to elaborate unfortunately.

If your looking for a motel 6 vibe then this is the hotel for you there was weed smoke all through the hallway a guy training his pitbull in the hallway and he was outside this place felt unsafe urine all around the base of the toilet hair in the bed I could go on but use this property as your last resort

People should be forewarned that a property has construction that is dirty and makes it difficult to move around and through the property.

Terrible. Long wait to check on, WiFi didn’t work, no usb port in room. As basic as an old 1950’s motel. Not one piece of paper in the room to write a phone number on. - or pen. Phone to call office didn’t work. Construction outside meant drop off on street with luggage on uneven surfaces and trying to navigate past large machinery , trucks, baracades

Hotel undergoing construction, pool, front of the hotel under construction, not posted on website and generally seems unsafe. You have to buy soap and shampoo for use, not included. Card keys do not function, required multiple changes in order to get in out of room.

First of all, our check-in was awful. The front desk lady was extremely rude when I asked about how many beds were actually in the room. I was inquiring about a sofa sleeper possibility. She told me those were not available and they didn’t even have those anymore and Blue. Then we got to the room to see that there was in fact, a sofa sleeper. She obviously didn’t even know the hotel at all. We had a strange man walking around all of the cars, taking pictures of all the cars and yet no one was concerned. The following morning at 7 AM they were doing construction on the awning. waking up at 7 AM on a Sunday to construction work is definitely not my idea of a vacation. Overall, I’d give it zero stars. We will never stay there again.

The property would have received a full 5-star rating if not for the ongoing construction. Although the construction did not disrupt our sleep or occur in the evening, the front door was blocked, and there were no signs directing us on how to avoid it. As a result, we had to walk through the construction area, which felt unsafe. Clear signage for an alternate walkway is needed.

Entrance was under construction and was difficult to enter building. Was not told until after check in that there would be not breakfast. They were painting all over and rooms and halls had strong paint smell. Room key had to be reprogrammed twice.

Under construction at the time and waited an age and a half for the shuttle (ended up paying for an Uber to get there because I was tired) 😴. But staff was polite and efficient, room was clean and quiet, and the bed was comfy.
