It was a wonderful property. Very clean, beautiful setting, convenient to town, and helpful staff. The views of Toledo from the property at night were stunning. The front desk attendee provided helpful suggestions for dinner and we were thrilled with her guidance. We had a quick stay but came away very impressed. Would recommend to others and eagerly return if in the area.

Good location for overnight stay and access to city. Tired hotel. Bar not open. Check in staff disinterested. Average breakfast but poor guy running around trying to clean tables, fix broken coffee machine and keep food topped up could have done with some help .

Love the location just outside the old city centre. Short taxi drive to all the major tourist areas. The property is rustic and you feel a part of the ancient environment. Property is very clean and the room had a private terrace with outstanding views. Free and available parking on the hotel property was important to us. Awesome!!!

Great place to stay in Toledo. What made it special was the friendly staff, fast check in, and the bus that stops in front of the hotel that takes you to the center of town.

Good: the receptionist was very nice and helpful. Nice view from the room; quiet; good parking. Not good: towels were not clean - found someone’s hair in one of them; the floor was super dirty; the toilet seat kept moving when you sat on it; the bathroom looked like it had seen better days. Definitely not a four star hotel.

Overall we enjoyed our 2 nights here. The room was clean but the patio needed a good brush. The prices for the mini bar and hotel bar were very competitive, unlike many hotels! Perhaps reception could volunteer information about bus times (the stop is right outside the hotel). It is a good 35 minutes walk into the old town so the bus is needed on hot days.

Our stay at the AC Hotel Ciudad de Toledo was more than I expected. Our room had an old world charm with an incredible view of the old city of Toledo. The hotel is within an easy walking distance to the center of the city. The staff could not have been more pleasant or helpful. The hotel has parking on site and offer breakfast (😊).

It was ok. I left a bag behind with all my cardiac medication and my husbands mobile phone. I rang as soon as I realised. I aske if it could be posted to my present hotel as I am not well enough to drive. I was told I have to arrange. I have tried 4 companies. The Correos in Calafell asked them to send they refused I have offered to pay in advance

We paid for a room with a view, but the view was very limited, through a tiny window. No electrical or USB outlet near bed. Limited staff and offerings in restaurant. Small room . Great breakfast at great price. No difficulty parking
