The bed was too soft and felt broken down, the floors were not clean, the shower was awesome, there was no water available other than tap, and the glass door fridge light didn’t allow for a dark sleeping environment. Other than the mattress and the $50 surcharge for parking these are all little but easily remedied things.

We stayed in a king deluxe room on the third floor. Plenty of room and everything was updated. Pleasantly surprised there was a window AC unit in the room plus ceiling fan which kept the room comfortable in July. Nice happy hour plus coffee, snacks, water in the lobby. Would stay again!

Older hotel on Main Street Frisco: clean, comfortable, very nice shower, great towels and linens, comfortable pillows and bed love the bath products and lotions, plenty of lighting in room, nice 24/7 area in lobby with tea, coffee, snack bars, comfortable seating, great location. Would recommend

No keys required. Staff availa le for check in. Lots of towels, comfortable beds, bath and body products. If you required water, tea/coffee you had to go to the common area, it was quite busy on Saturday morning. Room was very hot, we turned rhe termostat to lowedt, finally had to shut it off and open window, which I didnt like to have open being on ground floor.

This Hotel was quaint and comfortable. The staff was the most welcoming and accommodating. Love the live music especially the Soul Sisters. The happy hour each afternoon was relaxing. The window in our room needs replacing. Our room was small so check out what you need closely or call for booking. Overall it was nice and we will return.

Kate provided excellent service upon checking in. Hotel appeared updated and clean throughout. We enjoyed our complimentary drink in lobby sitting area by fire after stopping for the night due to inclement weather.

There is no front desk. It’s all self check in. Our $370 room was tiny with a tiny little bathroom and tiny bathtub shower. There is no street parking allowed in Frisco overnight and there were not enough parking spaces behind the hotel. There is no ice machine. The location is nice.

Kate greeted us when we arrived and showed us to our room. She was so accommodating. The hotel is newly renovated. Perfect location for skiing, shopping, and sightseeing. We also went snow mobiling. We will definitely be back to Hotel Frisco in March!

The new owners have done an excellent job renovating and decorating the hotel. The rooms are beautiful, comfortable,clean and quiet. We have stayed here many times, but this the first time with the new owners and we are loving it. Also loving the cute coffee/tea bar downstairs. Such a wonderful touch. My mom, sister and I are having a girl's weekend and were able to play ganes last night by the fire. Excellent hotel, I highly recommend it!!

Great location, Frisco is a cute little town, preferred it to Breckenridge. Cute little place. Parking is on the back side, 15 Dollars, reasonable. Didn't like that the window in my room couldn't be completely closed/locked due to the AC, and that the window was right next to the balcony of the next room. Luckily I got to know my neighbours and the woman at check out listened to my concern, love that!

Ideal location, able to walk to everything on main street. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Communication with staff was good. Overall it was a great experience, but the lack of air conditioning in summer made for a couple uncomfortable nights. This is my only complaint. They do their best to keep things cool with leaving windows open, but just be aware that it can get hot and that's not fun when trying to sleep. Installing ceiling fans in the rooms at the very least would be a major improvement.

Loved our stay here! Quick overnight before kayaking in the AM - arrived during happy hour (which included complimentary beverages and AWESOME live music). Great lounge plus firepit out front, clean rooms. No AC but great breeze coming through plus a little fan. Love the remodel - new owners are great!! Def recommend!!

My best friend and I did a girl's weekend here and absolutely loved staying at Hotel Frisco. Not only was everything very clean but the staff was warm and welcoming. The check in process is simple and parking is close and convenient. There are great areas inside and outside the hotel to enjoy and it's walking distance to everything. We will absolutely be back!
