Great hotel in the middle of the town. All the staff were really helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good, coffees made to order and lovely home made cakes

Good hotel, good breakfast, friendly staff. Parking a bit small and not easy to access.

Very nice and perfeclty located hotel in a town not known for international tourism. Nevertheless if you are in the area, stop the day, stay the night and will be most enjoyable. You will be surprised of the town

This is a very nice hotel in clise proximity to the Faenza plaza and all of its intriguing restaurants and shops. There is a good breakfeast and the main restaurant is now a Pizzeria. Parking can be difficult although they do provide a daily parking pass.

This was a family history research visit to Faenza. Hotel very central with most helpful English-speaking staff. Hotel best described as 'shabby chic' with some beautiful features like painted ceilings, decent breakfast, interesting decorations (ceramics) but a bit low on room comforts. Huge bathroom with sumptuous bath towels - but no tissues. One easy chair and one hard chair. Big wardrobe. Free safe. Air con hard to manage but OK. Our room overlooked their courtyard garden cafe with piped music until late - audible but not too intrusive. Otherwise the location was very quiet and only 5 minutes slow amble to the Piazza del Popolo/Duomo/Campanile/etc. Parking was in bays in nearby streets but apparently free parking vouchers were offered every day by the reception. Solid WiFi. Many TV channels but Fox News and Sky News International were the only reliable English language ones.

Centrally located in a lovely Italian town off the tourist path, only a short train ride from Bologna.. Faenza is proud of its ceramic heritage and the hotel boasts many lit displays of contemporary ceramics. Hotel Vittoria still has beautiful fresco ceilings in the dining room and lobby. DIning room serves gourmet food, reasonably priced, also nice courtyard and bar for more casual eating. Loved the city architecture, the squares, the international museum of ceramics, and the Palazzo Milzetti . Many ceramicists have shops and studios to visit.. Also nice to sit in big squares and enjoy a gelato and an espresso.Staff were very helpful. People very friendly.

My room (115) was nowhere near as nice as the ones listed on hotels.com. It was also quite difficult to drive to the hotel as it sits on a one-way street. Look for small road signs to find the right entry road into the maze of small alleys (this is an old town, so nothing sketchy about a small alley).

Good visit with good restaurant

Asked to change our room from the front of the hotel to the back, no problem at all. Nice size rooms.

Very reasonably priced hotel, very helpful staff, beautiful building. Would recommend, we had a fantastic stay :)

The hotel was being redecorated on the day I stayed and so looked a bit scruffy in the hallways and stairs. My air conditioned room whilst very small was very comfortable and well equipped. Breakfast was not very good. Staff were helpful, There is no hotel car park but they give you a ticket to put in the window of your car so that you don't have to pay to park round the corner.

The hotel is very well situated for Faenza centre, and has an off-site garage; very useful if arriving by vehicle, as parking in the old centre is difficult.
Breakfasts tended to be chaotic, not a lot of choice; there was a dish of scrambled eggs, but when it was gone, was not replenished.Staff seemed to be pre-occupied and it was hard to attract attention to order coffee. On occasion I could hear staff arguing amoungst themselves.
Otherwise the hotel met expectations and staff were helpful and most had some grasp of english
