They turned off the heater and have been giving blankets instead, hard to imagine one could get cold in the hotel. Room was smelly or sucked smoke from smoking room, they allow smoking in some rooms and smoke is everywhere

This place is beautiful very clean staff is amazingly nice and friendly. This hotel makes u feel at home it is safe and very quiet and neighbors are very respectful. I can't wait to visit again i will definitely stay here again.

Room was clean. I was extremely exhausted and wanted to extended my stay for a couple of hours. I was told i had to go up to the front desk to extend as opposed to them charging my card on file. After extending i received a phone call every hour asking if I was checking out. So, I had to keep explaining that I already went to office to extend. So, eventually I just left. But, very upset with that location. Also, was put in a room next to a dog barking all night.

Well first of all there is a registered sex offender at the location that was 50ft.,from our room. 2nd there is no refrigerator nor was there a microwave?,also the room was extremely warm with the heater on full blast,it wasn’t that cold for it to be on,& no air conditioner in the room it is controlled by the maintenance dept.,which never showed up to to fix the problem. And they say their rooms are clean well the have wood laminate flooring and I had dropped a piece of food on the floor wiped it up with a wet cloth & the floor was disgustingly filthy. I do have to say if your traveling with a 4legged family member they have a designated area and poop bags and disposal for your pets.

The front desk clerk was friendly and quick to check me in however the heater on high blows no hot air or no air in the room at all! For 75 bucks come on fix your property!!!!! Also no microwave wow for 20 bucks u can buy one! Other then that hot shower, clean and comfy bed!

When I was registering a lady was getting loud and talking about fighting the staff over 2 pairs of stolen socks. I told the guy you should make her leave, she seems like trouble and talking about harming your staff. He said we give everyone a chance. At 2am in the morning this same lady starts screaming for hours. Things got physical between the guy she was staying with. The screaming went on for hours. The lady was talking about having her friend come and shoot up the place. The staff called the cops on her but nothing was done until 5am. No sleep for us first night.

First of all, I am a disabled person. I got a smoke environment room. It smell like smoke so much. They did not want to change the room. Then they said I could just leave if I didn’t want that room. Then the room did not have no microwave.

When I checked in initial room it had a hard marijuana smell which im allergic to. Had walked into the rest room and the toilet area and stepped into water???? I'm hoping. I cleaned my foot ( wearing sandals). I went back to let them know and they very nicely and quickly switched.my room. The new room had no AC. I went to let them know when i returned form the hospital, and that the toilet backed up . They lent me a fan and a plunger. They were all very nice each time. It was quiet. I did sleep well. So no complaints. I went to visit my dad in hospice, it was close and well priced for one night.
